How to segment with Shopify order tags?

I am trying to create a segment of users who have a specific tag on their order. I am using the shopify app “Order Tagger” to tag my orders, and I would like to create segments with these tags. See below my attempt at creating this list.When I create this sement, there is only one user in the list. I have hundred of users that have this specific tag. Here is is screen shot of a few of these users that have these tags.

Exclude products from abandoned cart emails

Hello!I am wondering if it is possible to exclude certain items from the dynamic table block for the abandoned cart e-mails. Or only include certain items/ collections. These are items that are “in” their cart but I do not want to send them to encourage them to finish checking out. For example I have the cloverly app for offsetting carbon footprint for shipping and I also have an app that I use to have multiple options for products. I don’t want these items showing in the abandoned cart e-mail. Is there a way to go about excluding these?Thanks so much for any help!Natalie

How can I add Custom Properties to Profiles that are older than the Klaviyo integration

Hi Community,I’m struggling with custom Properties. Maybe it’s to obvious to find? Would be nice if someone can give me an idea.Situation: We use Shopify for 4 months and Klaviyo Integration since couple of days.I want Klaviyo to add the customers first purchase date as profile property enrichment. This works like a charm for contacts who placed orders after Klaviyo was integrated into shopify. I want to add that custom profile property to all Klaviyo profiles that we collected before the Klaviyo integration and here i’m stuck. I don’t know how to specify the contacts, nor how to get the date and write it to the profile.Any help appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Can I segment profiles by size or color variants?

Hi, Curious if anyone has segmented profiles by color or size variants of products purchased? For example, we have a baby clothing brand. We want to track who purchases clothing in size 3 - 6 months so we can remarket 6 - 12 month clothing to them in another 3 months. I know I can segment by products, but can I segment profiles down by variants, like color and size?

Popup A/B test

I want to do an A/B test for my popup with two different offers.  I thought I could just pick two of my existing popups but it doesn’t look like I can.  If I set up the test with one popup I can’t figure out how to change the coupon codes.

Link to product in Shopify-enabled replenishment flow

Hi everyone,I have a replenishment flow built, and it’s working great except for one thing: I can’t get the product image and title to link to the product page. The image and title are populating correctly; it’s only the URL that doesn’t work. When constructed as in the code snippet seen here, it directs to the all-product page; it seems to be ignoring the {{ item.product.handle }} part of the code. Back In Stock Flow - Draft & Archived Shopify Products

Hey Klaviyo…Any chance you could have a look at fixing BIS flow sends for products that are in DRAFT in Shopify please? We’ve just sent thousands of emails to customers that now get a link to a page that doesn’t exist as the product is in draft! ThanksBarry

Trouble Finding Code for Woo Commerce Newsletter Sign Up to Klaviyo

Hello ~ I am new and struggling to find the embed code to input into Woo site for new Newsletter Sign ups. Totally confused. I created a 3 x part flow (for new newsletter sign ups) and I also created a pop up  ‘sign up form’  simply capturing an email. We are now going with our own Divi theme of pop up to capture the emails but I’m unsure how to link the 3 x part flow I’ve created for new newsletter subscribers? Did I do this backwards? Appreciate any help. Renee :)

WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed

We got an error message from Klaviyo saying that our WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed. Our data from WooCommerce has stopped updating, which means that our flows are not being triggered.Has anyone else experienced this? And what did you do to fix it? Any ideas as to what causes this?(We have contacted Klaviyo support as directed by the error message, but they’ve informed us that they are slow and suggested we ask the Community in the meantime.)

Woocommerce integration: Unable to Access API with Credentials Specified

Hi, I’m having issue with the integration of my WooCommerce with Klaviyo. I generated an API key with read,write permission. I have my consumer key and consumer secret wich I paste in my integrations settings. But when I click « Connect to WooCommerce» this message appear « Unable to access API with credentials specified». I’m stuck here and don’t jnow what to do

How to segment new buyer but not based on number of orders?

Hello, would you mind helping me out please.I am trying to setup flow which segments my customers into NEW buyers, 2nd time (but not in one buying cycle) buyers and 3+My question is, what would be the best way to segment NEW  buyer but not based on number of orders because he can buy something from my upsell page and it would make him 2nd time buyer, but it's actually new customer to which I want send related content.On the other hand, if person comes back to me after 30 days and buys again, he is 2nd time buyer, but not same as the person above.How can I segment those two types of buyers so they can recieve related message from me?Thank you in advance

How to send old campaigns to new email subscribers?

Hey all, I’m wondering how I can send old email campaigns to new subscribers? Traditionally, these people wouldn’t receive these campaigns as they were published before they joined, however I’d like to recycle the content and ensure they are receiving this value. Inserting Expiry date into email

I’m currently building some flows for VIP customers and I want to insert the expiry date underneath the coupon code. The date will be one year from when they receive the email, anyone know how to do this?

Deleting a Conditional Split

I didn’t realize that flow filters apply itself at every step in the flow and I created conditional splits unnecessarily. Tried deleting the split and ended up deleting the associated email with it  , is there a way to only delete the conditional split?

Dedicated Sending Domain - How do I know the warming period is over?

Hi friends, It’s been almost 3 weeks since I set up a dedicated sending domain. Since then, my flows remained active (avg daily open rate of 50%) and I’ve sent 5 campaings with more than 35% open rate for engaged audiences. How do I know when it’s time to relax a little and send campaings to a broader audience?

Resolving descrepancies between Klaviyo analytics and Google Analytics

Klaviyo is reporting that one of my campaigns has generated 16 orders resulting in $518.30 in revenue. The same campaign in Google Analytics is reporting 15 transactions resulting in $455.38 in revenue.Klaviyo is reporting 1 more order and $62.92 more than Analytics.My first thought was that a user didn’t get redirected to the thank you page or the user may have opted out of Google Analytics tracking them. I don’t think this is actually the case as I don’t have an order in Shopify totally $62.92.How have you reconciled analytics been Klaviyo and Google Analytics? Are you resigned to the fact that the two will never match? Is there a percentage of error that you’re willing to accept between the two? Any ideas how where the $62.92 discrepancy could be coming from?Thanks in advance!

Abandoned Cart Coupon Code - Shopify

Hey,I have a site HonestPets.co I am trying to do one of 2 things (whichever is easier in essence)I want to send the CX a coupon that will expire after 48 hours from the time its sent OR I want to link the CX back to the cart and the code be automatically there waiting for themFor some reason I have tried to follow the steps outlined for number two but it doesn't seem to be working I cant figure out why. How do I add flow members to a list?

Hi everyone,I’ve set up a lead nurture flow and I’d like to group anyone who has gone through the flow without converting in one list. I was hoping I could add these contacts to a list at the end of my flow or create a segment that shows anyone who has gone through a flow but don’t seem to be able to.
