Product Price - Metadata - WooCommerce

Hi!I noticed that for the ‘Viewed Product’ event, that the price isn’t populating like the other data points, it is coming through as metadata. My theory is that this is causing issues with our Browse Abandonment flow, as we have a price requirement on the flow and I don’t think Klaviyo is reading the product prices.Does anyone have guidance on how to troubleshoot andfix this?We switched over to a Wordpress/Woocommerce website a month ago, and we do have the Klaviyo/WooCommerce integration set up.

How long does it take to become compotent in email design?

I have some previous experience in creating emails in Canva, I can create some nice designs. But I’m unsure about how effective Image based emails are vs. HTML I would like to move over to Figma as most ecom agencies seem to use it. Also how long would it take for me to become competent at coding the emails so that they work properly in the various email providers? Who can I learn this from to quickly become good at it? Thanks

help! SENDING THE SAME EMAIL UNTIL CUSTOMER MEETS A CONDITION

Hi Everyone,I came across with a difficult email flow setup and I’d like it to be answered by someone who has an idea for how to executing it.On our webiste, only registered customers can make purchases. Registered customers are being automatically added to a List - but they didn’t subscribe We want to send them a “thank you for your purchase” email after 2 days of the purchase. This email also contains a CTA to “subscribe to our newsletter for 15% off from your next purchase” HERE IS THE PROBLEM: how can I set this flow up, if I want only unsubscribed customers to get this email over and over again until they subscribe? Like if someone did subscribe, exits the flow and won’t get this “thank you for your purchase” email never again -- but for those who’ll keep buying and don’t subscribe repeat the flow after 30 days of waiting?Can someone help me out in this? Thank you in advance,Mark

Adding a $Source from Shopify

Hi All, I have an email sign up field at the bottom of my website. This is the only field that is exclusively email sign ups. I want to send these subscribers a welcome email, but I can’t find the associated $source in Klaviyo that matches Shopify. How can I segment people who signed up via that email field?

Can Analysts no longer suppress customer profiles?

Our Customer Support recently found out, that they were no longer able to suppress customer profiles. We have previously assigned them the role “Analyst” specifically to enable this. Is there another role, that’s not Manager or Admin that can perform profile suppression? Manager is not really an option as we would like to restrict access to areas like API keys and payments.

Pre-set Conditional Split - All Emails in 'Waiting'

Hi there,I am trying to set up an welcome email flow. It’s welcome discount email after customers add their email from our website pop-up. The initial email is triggering, but then there’s a conditional split and emails are being held in ‘waiting’. They should either be sent to ordered yes - sent social media pages or ordered no - sent reminder email… nothing is happening. Emails have been waiting well past the 5 day trigger to send. I am not sure where to trouble suit as this was a prebuilt flow and I only adjust the messaging. Would love some input! Happy to provide other screenshots. Thank you!

Restrict Page Access Based on Klaviyo List Membership

I'm looking for some guidance on how to restrict access to a specific page on my website based on whether a user is a member of a specific Klaviyo list. Here’s what I’m trying to achieve: Restricted Page Access: I have a webpage that contains secret deals. I want only users who are members of a specific Klaviyo list (let's call it "Secret Deals Access") to be able to view this page. Redirect Non-Members to Form: If a user is not on this list, I want to redirect them to a form where they can submit their information to gain access. The form submission should add them to the "Secret Deals Access" list without requiring email opt-in. Seamless User Experience: Ideally, after submitting the form, users should be redirected back to the secret deals page. Can virtual contact card MMS create a different message thread than your toll number?

Hello, anyone else have the issue of their SMS VCC card producing a different message thread than the one sent by your toll free number?  My SMS welcome flow has two SMS messages in it.  One SMS message contains a VCC card and one message contains some copy.  They produce different message threads in my phone. I can consistently reproduce this behavior by deleting my profile and triggering the flow again. I also have had colleagues reproduce the behavior The list that triggers the flow is double-opt in.

Sent campaign, zero delivery rate

Hi all, I’m completely stumped so I hope that you can help. On Friday I sent a campaign to a list and it says “sent” but nobody received it. Not like emails were skipped, like none. Zero.This morning I cloned the email and sent it, exactly as I did, and it was delivered. Yikes!What could have happened? Is this my fault? Or Klaviyo? How do I make sure this never happens again?Photo attached of the first email that had zero sends and the second that sent correctly. I didn’t do anything differently on my end that I’m aware of. Thanks for your input, Gillian

How to Edit Post-Purchase Followup Flow Review Email

Hi everyone,I’m using the default Klaviyo flow for post-purchase followups (order counts plit) that triggers when someone places an order. Then 14 days later it sends a review request.In this review email, there’s no code or formatting to send them to the product page to where they CAN review. And then, I wanted to add an anchor so they get sent straight to the review section.Not sure how I can do this, hopefully someone can help. Thank you!

Hello,In my workflow, I need to send two emails: the first is a reminder email to the recipient, and once that is sent, a second email should be sent to the organizer at a different email address. How can I achieve this?Thank you.

school donain email can’t receive emails from me

I used my two gmail emails to test my welcome email flows and both of them got the email with no problem, but when I use my school domain email @xxx.edu to sign up the newsletters, I didn’t receive anything. I checked the spam, no emails there either.  Does someone know what’s wrong with it? Is it only for school domain? Or any other domain like yahoo or outlook also can’t receive it? Thank you!!

If EasyShip can send the delivery info to Shopify, can Klaviyo then use that info? so i can use that data as trigger for post delivery flow

Is it possible to not need to re-login with 2FA EVERY DAY??

Klaviyo constantly logs me out and needs 2FA to log back in. It’s super annoying. My bank isn’t even as bad. Can you keep us logged in for a week? it’s such as waste of time and energy.

Double trigger in welcome series

Hello klaviyo community!I have a problem with my welcome email series. I have created a simple flow where users who leave their email sign up to my newsletter after a double opt-in. The problem is that after activating the trigger, two very similar versions of the email are sent (some changes in the format and some phrases that I have been modifying). I understand that it is sending the last version of the email I created and a previous version but I can't find the second version to cancel it. I only have one flow created and it only sends one email, does anyone know what this could be due to? Thank you very muchNachin.

Opt In Form Submit Button Not Working

We have an opt in form on our website for customers to join our Discount Club, however the submit button is not showing on mobile even though it is on desktop. As a large amount of customers use mobile they are having trouble joining. It used to come up and work fine but we are unaware as to when it stopped appearing. Can anyone throw any light onto this please?

My newsletter appears different on what I designed

My newsletter looks different from the design I created on mobile. Additionally, when I viewed it on my iPhone, it appeared different than it did on my Samsung. On my Samsung, I clicked on the "quoted text," and it opened the actual newsletter. Is there anything I can change in my settings to avoid these issues?

Most efficient post purchase email flows for products sold through many channels

My company sells about 7 different products. They are available for purchase through several different channels - our Shopify store, our Amazon store, and retail in physical stores. Once a user purchases one of our products, they activate the product in our app. We currently have 7 different post-purchase flows for each of the different products. As the 7 products are similar, the 7 post-purchase flows are extremely repetitive.  Is 7 different post-purchase flows really the best way to set this up for the long term? Is there a way that we can put logic into emails to show targeted content that is specific to each of the kits? Given that the products can be purchased through many different channels, we cannot use just the Shopify events to trigger the post-purchase flows. We will need to trigger emails based on when a user activates a specific product in our app. The app will need to call the Klaviyo API to either add the user to a list, or something else. Perhaps when we make this “add
