Image not displaying correctly

Help!I’ve created an email in a flow which has a split section in it that contains text on one side and an image on the other. When I send a test and view it on my Mac it looks fine but when I view the test on a PC laptop the image looks huge and the text is squished to the side. Any idea how I can fix this? I cant see anything in the settings. See attached image for what I’m meaning. Thanks!

Multiple Order Confirmation Pages

Hi,We are looking to have different pickup instructions for 5 different product/service options delivered via the order confirmation page.  For instance, pickup number one purchased: time, date, addresspickup number two purchased: time, date, address  What is the most efficient way of doing this via an order confirmation to make sure that after purchasing they receive one of five different emails with instructions via Klaviyo for Shopify?

Is there a way to add customer property values to URLs as parameters?

We have a list that contains a specific value for a custom property. Is there a way to add a URL parameter to email links that uses this property?ExampleCustom property is called Geo. We want to append a URL parameter ?geo={custom property value} to all outbound email links. Is this possible?

Magento2 Order Confirmation Email Images

I’m new to Klaviyo, so I apologise in advance if this is a simple one!I’m having an issue setting up an order confirmation email within Magento2.I’ve used the image variable from within the event info properties to get what I think is the correct string, however it’s not rendering the image. I used the same method to setup our abandoned cart emails without any issues, so I’m struggling to understand this!

Dynamic Image Not Showing in Browse Abandonment Email

Hi, I can’t seem to get my dynamic image block to show the product in my Browse Abandonment email.I have tried the solution in this Post, but it didn’t work. The box shows but no product. See image below. Using the proper code “{{ event.ImageURL }}” the image or box outline doesn’t show. However, the price works fine - See image below.I have checked my Viewed Product, and it is firing, with metrics showing.  Is it possible that the “viewed product” script is outdated, and needs updating?I am with Shift4Shop, and the original script was installed by Klaviyo support a few years ago. Thanks.

dynamic feed: products from the same category are unintionally displayed twice

Hi all,  I would like to add a filter to the product feed categories so that the different products of same product categories are not displayed twice.  I would like only product per category in a e-mail with purchase suggestions.

Need some help for a date formula calculation with Django

Hello there :)We need some help with Django tags. In a Happy Anniversary Flow Message we want to include something personalised like “Your first purchase order was x years ago!” for which x should be CURRENT YEAR minus YEAR OF FIRST PURCHASE ORDER. We know how to show the variable separately but we don’t know how to subtract them. Can someone help us here? Is it even possible?

Coupon minimum purchase requirement not reflected in shopify discount code

Hello, I set up a coupon code in Klaviyo that is $10 off with a minimum purchase amount of $50. The code is sent out as part of a welcome flow when the customer signs up to my newsletter, each customer gets a unique code that can be used once When the coupon is created in shopify the minimum purchase amount is set to “no minimum requirements”, so customers are buying products with a value less than $50! Can anyone help me please?Thanks

Flow all of a sudden skipping emails due to syntax error

My flows were sending out emails fine for months and I haven’t changed anything. All of sudden I noticed emails were being skipped due to a supposed email syntax error. Trying to preview the email also throws an error and points me to the variables page. I have a dynamic image url that seems to be causing the error, when I deleted the image from the template I am to preview it, adding the dynamic url back in, it causes the preview error. My dynamic image url looks like this:  {{'https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2087/4093/files/cast_'|concat:event.extra.line_items.0.product.id|concat:'.jpg'}} It was working fine up until a few days ago. Am I not able to use ‘contact’ twice anymore, is there an alternative way of joining strings?Thank you

Question Regarding Testing Abandoned Cart Emails Featuring Dynamic images / links to left cart

Hi there, Our team recently put together our email template for abandon cart. Our store isn’t live yet, so we’re trying to find a way to test the functionality of the dynamic images / links to the abandon cart. Is the only way to do this by turning the flow on and leaving items in my cart? I’ll drop some visuals below for context. This is included in the template in our edit mode. When we send a generic test email from Klaviyo this block is no where to be seen. Which makes sense since there’s no items left in a cart. I was sort of hoping it would populate so we knew the functionality works. Any help is appreciated!

How to lock-out Klaviyo's design flexibility?

Hi There,Sorry if this info is available but after a few years of using Klaviyo, we're struggling to gain control and consistency over typography in Klaviyo, and somehow end up with emails containing 100s of empty span tags with endless styles on them.We have templates which we duplicate and reuse, we've set brand styles, template styles, block styles and use universal content, we paste content from plain text files etc. But when staff drag a block in, they still get endless design choices which inevitably ruins the template and seems to generate those empty spans.Maybe once you have emails and templates that are built with flexibility in mind, you have an impossible mess moving forward because campaigns get duplicated and reused?Or maybe we’re missing something basic?e.g. How do we lock-out Klaviyo's design flexibility so that staff...- Never choose a font in a campaign or flow ever again?- Never choose block spacing in a campaign or flow ever again?Yes, staff should have content flex

Send users to a dynamic post-purchase upsell link

Hi there, I am trying to create a post-purchase upsell dynamic link. Is there a way to change the product image shown in a dynamic table?

Hello - I have a few automations like Abandoned Cart & Browse Abandonment where whatever product is left behind or viewed is in the email that we send to those people. Each of our products have anywhere from 2-5 images. They consist of different product images, and a few lifestyle images of models wearing our products. Currently, the dynamic image is showing just the first product image. Is there a way we can change what product image is being shown? For example, if we want the lifestyle images to show in the email, is there a variable I can select so a specific image of this product shows up, or it rotates between the 5 images every time?

I am trying to work on my email templates, however in outlook 365 desktop, they show up with no paragraph breaks in them. They look fine out my mobile device. Does anyone have any tips?

Trouble with email design/Padding.

I need some help with my email design. When sending my test emails to myself and another teammate the email looks different. I have removed the padding for top/bottom on both the image area and the block. When I sent the preview my email looks exactly how I wanted it to look, without padding, however, my teammates showed up in her inbox with padding?
