Double opt-in email is too small on mobile

No matter what I change, my double opt-in appears way too small on mobile (iphone). This doesn’t happen when it’s seen in a desktop client, but on Apple Mail AND the gmail web interface, the text, image, and the confirm buttons are a good 40-50% smaller than they should be.Is there something I’m doing wrong? Some sort of width or style I’m supposed to click? To be clear, it’s the Email Confirmation under the Settings > Other > Consent Page As much as I want to ignore it, a huge chunk of my sign ups are going to come from an iPhone and this makes it just a bit too hard (and quite unprofessional) to confirm.Bonus question: is there a way to reset the Consent Page > Email Confirmation back to the factory defaults? I’ve tried so many different variations of sizes and images to try and fix this I’d like to just start from scratch.Thanks all!

Right border alignment issue on mobile preview

Hello there, There seems to be a misalignment in my mobile view of the email, we are building the email using html, but upon checking, there’s no issue with out html codes but i believe it has to be something to do with Klaviyo template builder, the Section > Drop the content setting. Can someone pls help?

Welcome Series Flow Issue

Hi everyone,I recently created my welcome email series and linked it to a targeted list that already has subscribers. I've scheduled this for 8 AM PST today, but I am not receiving a single email, which I set up. What do you think I should do?I'm afraid that my target audience isn't getting the emails either. I checked that the flow is active and linked to the right list, but I'm not sure whether there's a delay or issue with the setup.Thank you!

50% of emails are not being added to my flow - why is this?

Hi everyone - hoping for some help… I have a relatively complex email flow set up that takes users from Bubble.io as well as other Klaviyo lists, and sends them an automated email based on their profile Bubble.io criteria. It’s a job alert - so if someone is based in London and a marketer, they will get job alerts that are London-based and marketing. The flow went live this week but only sent to around half of the eligible email addresses - and it seems really random who didn’t get the email. I know it’s not due to suppressed emails, sending limits, opt-ins, received another email recently. Can anyone advise why this might be? It seems really random and I can’t figure it out! QR code on product packaging to redirect to a unique sign-up form

Hi there, I am wanting to create a sign up form that will link to a QR code that goes into my product packaging.So, I want it to trigger a specific flow, but not visible on my website.How do I do that?I want to encourage people to sign up once they receive the box, but I want the messaging and flow to be different to my sign up form that I currently have embedded on my website.

How to allow someone to complete a form twice, best practices for metric trigged flows

I have sign up form for people to request a printed catalog. Right now I have it setup where they enter a list, and flow where I send an email notification to myself with their address details, and they get an email confirming we received their request. However with this set up, they can only enter the list once, if they fill out the form again in the future I won’t get a notification and know they have requested another catalog. I would like people to be able to request a catalog more than once. I have a couple of questions how to do this:If I understand correctly, this can only be achieve by a metric trigged flow. Would it be correct to set up a new flow using the metric “form submitted by profile”, and use a trigger filter where the FORM ID equals the form ID for my catalog request form? (I have other additional forms on my website, like an email sign-up form). I want this flow to be only for people who complete the catalog request form. What is the difference between the “form sub

Entering multiple options in a Dropdown field

I am creating a custom form and wanted allow the option for a dropdown list of all the states in the US. Entering these one by one is tedious. Is there a pre-built “state” field with these options already, or at least a way to add them via CSV in one shot? As we create new forms, or move forms from our Test environment to production, this can become time consuming, and risk typos when adding new ones.

Dynamic Coupons are non-combinable by default.

We use dynamic coupons for our abandoned cart emails but it's almost useless because it cannot be combined with other (Shopify) discounts. Dynamic Coupons are non-combinable by default. So you have to login to Shopify (for this example) to manually change the coupon codes to “combinable”.I hope Klaviyo can come up with a solution this. Example:
