Essential Flows Tagged with Shopify or Big Commerce or Nothing (Standard)

Why do some flows have Shopify or Big Commerce tags and some don’t? I want to make sure I am choosing the right template for my Welcome Flow.

Thank you

@itdebJ in that case don't worry too much about the other triggers and only use Shopify related ones.

Hi @itdebJ!

In the flow library, the flows tagged with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce simply indicate that the either the trigger of the flow, or a metric elsewhere in the flow (such as in a conditional split), is a Shopify or BigCommerce metric:

Shopify Welcome Series → See Shopify ‘Placed Order’ metric in conditional split

So if you aren’t using one of these platforms, you will have to select a non-specific flow or change these metrics to the appropriate integration.

I hope this helps!

Best,

Brian
