Massive flows / flow limitations?

Before I go ahead and build out a flow , I just wanted to check how big flows can be?I currently have 4 ways customers can subscribe (sign-up pop up and 3 different forms) I currently have these setup as 4 different flows with each flow sending out 3 emails I am looking to combine these into 1 flow - hoping Klaviyo can handle this!!!

Abandonend Cart E-Mail Reminder Template

I would like to edit my abandoned cart emails. The problem I have is that if I use a cool template I don't know how to set up the Return to Cart buttons with the correct URL and the email to show the correct products that the customer had in the cart? Are there cool templates where this is already in there and I can just customize the background design and add some icons?

Segmentation leads

Hello community!I have a form on my site and settings flows in Klaviyo. Now I have added German language for my site and accordingly, I want to adjust the following sequence: when leads from Germany, Austria or Switzerland fill out my form on the site, it gets into flows with letters in German. And what is the best way for me to do segmentation in order to German flows active for people from Germany Austria and Switzerland and English flows active for others? by IP location?

Hey there,I'm looking for some guidance on setting up a shipment tracking system in Klaviyo. My client is using Gorgias, and I'm wondering if there's a way to bring all the shipping updates, like "out for delivery" and "dispatched," into one workflow, or if it's better to create separate workflows for each stage.

Back in stock: second email if product is delayed

Hey,We have a back in stock flow working really well. However, one of our high value and high demand products (a bicycle) has been out of stock for three months and due to some issues it will continue to be out of stock for another three months. I want to email back in stock subscribers who have been signed up over a month for the product and let them know it is not back in stock, yet but it is coming and in production. I want to try and retain their interest, remind them we’re still here in the hope they don’t choose to purchase elsewhere.I don’t want to email people who have just signed up. I don’t really want to send a campaign, I was hoping to create a flow, where the trigger was once they have been signed up for over 45 days we email them an update.Should I make a separate flow? and if so what would the triggers be?Should I build a second branch into my back in stock flow? and again I’m not quite sure what my triggers would be to isolate that product. Thanks Claire

Low Stock Notification Email

Is there anyway to enable a low stock trigger. Who it goes to: People who browse the product or add it to cart but do not purchase.When it is triggered: When there is one left in the variant the customer added to cart or browsed. Greatly appreciate any help and let me know if there is any other info I can provide to help!

How do I add dynamic product to abandoned cart/checkout?

Hey everyone, I’m trying to add a dynamic product to an abandoned cart/checkout email flow, though the only three that appear are new product, best seller, and new releases as shown in the screenshot.Does anyone know how to add an abandoned cart/checkout option, or what steps to take in order to make it possible?

Please check my work- exclude cancelled orders from post purchase flow

I want to make sure people who cancel their order do not get into the post purchase flow. I used a conditional split to remove those people. Is that the best way to remove those people?

How can I change the list of emails in my A/B test campaign?

Hello,I sent an A/B test campaign out two days ago and I'm planning to resent it again next week. I would like the 20% of the campaign’s recipients who received variation A, to receive next week the variation B and the other 20% who received variation B to receive next week variation A.  What's the best way to modify the email list to make this happen? I hope you guys understant my question. :) Thanks,

Connecting Calendly

Hello,We are sending an email asking our customers to book a meeting with us (using calendar); once the customer books the meeting calendly creates an event. “calendly.event_scheduled” is possible to send the event to klaviyo. Hence, we move the customer to the next step of the workflow?

Abandon Cart

Hi there! I am creating an abandoned cart email. What link do I use in my CTA? I ‘d like it to go directly to the checkout but I’m not sure how to find that link. Can someone help me?Currently I just use the home page link in the CA CTA but that’s not a great experience when you want to direct them to the cart. Thank you!

Numbered list and hyperlinks overiding text formatting

When I convert text to numbered list it is removing size/colour formatting and making numbers larger and black. Same with links.Also any way to remove the underline without changing each to no text decoration?Thanks

I accidentally deleted my flow emails - can I recover it?

I made a change to one of the first conditions of a flow tree and mistakenly deleted everything after it, including the emails I had setup and all the following conditions. Yikes! Is there a way to revert back?

How can I activate create two separate welcome flows based on what the subscriber is interested in?

My brand has two target audiencesGift Shoppers Self-ShoppersThey have different needs, therefore our messaging is tailored for each.  I want to create 2 separate welcome flows that speak to each customer. This is how I was thinking of going about it:1. Pop up on homepage asks new subscriber who they’re shopping for. (For themselves, or for someone else). Their selection adds a property to their profile. Shopping_for In the welcome flow I start with a conditional split to separate the Gift Shoppers from the Self-ShoppersThis is where I’m hitting a block. Once I get to this step, I cannot find the Shopping_for property that I created through the pop up.    My question is: How can I make sure that those who selected Gift Shoppers in the sign up form get the proper welcome flow?

Klaviyo Emails Not Showing Entire Shopify Order #

I just setup for Klaviyo to send emails for order confirmations. HOWEVER - emails are still being sent by Shopify (as well as Klaviyo)AND - The Klaviyo emails aren’t displaying the entire order number. I have my Shopify order numbers setup to have a prefix, and the Klaviyo emails are skipping over it entire.How do I correct these two issues?

Can a customer be twice in the same flow?

Hi!We created a nice and extensive flow for post purchase. What happens if someone is already in the flow, and then re-orders a specific product? Will they directly opt-out from this flow and opt-in from the beginning again as they are now a renewed “placed order” customer in the flow?Just want to avoid that more emails are sent, possibly including upsell emails in future, while the customer in the meantime could’ve already ordered it. Happy to hear from you guys!

Pre-scheduling using Recipient's Timezone - will the segment be current?

I’d like to schedule my Black Friday emails now. But I’m going to be doing a lot of list-building between now and then. If I schedule them today using the recipient’s local timezone, will they be updated on the send date or will they only contain the segment as it is today?

Back in stock email displaying wrong currency symbol

Are transactional emails unlimited?

Are abandoned cart emails and other emails sent with a created flow unlimited? Or they must be less than 100.000 as written in the plan?
