Hi,I’m having some issues, some help on this would be amazing! I’m using the abandoned cart reminder template, which is now live on my website (Wordpress + Elementor). I’ve tested the flow, but filling in my details on the checkout page of my website. It works, I get the automated email ‘Your cart is about to expire’. However, I then click through on the email, which prompts to take me through to my saved cart. It doesn’t work, I get taken through to ‘the page can’t be found’. I’ve also tried on mobile and incognito, but no luck. I haven’t changed any code, so I’m not sure what i’ve done wrong here. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening? Thanks
Hello,I use Shopify & Klaviyo.I want my discount code I created in Klaviyo to be active with the email I send to the user and to be available for 9 days after it is active.I created a timed coupon code this way, but when I tested it, it didn't work.I can't even duplicate the coupon codes in quantity.I wonder where I am going wrong, I read the relevant articles, but none of the time codes I created worked.Is there anyone who can help with this issue :)
I am new to Klaviyo and I am just creating my warm up email (that has taken 4 hours already- the system is incredibly slow) I have sent myself a test email to check the links and none of them are working.I get his page:on all the links. I have just set up an identical email in mailerlite and all links work. all the pages are connected to my shopify store and they work but not in the Klaviyo email?Please help I really need to get going on this new CRM before Christmas gets going and it seem Klaviyo is making every step painful.
Hi, I recently set up my Back in Stock flow but I had a bunch of requests from before I started the flow. I went to try and back populate it in the usual way (manage flow → add past profiles) but I get this error: “The total duration of the flow is 0 days. Add a time delay to add past profiles.” I don’t have a time delay included in the BIS flow as I’m just using the standard template in Klaviyo. How can I add these older profiles please?
Yesterday we started receiving tons of reply emails requesting to unsubscribe from our list. The original email appears like our own, but it wasn’t! we’re a fashion brand, and the email was all about a mobile survey (“Stay Ahead of the Game”). If it helps,the address in the bottom wasn’t ours but this one, which i later found in spam lists: a9101 W. Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89117. We have a huge 300K list, which we collected with hard work and a lot of respect for our clients. We can’t start fresh, we have to fix this. Klaviyo support is offline due to the weekend, but it’s urgent!!!!How can i secure my email address? how can i know that it won’t repeat? Is there any way to find the origin of this hacking? what happened that compromised our account?Thank you
Hi everyone,I’m using the default Klaviyo flow for post-purchase followups (order counts plit) that triggers when someone places an order. Then 14 days later it sends a review request.In this review email, there’s no code or formatting to send them to the product page to where they CAN review. And then, I wanted to add an anchor so they get sent straight to the review section.Not sure how I can do this, hopefully someone can help. Thank you!
Hello! I’m working on a churn prevention flow for our Recharge subscribers. The goal of the flow is to enable customers to add a free gift to their 3rd subscription order and I’m a little stuck on how to set this up.I’d like to use Recharge Quick Actions to allow a customer to add the free gift to their order, however, I’m not sure how to set-up the flow logic so that the customer gets the email 1 week before their 3rd subscription order renews. I believe Recharge Quick Actions can only fire in a flow if the flow metric is “Upcoming Subscription Order” (which triggers 3 days before an order - that’s too close to the order date) and “Started Recharge Subscription”. If I were to use the “Started Recharge Subscription” metric to kick off the flow, which trigger filters can I use to ensure the customer only sees the email ahead of their 3rd subscription order?Is anyone using a different tool that integrates with Klaviyo to add gifts to upcoming subscription orders?Thanks so much!
Hoping someone has a solution to this issue!I have created 2 columns on my email - one picture and one text box. The format looks great and they equally fit side by side on the page in desktop view. But when I move to mobile view the image and text can only be stacked (doesn’t look good for this specific email) or the image is small and the text is super long in comparison.How can i make the image adapt and fill the entire space next to the text?Really hoping this makes sense without a visual example.Thanks in advance!
I have a landing page I created on Shopify using zipify and I’m trying to add Klaviyo so potential clients can get a 25% coupon code. Should I be creating a flow and connect it to zipify or a sign up form and connect it to zipify. I initially created a flow but I don’t see a way to connect the flow to zipify. I already connected klaviyo to zipify as the crm and added the mailing list but still can’t seem to figure out how to add a way for potential clients get the coupon code.
I have created a flow with a date property. I've checked that people have ownership and that the date is well formatted.The idea is to send a message to the client on the day of the date, if for example the date is October 16, I have set the date as 10/16/2023.I have configured the flow with the parameters but it never sends the email.What is wrong?

These are set up as win-back/reminders to purchase again, based on the assumption that one roll of tape lasts about 30 days.I have three different flows for "Hook grip tape": 1-pack, 3-pack, 5-pack.I need assistance in configuring flow filters so that these flows don't end if the customer buys another product before the time for these flows expires, unless the customer buys another "hook grip tape," in which case they should enter that flow instead.For example, a customer purchases a 5-pack of hook grip tape (that flow is set for 140 days based on the assumption that one roll of tape lasts about 4 weeks). After 50 days, the customer buys another product, like a tank top; they should still remain in the flow for “hook grip tape 5-pack”.However, if the customer buys a new package of hook grip tape before these 140 days, they should no longer be in the 5-pack flow but instead begin the new flow for the X-pack hook grip tape t
Hi all,We have some events that we trigger from the front-end (for speed–these fire off as soon as the event happens) and back-end (more reliable–prevents Klaviyo scripts from being blocked by adblockers/trackers).This results in the same user going through a metric flow twice (around the same time), and can result in duplicate emails being sent.What we’re looking for is a step in a flow to get only the unique email addresses (i.e., remove all contacts that are going through twice). Is this possible? Thank you!
Hi - I’m looking to calculate a date prior to a date in an event. I know how to use “later” to come up with a future date but i’m looking to get a prior date. For example my event shows the date an upcoming order will be placed. I want to use that date minus 1 day to say you have until X date to edit your order. Thanks!
I’d like to be able to see which tags have been used on specific campaign after it is sent but I’m not seeing it anywhere in the admin. The best I can see is to filter by tag in the campaign listing but this is a time consuming process of elimination. Does anyone know if there’s a way of viewing tags in a campaign?
If you’ve set up a Back in Stock Flow, you might be wondering which products have the most requests. With Klaviyo you can generate a report of product requests from your Back in Stock Flow and subscribe to it to get regularly updated reports. To do so, navigate to your flow and click on the back in stock delay in the flow. From here, click on "View Back in Stock Product Request Report." This takes you to the report for the back in stock flow. Issue. We had our ad agency change the wording of one of our items in Shopify without informing us, resulting in a flow trigger not firing and 53 of our prospects not entering a sales flow.I am trying to figure out how to get these past profiles into that flow.I have created a segment with the 53 profiles in it. Then I cloned the flow and attempted to have that segment go into the top of the flow, but for the life of me, I can't find a way/ trigger to initiate that action.Any advice welcome
