New flow won't show Shopify coupon

I’m using the new flows and trying to set up a flow that triggers a coupon code to be sent (already created within Klaviyo under the Shopify coupon tab) after a customer subscribes to a newsletter.  The flow works without including the coupon code, so the flow is fine.  I follow the instructions to insert a text block in the email within the flow to include {% coupon_code 'NAME_OF_YOUR_COUPON' %} with the name of the coupon there, and the flow won’t allow a test email to be sent because of invalid syntax. Is there a different way to insert the Klaviyo Shopify coupon code into an email flow? This coupon is not used in any campaign.Thanks

Since Starting This Flow vs Over All Time

We’re creating a welcome email flow where we want to send a 2nd email (and 3rd, if needed) to customers who have NOT purchased since receiving the original welcome email.Our current flow looks like this:Welcome Email Wait time Conditional split (“has Placed Order at least once since starting this flow”). If the answer is NO (i.e. no purchase to date)… 2nd email Wait time Conditional split (“has Placed Order at least once since starting this flow”). If the answer is again NO… 3rd emailShould we be using “Since Starting This Flow” or “Over All Time” on these conditional splits?

Track Orders for a Specific Product Placed thru a Specific Flow

Is there a way to find out if customers purchased a specific product after clicking on a specific message in a flow? We have a bounce back flow which encourages users to purchase specific product as a cross sell immediately after making a purchase. All I can see in Klaviyo is placed orders from that flow but you cannot filter it by which product they purchased.

How to add a NS recordy type in Shopify to set up a branded domain

Hi, I am not sure if I am missing something here but I am trying to set up my branded sending domain. My website is built in Shopify, Klaviyo recommends the dynamic routing option which then asks me to enter a TXT record (no problem) and 4 NS records. What is an NS record? There is no option to add this in Shopify. Thanks in advance for your help!

Not all woocommerce products are synced with the flow

Hey Guys,  I am having an issue with my Woo integration, the connected store has 10 products and in Klaviyo-products I can see all the items but when I want to add a product to a trigger filter in a flow it not showing most of the products.It has last synced today so that should not be the case, anyone know what is happening here?Thanks on forehand.

Am I able to iterate through a list of static coupon codes instead of generating a dynamic code?

I am partnering with a different company that does not use Shopify for hosting and they will be providing me with a CSV list of coupon codes for a product on their store. I plan on importing these codes to my store and linking them to some test product, just so that I have them ready to send to customers.On my store, I have a product with two variants, A and B. When a customer purchases product variant A I would like to send them a coupon code for the company I am partnering with. However, I need to send a unique code every time product variant is purchased, and using a dynamic code would defeat the purpose since I need to pull from this list of pre-made codes from the other company. I have some coding experience, however I am totally new to Klaviyo and have only found resources for generating dynamic discount codes here. If there is another solution to this use-case I would be happy to hear!

Which domain should I use to set up Postmaster Tools?

With Google and Yahoo's email sender requirements coming up, I would like to set up and use Google’s Postmaster Tools: https://postmaster.google.com/managedomainsWhen setting this up, I’m confused which domain to enter for this question: “What domain do you use to authenticate your email?”Should I use “www.mywebsite.com” or should it be my sending domain (that can be found in Klaviyo) “send.mywebsite.com”?

RSS Instagram Feed: Images not showing

Hi,I’ve followed the guide https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004384031 and integrated Instagram feed into Klaviyo. I am 100% sure that I’ve done everything correctly. I can preview my feed in Klaviyo. However, images in the template are not showing, there are just small thumbnail boxes. I’ve sent test to my different emails. I’ve tested in both in Gmail and Outlook but outcome is still same. They don’t show at all!People also say once they are successfully done with the integration, images don’t look properly and aligned. They also say captions and dates don’t appear. I am attaching the screenshots below in order for you to understand the situation clearly. Could you please help me with the issues?Best,

Lost old orders in woocommerce integration

Hello! We have made an integration with woocommerce. There are more than 11 000 profiles in Klaviyo, but recently we saw that 2200 of them have never made orders. After a quick check in the online store it appears that these 2200 clients had made orders before September 2022, but the orders are not visible in Klaviyo. Segmentation is not accurate while we have this problem.. I will be thankfull if anyone can help us to solve this problem.

Zapier integration error message

Hi there,I tried to set up a Zapier Zap.Data is coming from Excel in O365. Email Adres is in Clumn 12. Test Email - correct subject line. wrong body copy

Has anyone had the issue were the test email has the correct subject line, but the body of the email is incorrect?  I keep getting the email from the previous month in the body of the email I’m trying to send out.  The Subject line is correct for the current email but nothing else.   Help.

Error status code 400 on flow webhook

The marketing emails I get from kraken.com all have S/MIME certificated attached to them, and it shows up with a check mark next to the name This is the certificate they use Is it possible to do this in Klaviyo?

Custom product feed related to profile property

Hi,I save custom properties to profile, for example printer model. I would like create a flow that would show cartridges related to this printer model to profile every 3 months. (from feed)How can this be done? Should I periodically update profile with product-ids (because products are often  changing, new models...) Or can it be done with webhook - klaviyo asks webshop which product ids are related to printer model (saved in profile)? Thank you

"Reimagined" Flows Page AKA New Flows Expereince

Hello all.I came here looking for a discussion about the new flows ‘experience’ which is going to be mandatory to use late Jan. I am sorry if this is in the incorrect forum.Am I the only person who just hates it - enough to want me to move from Klaviyo (which would be ugly)?  I am honestly struggling to find any redeeming benefit and I am just amazed I cant find any other conversation about it.  So you understand, here are just some of my issues…In general terms I love all Klaviyo does and  I am sure there were some important technical backend functions that have been implemented but why the interface?   I am using a Mac laptop and can not tab up and down with the keys or scroll with the scrollbar (because this whopping info window is now dominating the RHS of the page). Its also not available when the RH info boxes are not there.   The current flow shows colour and variation for each of the functions.  I see immediately what is what, based on colour. It is next to impossible to distin

Hello Community,I'm seeking assistance in creating a signup pop-up that gathers information for a special event, including the event date (under the property "DateEvent") and the type of event (chosen from multiple options such as birthday, anniversary, or other).I recall the need to create a custom property, but I'm encountering an issue as it doesn't allow me to create three different ones.
