Sending domain

Hi, I already have a branding sending domain, but the CNAME values are different to those in the DNS records article that Klaviyo released - How to set up a branded sending domain | Klaviyo Help Center Do I need to start again and follow the steps above to ensure I am compliant with the new sender requirements, or are they okay?

"Any of the following" option instead of multiple "OR" statements?

I’m afraid I already know the answer, but is there any way (in creating segments and/or conditional splits in flows) to use “any of the following” instead of writing out an endless list of “OR” statements?Example: our list is split into multiple regions (North America, Western Europe, Eastern Asia, etc.), and targeting several of the regions in a segment or conditional split is a really tedious process (selecting the properties option, selecting the relevant property, then selecting the right option).Is there any alternative?

How to encourage an existing list to verify (double opt-in) & related questions

Hi! After watching a Klaviyo tutorial about the importance of double opt-in, I changed both my pop-up form list on the Shopify website and my list that comes from my Unbounce landing page to require double opt-in. (At least, I THINK I changed the Unbounce list - it looks good on the Klaviyo side, but perhaps the form on Unbounce needs to be tweaked?)As a result, I have a couple of questions related to that. I have two separate lists instead of a main one - my pop-up form / welcome newsletter flow list and my Unbounce landing page to give a freebie if they sign up list. From those, I created two more lists : unverified and subscribed. I’m noticing that people are still signing up (to one or the other) but not verifying because my unverified list keeps growing. I thought that the double-opt-in requirement would prevent unverified people from being added. How can I find where the error lies? Before I watched the tutorial I had single opt-in. So my current number of unverified is over 400.

Calculate total order value of one customer across all their orders

For every purchase we contribute 5% of sales value to conservation projects. We want to send an email every so often that tells each customer what their total contribution to these projects is.Subsequently, within the email we need to sum the customer’s total order value across all purchases they’ve made (and then multiply it by 0.05 - this part we can do)I have not been able to find a way to accomplish this. If someone could advise, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Magento 2 : If UnSubscribed Users tries to subscribe again the klaviyo not sending newsletter email.

Hello Team,I am facing an issue as below explained in-detailFrom the Signup page - if the user opts-in the newsletter then the user will get a newsletter email from Klaviyo. From the My Account > Newsletter Page - if the user opts into the Newsletter for the first time, then the user will get a newsletter email from Klaviyo, but if the same user un-subscribed and again tries to Subscribe, then the user is not getting the newsletter email from Klaviyo. If the Unsubscribed user opts to get the Newsletter from the "Footer Newsletter" section and from the Checkout page, then the user is not getting any Newsletter opt-in email from Klaviyo.Please help me out on this. We are stuck on Klaviyo implementation in Magento 2.

When someone is registering to my Wordpress site, i can see that the contact details is not created in Klaviyo.I’d like to create a contact in Klaviyo every time someone is registering to our WP site..Should i use Zapier or make for it or there is a native method?

How to delete supressed profiles from my Klaviyo Account

Hi! i would like to delete all the suppressed profiles from the account, but I don’t see an option of deleting them. I checked that you can delete a list with the profile cleaning option. i tried to export the profiles into a CSV file, then make a list and then delete them with the profile cleaning option. Is there a better way to do this, there are more that 3k profiles and doing it manually its a lot. *When I tried to export the list I would get an error message saying: There is something wrong with our system, please try again.

Spam Profiles added every few minutes

Hello,We are having a new issue with spam profiles being added to our active profile count every few minutes.  Do you have any ideas on the cause of this?I have double checked that our lists are all double-opt in. There is only a gift card draw pop up on our website, and a newsletter sign up in the footer. The spam profiles in klaviyo do not show any details on where they signed up.

How to show dynamic images of products in Order Confirmation Email

Hi,I’m setting up a custom HTML for an Order Confirmation email flow. Right now I’ve been able to pull all the products in a certain order but I’m having trouble showing the images of said products dynamically, for example I know I can pull specific images like so:{{ event.extra.Items.0|lookup:'$extra'|lookup:'Images'|lookup:'0'|lookup:'URL'|default:'' }} But what if I want to pull those images dynamically within the loop? The code above only pulls the first image in the product array (At least that’s my understanding of it). Can someone take a look and let me know the right code to show images dinamically in the loop?(see below the images repeating in both products)

HELP! Spam attack? More sign-ups than users...

We seem to be under some form of spam attack this month where we are seeing more sign ups than we have website visitors. The source seems to be shopify (we do not have a banner or a pop-up..in fact the subscription method is hidden away to an extent but still you can see a massive spike in December:How can I stop this or a​​​​​​t least manage it?

Double opt in questions after issues with Gleam API

I have been running a sweepstakes with Gleam, and had it integrated with my private API key to a list in Klaviyo. Something broke a few days ago, and new profiles stopped getting sent the double opt in emails. So now I have a list of 400 or so people, and about 900 profiles.  I am able to do an export via CSV from Gleam and can import. I tested on various email addresses, various IP addresses, and I can’t get a double opt in to be sent. I did get around to setting up my email domain this morning. Here are my questions:What could be happening? Where can I go and see the sending volume of double opt in emails? If I want to manually send a double opt in email, do I just send that as a flow?

Pre-Order flow

Hey,  I wanted to create a pre-order flow to update our customers when they place an order on one of our items. This would be 6 weeks email flow with an update every 2 weeks on where we are with their order(s). The biggest challenge I am facing is what I should do when people place and order when we are on like 4 week until the products are about to arrive. I don’t want them to receive an email saying that their order is 6 weeks away when it’s only 4 weeks away.  What would you recommend on detailing with this problem? Would it be just to set up an order confirm flow base on the pre-order product and make a segmented list of all the people who makes a purchase from the pre-order and send out the other weeks update emails as a campaign or manuel?

New flow won't show Shopify coupon

I’m using the new flows and trying to set up a flow that triggers a coupon code to be sent (already created within Klaviyo under the Shopify coupon tab) after a customer subscribes to a newsletter.  The flow works without including the coupon code, so the flow is fine.  I follow the instructions to insert a text block in the email within the flow to include {% coupon_code 'NAME_OF_YOUR_COUPON' %} with the name of the coupon there, and the flow won’t allow a test email to be sent because of invalid syntax. Is there a different way to insert the Klaviyo Shopify coupon code into an email flow? This coupon is not used in any campaign.Thanks

Since Starting This Flow vs Over All Time

We’re creating a welcome email flow where we want to send a 2nd email (and 3rd, if needed) to customers who have NOT purchased since receiving the original welcome email.Our current flow looks like this:Welcome Email Wait time Conditional split (“has Placed Order at least once since starting this flow”). If the answer is NO (i.e. no purchase to date)… 2nd email Wait time Conditional split (“has Placed Order at least once since starting this flow”). If the answer is again NO… 3rd emailShould we be using “Since Starting This Flow” or “Over All Time” on these conditional splits?

Track Orders for a Specific Product Placed thru a Specific Flow

Is there a way to find out if customers purchased a specific product after clicking on a specific message in a flow? We have a bounce back flow which encourages users to purchase specific product as a cross sell immediately after making a purchase. All I can see in Klaviyo is placed orders from that flow but you cannot filter it by which product they purchased.

How to add a NS recordy type in Shopify to set up a branded domain

Hi, I am not sure if I am missing something here but I am trying to set up my branded sending domain. My website is built in Shopify, Klaviyo recommends the dynamic routing option which then asks me to enter a TXT record (no problem) and 4 NS records. What is an NS record? There is no option to add this in Shopify. Thanks in advance for your help!

Not all woocommerce products are synced with the flow

Hey Guys,  I am having an issue with my Woo integration, the connected store has 10 products and in Klaviyo-products I can see all the items but when I want to add a product to a trigger filter in a flow it not showing most of the products.It has last synced today so that should not be the case, anyone know what is happening here?Thanks on forehand.
