Calculate a date prior to a date in an event

Hi - I’m looking to calculate a date prior to a date in an event. I know how to use “later” to come up with a future date but i’m looking to get a prior date. For example my event shows the date an upcoming order will be placed. I want to use that date minus 1 day to say you have until X date to edit your order.  Thanks!

How do I send customers a discount code after they leave a review?

We’re setting up our reviews request flow and I was wondering what I needed to do in order to set it up such that customers who leave a review will receive a discount code. Is it also possible to isolate customers who leave a photo review specifically?The last post related to this was 2 years ago and I’m wondering if there are any updates to what we can do. Is there a way to append a hidden field value from page when submitting a Klaviyo form?

Hello, We are implementing a “Contact Us” form that is available on each “details” page of our products (over which there are several hundred).  I want to be able to pass along the name of the item upon form submission that would get stored the custom property that I set on the submission button.  Do Klaviyo forms have a way of passing custom property values upon submission?

Upcoming Google & Yahoo Deliverability Changes: Authentication & One-Click Unsubscribe

Hi all, Google and yahoo are going to make some deliverability changes. More info here https://blogs.oracle.com/marketingcloud/post/new-gmail-yahoo-deliverability-requirements One of these changes is that a one-click unsubscribe will be needed if you send more than 5000 emails to Gmail users per campaign. Does anyone know if this means that we will need a one-click unsubscribe on all transactional emails or only promotional emails? If transactional emails are affected, will this mean pure transactional emails like “password-reset” will need it as well? And will a one-click unsubscribe on the bottom of the email template suffice or is the “unsubscribe” link next to the subject line needed? Thanks

How to Edit Post-Purchase Followup Flow Review Email

Hi everyone,I’m using the default Klaviyo flow for post-purchase followups (order counts plit) that triggers when someone places an order. Then 14 days later it sends a review request.In this review email, there’s no code or formatting to send them to the product page to where they CAN review. And then, I wanted to add an anchor so they get sent straight to the review section.Not sure how I can do this, hopefully someone can help. Thank you!

Isit possible to intergrate 2 different klaviyo accounts to the same shopify account?

Hello, I'm relatively new to the world of email marketing and need some guidance. I represent an e-commerce enterprise operating as a multi-brand, multi-vendor online fashion marketplace. Currently, we share our Klaviyo account with a sister brand. This shared approach has raised concerns regarding our open, click, and conversion rates, as our target audiences overlap to a significant extent. To address this, we are exploring the possibility of separating our Klaviyo accounts while maintaining the same Shopify account, as we manage the sale of their items on our platform.So my questions are, is it feasible to have two Klaviyo accounts linked to a single Shopify account? Assuming this is viable, if the sister brand is to migrate to a new account, what assets and data would be required from the existing account to initiate the new one successfully? Furthermore, I would like a step-by-step guide on executing this separation and setting up the new Klaviyo account to ensure compliance with

Is it possible to have a Profile with no email?

Hello everyone,I know it might sound kind of basic, but we are building an integration to Klaviyo and was wondering if it was possible for a customer to set “Phone number” as primary key of their Profiles, and that allows having Profiles with no email but phone number…With this in place, I could be able to create a Profile (via API) with just a phone number and no email.Thanks in advance!

Segmentation Settings Restoration

I wanted to clean a list of fake emails so I exported the list from Klaviyo and after the cleanup, forgetting the segmentation and settings these people must have been on, I deleted the initial set of contacts. Now, my client is mad. Is there a way to restore these settings, please? I feel so bad

Is there a way to undo a deleted item inside of a flow? I accidently deleted a conditional split and it deleted everything under it. 5 email and 2 sms message. 2 days worth of work!

BUG - Back In Stock Subscribe event incorrectly has product tags appended to Categories

There is an issue with the back in stock subscribe event having the product’s tags appended to the products’ categories.  The tags field is not shown in the back in stock subscribe event.This using Shopify platform, but we are sending back in stock subscribe via javascript using email and “catalog-variant” relationship only.  We use endpoint : https://a.klaviyo.com/client/back-in-stock-subscriptionsWhen that subscribe event is viewed in the klaviyo profile, it shows the products tags appended to the products categories, and does not show a field “tags”.  It seems when the variant is looked up from the relationship, it is incorrectly mapping the product’s tags to the end of the categories.This prevents other functionality that uses the subscribe’s product’s tags, such as segments.

Abandonend Cart E-Mail Reminder Template

I would like to edit my abandoned cart emails. The problem I have is that if I use a cool template I don't know how to set up the Return to Cart buttons with the correct URL and the email to show the correct products that the customer had in the cart? Are there cool templates where this is already in there and I can just customize the background design and add some icons?

I want to create a conditional split where if the product X is viewed by a customer, we will send a specific email. If the product X is not viewed by the customer, we will send another email instead. How do do it?

Connecting Klaviyo to Zipify

I have a landing page I created on Shopify using zipify and I’m trying to add Klaviyo so potential clients can get a 25% coupon code. Should I be creating a flow and connect it to zipify or a sign up form and connect it to zipify. I initially created a flow but I don’t see a way to connect the flow to zipify. I already connected klaviyo to zipify as the crm and added the mailing list but still can’t seem to figure out how to add a way for potential clients get the coupon code.

Segmenting B2B and B2C

Hello Everybody,So I have a shopify store with two sites: one is B2B and the other B2C. The customers flow into my B2B site using typeform + zappier. Both the B2B and B2C customers get funneled into one list in my Klaviyo which is fine.My question here is how do I properly segment b2b and b2c subscribers? I tried segmenting via $source equals -9 (the API value) for the b2b segment and $source does not equal -9 for the b2c segment but the total numbers of these two segments don’t add up to my total subscriber count.Any help and advise will be much appreciated! Thanks!

Why Facebook Lead Ad doesn't share contact info (Name Lastname and phone) to Klavyio List?

I’m trying to connect Lead Ads integration to the Klavyio list, in the list there’s not info regarding phone numbers, lastname and phone number even if the Lead Ads form is tracking. Please need support from someone on the community. My best

After a order is place how do I copy the customer email into a new list?

At the moment when someone make a purchase they are added to a flow called (thank you for your order). I would also like to add them to a secondary flow (Welcome Series).

What will trigger a new `updated` value for profiles, lists, and segments?

Is there an exhaustive list for things that will trigger a new updated value for profiles, lists, and segments?For example it seems that subscribing a profile to a list will trigger a new updated value for that profile. On the other hand, manually adding a profile to a list appears to not trigger a new updated value.Is there any documentation anywhere on what triggers new updated values for these entities?

Inserting Past Profiles into a dynamic Flow.

Issue.  We had our ad agency change the wording of one of our items in Shopify without informing us, resulting in a flow trigger not firing and 53 of our prospects not entering a sales flow.I am trying to figure out how to get these past profiles into that flow.I have created a segment with the 53 profiles in it. Then I cloned the flow and attempted to have that segment go into the top of the flow, but for the life of me, I can't find a way/ trigger to initiate that action.Any advice welcome

Monthly Newsletter Email

I want to set up our monthly newsletter. I want this newsletter to be different each month and I'd like to schedule it to go out on a specific day each month. I want our 3 Welcome Series email to trigger this monthly newsletter. Our welcome series is currently set up to send over a 7 day time frame. After they receive the 3rd email, I'd like the following email that they receive to be the first email in our monthly newsletter. I have the flow set up to update the profile property if they've completed the flow and this is where I'm stuck. What is the best flow/trigger for this monthly newsletter?
