Pre-set Conditional Split - All Emails in 'Waiting'

Hi there,I am trying to set up an welcome email flow. It’s welcome discount email after customers add their email from our website pop-up. The initial email is triggering, but then there’s a conditional split and emails are being held in ‘waiting’. They should either be sent to ordered yes - sent social media pages or ordered no - sent reminder email… nothing is happening. Emails have been waiting well past the 5 day trigger to send. I am not sure where to trouble suit as this was a prebuilt flow and I only adjust the messaging. Would love some input! Happy to provide other screenshots. Thank you!

Abandoned Cart link woocommerce not working

The returned to cart link is not working in the abandoned cart emails with Woocommerce integration. Once you click on link it will bring you to a empty cart. It shows the correct product in email though. Any idea why it’s not saving the cart?

Ignore missing products in catalog lookup

We have a dynamic block based on an item id list, that uses the `catalog` lookup tag in order to display product information. Sometimes, we get the Error `product not in feed`, when an item from the ID list was deleted by us.Is it possible to ignore missing catalog items somehow? Thanks in advance, Aram Becker

Edit A/B test times

I have a time delay split test running on a campaign. The first 50% has been sent however I have put the incorrect time for the second 50%. I’ve tried to create a segment to include customers that haven’t received an email with that particular subject line however that it doesn’t allow me to send to customers in further segments, only in lists. This particular email was only sent to different segments. Is there a way to do this?

Sending Email Address in Flows

Good day,We have a verified branded sending domain - unmosquito1.thermacell.comNoticed in the campaigns & flows we can change the “Sender email address”. We have various email addresses under thermacell.com for different purposes.So as long as we are using xxx@thermacell.com , can we change the sender email address to fit the correct flow and campaign?I ask because we needed a child account to do our thermacell.ca which admittedly is using a different verified branding sending domain so that would make sense. Thank you for the responses.

SHopify Message displayed without tags or variables

Am trying to create Shopify order confirmation email but keep on getting this error message “Message displayed without tags or variables”.I have referred to this help article :https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408802648731 and https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402386684187  and made sure all the variable are correct and but still i couldn’t figue what is the issue. Any help is much appreciated.

Woo Commerce Abandoned Cart

Im trying to set up an abandoned cart flow from my woo commerce/wordpress site.  The emails are sending but when the customer clicks on the “Return To Cart” button it is coming up with a “Not Found” message. The button URL link is {{ organization.url|trim_slash }}/cart Thanks

Gift message to recipient

Hi,In the shopify cart page, we will allow the buyer to add a gift message and the recipient’s email address to the order.  I already know how to do this.Then we want to use Klaviyo’s Flow to send the gift message email to the recipient when the order status changes to “delivered” or “out for delivery”.I’d imagine this is possible maybe with the use of another app such as Mechanic app or something similar.  Can anyone advise?Thanks,David

Sending multiple email reminder using Klaviyo

Hello,We have a case sending email below and would like to use Klaviyo."Ready for Pickup" order emailWe are processing order on Shipstation and would like to send a notify email to customer when the order is updated ( assigned to tag ). We are thinking to create a small script to call Shipstation Api to check the order tag and then call Klaviyo API to trigger the email. This email may be sent multiple times to remind the customer.We did some searches and got that the job can be done via “a metric-triggered flow “ (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003057151) but not sure how. Can someone let me know if it is possible and how to set up the flow?  Thanks and regards

I can't access a flow

Whenever I click on a particular flow, this is the text that shows up. Last change I made on this flow was  doing an A/B test on one of the emails. Has anyone faced this before? I put in a ticket to support but it hasn’t been resolved and its been already 2 weeks.

Unable to edit or preview emails visually

I’m trying to edit my emails on an individual basis and when I go to someone’s profile to create or edit a draft based on a template I’m just seeing HTML errors in the email preview window.When I press “Edit email” it just refreshes that same page and isn’t able to bring me to the email loader at all.If i press preview to see if the email draft looks ok, I’m shown the same HTML error messages and can’t see the emails at all. I’ve attached screenshots of what the email edit screen looks like and what the HTML errors look like. Is anyone else experiencing this? Or is it a local issue on my end?Thanks in advance to anyone that can shine some light on this.

How do you override background transparency in dynamic sections?

Hello,I’m having issues getting the background of a dynamic section in my Browse Abandonment email to show as white (for proper branding in dark mode). I’ve tried setting the background to white, I’ve set the block background to white. I’m just at a loss!

Exclude profile from all flows but not campaigns.

Hello, Is there a way to suppress profiles from all flows but not campaigns?  In other words, a customer has asked not to receive so many emails from us, so if we exclude them from flows, then they will only receive our campaigns which are more sporadic.  Is this possible? Thanks all!

How Do I Prevent Browse Abandonment Flow Emails from Showing an Out-of-Stock Product?

Hi there, I’ve looked all over and can’t seem to find the right answer, so hoping some good tips may surface here! I can’t figure out how to adjust my Browse Abandonment email to not fire when a user has browsed an out of stock product. I really don’t like that we’re sending emails to people about a product they can’t buy! How do I make it so that the Browse Abandonment flow (using WooCommerce) filters out of stock products to not trigger the flow? Or, better yet, filters such that a different flow occurs calling for recipients to Join Waitlist for the product to come back in stock? Really appreciated any guidance! Thanks

How to connect and trigger flows with separate time intervals

I've created segments for each product category we have and now want to start the following three (3) flow sequences for each segment that start when someone places an order for a product in a particular segment.I'm struggling with which triggers to use for starting each flow and how to connect each flow when one ends and another begins. Can I pass HTML through an event property in an API call and just use that HTML inside of an email?

We are in the process of transitioning over to Klaviyo, and to migrate our transactional emails we want to make an API call that sends an already formatted chunk HTML with all of the order information in it with the API call and then use that chunk of HTML in the email. When I’ve tried testing this out, it just prints all the HTML and treats it as text. I’ve been looking for a solution or a workaround. This is a temporary setup for us, later on in the year we will plan on changing how it’s set up to adhere to best practices for Klaviyo but are in the process of changing our e-commerce store right now so wanted to do this to save time and get transactional emails migrated to Klaviyo. It seems like it should be a pretty straightforward and simple thing to do, something you should be able to do in Klaviyo, but I’m having trouble finding examples of this being done successfully. Are there any official or unofficial solutions to just inserting HTML into an email that’s coming from an event

Shopify Draft Order Flow

Does anyone know how to get Shopify Draft Orders data to sync to Klaviyo? Starting a draft order will trigger the “Checkout Started” flow, which is great, but the {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} link that takes them to their order for payment does not work; it seems Shopify does not pass the data along.Could this be because until they open up the invoice that was emailed to them, they technically have not yet generated a checkout? And, if so, is there a way around this?

I hope you guys can help me with this. I just used HTML to create my email. All looks good when I preview it within Klaviyo, but when I send a test email, the footer is out of place. Does anyone know how I can fix it?

Using The First Name Code

Hi everyone, I’ve been having a problem using the code to insert the customer’s first name into my emails. It seems like it works some of the time, and other emails I end up seeing just have a blank space. I sent out a holiday sale email this morning, and when I saw my copy, I realized it was just a blank space where the first name should be. This is very disappointing, embarrassing, and makes my emails look unprofessional because there is a comma, a space, and then an exclamation mark rather than a name inserted. Does anyone know how to ensure that the first name is always going to appear properly? Thank you,Meryl

Add to Cart metric not sending

Hi, I’ve already followed the necessary steps to integrate Add to cart metric to Shopify Website. I have tried the testing method, add my email at the end of the URL and doint the event. The profile was sucessfully created and I can check it. So that has to mean it is working.However, I could not find any Add to cart abandonment Email in the account I tested with. Hence, I wonder if it is even working.I also have Browse Abandonment, Checkout Started Metric working. I have tried to made the flow filter organised. E.g (User has performed 0 times Add to cart) to fufill. I hope I did not mess this up.BONUS: I have de-selected all Smart sending (16 hours no email after first email). Is this a good idea? Because I was afraid of the clash between Welcome Email and cart/browse abandonment.
