Issues with Images in flow and flow feed!

Hey,I have added the product blocks and product feeds in the my flow. They are not showing images. I have checked the shopify integration too but it is pulling the data properly.any help with this

Will existing users get my flow triggered by newsletter signup?

I created a flow that is triggered by someone subscribing to the “Newsletter” list. I had a welcome flow already and have had no issues with it. We are running a sale and want a second flow to be triggered again, by users joining the Newsletter list. The sign-up form was set to appear even for existing Klaviyo profiles.My question is: If someone is already on the newsletter list and fills the signup form, will they receive my new flow?

Testing Automatic Discount Code in a Flow

Hi there, I have made my first email with an automatically created discount code unique to visitors for people on an abandoned checkout flow. I think I have followed the steps of How to Create Unique Coupon Codes for Shopify – Klaviyo - Help Center correctly, but I’d like to be able to check that it’s correct! Is there anyway to see whether it is going to make and insert discount codes correctly? I don’t want to be sending out emails that are broken!“When you preview the email directly in Klaviyo, you will not see a unique coupon code populate. Additionally, you will not be able to preview coupon codes with variable expiration dates because you cannot manually add codes to these types of coupons.”Thanks in advance

Business Emails Bouncing

Hi everyone, Does anyone have a solution to business email addresses constantly bouncing? It seems like inbox filters for non-mainstream inbox providers have some sort of filter that bounces emails from Klaviyo. We have tried shortening emails, changing the text to image ratio and still no luck. Would a dedicated sending domain solve this issue? Hesitant to do that with some of my accounts because they are smaller (2000 contacts) and benefit from being on the Klaviyo shared IP.

Setting Up a Dedicated Sending Domain with AWS

Has anyone successfully set up their dedicated sending domain using AWS? If so, did you have to do anything differently or in addition to the steps provided by Klaviyo? I ask because we’re following the steps completely, yet unable to verify records. Any assistance is appreciated.

Countdown timer displaying wrong / different times for customers - how do I fix this?

I currently use Sendtric for campaigns. However, customers have fed back saying that they are receiving different times when they open the email. All our customers should be based in the same timezone. I have set it to Europe/London because we are U.K. based. The counter is correct when I schedule the email.Is this an issue other people have been experiencing? Is there a fix or reason for this problem?Can you recommend some free alternatives we can try?

Flows and Sign up form Disappeared

I’m new Klayvio and spent a lot of time setting up my flows and sign up forms. Everything was working but when I log into Klayvio today everything I set up is gone like I’m a new account. However, when I go to my website the Announcement I set up still pops up but doesn’t show in my dashboard. I checked I’m logged in with the right email and I even received a test email yesterday. Can anyone please help?

How to change width of input fields?

Hi, new to Klaviyo but can’t seem to find what I’m looking for.My text input fields in my embedded signup form are full width. I would like to shorten the width of these input fields.For example, “first name”, “last name” input fields do not need to be full width, and stacked.Additional question - Can first and last name be in two columns? I can’t find anything to assist with column in the designing stage within Klaviyo.The submit button is also full width within the embedded form, can I constrain that to the button text? Website Info:I’m using Elementor on a wordpress site, with woocommerce.I’m using the Astra Pro theme. Thanks so much.

Auto fill location?

Hi,Is there a way to have a text input field auto-fill?I would like users to fill in the area they are located, such as suburb. Many forms have an auto-fill feature where the user starts writing the suburb, and the options appear.This helps to remove spelling errors and thus creating a new location which should actually be an existing location.Thanks.

How do I embed a Sign Up Form onto a PAGE within Shopify, such as my Contact Page. I’d like to track activity from different signup methods and I want the source properties to be very clear and straightforward in the List Growth report. Hello, klaviyo community people!Hope you are doing well. Today I bring a question to you guys.I have clients who have a klaviyo account and in that klaviyo account, my client has two stores connected. One is Woocommerce and another one is Shopify. My client already integrated with woocommerce. But he will switch to Shopify soon.But here is the main topic is. If I disable the Woocommerce integration do my clients lose the klaviyo data that my clients have before? Please let me know eagerly awaiting your answer. Started checkout and active on site metrics dont seem to work?

Hi, Just trying out klaviyo for the first time. Ive followed the integration steps and tried to test with add to cart (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255808-How-to-Integrate-with-WooCommerce). Nothing shows up for add to cart or for active on site, BUT.. Are these features only applicable to websites where you have a customer login? You dont have to log in on our website, so does this mean these features cant apply to us? I assume its not like klaviyo can pick up any new email, and that the email has to be in some sort of database in order for these triggers to fire. Am I on the right lines? If thats not the case, well then I cant figure out why these arent working, because Ive followed the troubleshooting tips etc and just cant get them to work.  Thanks! Otis

When trying to add integration from Klaviyo (Magento ver. 1.14.4.1), receive the following message:Invalid WSDL file at https://www.mydomain.com. Received error message: "<unknown>:1:0: no element found." Please contact support or forward this error to your technical team.)  Any ideas?

How to Fix Issues with Adobe Fonts?

HiI have 3 questions regarding the use of Adobe fonts:2.  I'm currently using the adobe font aileron. How do use the Light version instead of the regular? I tried different version in the snippet (Aileron Light, Aileron-Light, "Aileron Light", "Aileron-Light") but none of them works. How should I write it?1. All of the text block have an additional empty raw at the end of the text. If i delete this empty raw, the font changes back to Helvetica. having this empty raw really masses up my email. How do I fix this?3. Can I make the adobe font the custom font for my entire email style? changing it on every block is very time consuming.Thanks

Why is my Header/Logo/ Smaller than In Other Email Templates?

Hi there! I’m not sure why this started happening, but I began to use the link buttons with the logo centered. It started out great at first, with the logo appearing larger than the links. However, now when I try to do it in an email, my logo is automatically generating in a much smaller size. I’m using the exact same picture and everything, so I’m not sure why this is happening…. please help! thank you!

Hidden Fields still posting to profile after deletion from button on embedded form

Hello,I’m working with hidden fields to capture lead source information.  During testing, I deleted all of the hidden fields from the button on the embedded form and deleted the associated custom properties from my test profile.  However, when I submit the form, the hidden fields reappear.  I’ve verified that the form I’m working with is the form that is embedded in the page and tested this numerous times but it’s still happening.  Any ideas as to why?Thanks!Roy

How To Create A Report For New And Returning Customers

I want to create a report which tracks the number of new customers and number of returning customers we have on a monthly / weekly basis. I have looked at custom reports, but I can’t see filters for metrics which allow me to filter out new customers (purchase = one) and repeat customers (purchase = two or more). Has anyone set up reporting for this on Klaviyo and if so, how have they done this? Is there a way to Integrate Gmail and Klaviyo to create CRM-like features?

Hi friends,As a small company and as most CRM solutions have high prices, I wonder how I can gather more information in one place with the resources I already have.It would be helpful to use the great data available on Klaviyo customer profiles (such as campaigns sent, activity on site, reviews made) and also interactions made via my company’s Gmail (questions, replies etc.).Is there an easy way to achieve that?I also heard the last episode of Klaviyo’s podcast with Bug Bite Thing’s founder and she mentioned how the company attributes tags to specific customer behaviors and insights, that can later be implemented on the company. I wonder if there’s a way to achieve that trough Klaviyo.

Registering a lead for Partner's Program

Hi there, I’m brand new to Klaviyo and this is my first time registering a lead. I’m a bit confused as to whether Klaviyo is asking me for my contact details or those of my new client? Ideally, I don’t want to include the client’s phone number without their approval but it’s deemed a *necessary field? Is it ok to use my number?
