Help - I have been sending out my personal address!

Hello,I am new to Klaviyo and despite looking over my emails before sending them out, I have just realised it has been featuring my personal address in all of my emails as I work from home and have an online store. I feel so silly not seeing this before and it wasn't until my friend signed up to my newsletter that they saw it and notified me.I tried to remove the address, but Klaviyo seems to tell me I have to have something in that field. What can I do about this?

Create segment by $source from subscribe link

Ultimately, I want to place a subscribe link in my Instagram stories, and then those customers who sign up to our main list via that link are segmented by having signed up via IG.I have read through multiple community & support articles but none seem to directly address my situation.It seems that the best way to do this is to create a segment by $source. ($source would be IG Stories.)I know I can create a link to the subscribe page, which can be placed on an IG story. However, the $source associated with these signups will just be the Subscribe Page, and isn’t specifically indicating the customers came from IG. Multiple lead magnet flow logic

I’ve read (and re-read!) all the threads on this topic, but I’m still struggling.I have one main list. My subscribe form offers a lead magnet.  The link to the LM is sent in the first message of the welcome series. I’d like to add several new lead magnets via different forms on landing pages. These subscribers should get a specific first welcome email with a link to the correct LM, then go through the same welcome series as the main list does. The LMs are different, but all related to the same topic which is why I want everyone to go through the same welcome series.Option 1 is to create a flow split for every LM at the top of the main welcome flow. Deliver a unique first email, then all subsequent messages are the same. This results in an “ugly” wide flow, but it works. The only downside is, once subscribed a person can never subscribe for a new LM. Yes, I can send all new LMs to the list first (sneak peek), but people will stumble upon the new signup forms and try them (and get nothin

Is there a way a profile can subscribe to a list more than once?

I’m currently using Klaviyo forms as a contact form on my website, and when someone submits a form, it triggers a notification email for us to get in contact with them. However, if the same person returns and uses the same email, it doesn’t trigger the flow and no notification is sent.  Any idea how an email address can be added to a list more than once so it will trigger the flow everytime they submit the form?

Dynamic Table where content are collections

Hey Community,I’ve started feeling helpless after reading whatever I could but still can’t find the solution of creating a dynamic block where we link to collections as a recommendations. We want to make blocks where to link to a collections/product categories the person has recently viewed or popular ones instead of single products. Order Confirmation - Import items purchased into dynamic table

Hi!Am using Shopify integrated with Klaviyo and I’m currently creating my order confirmation email. I want to include an image, number of items purchased and price within a dynamic table within the email. However when I create the dynamic table and try to select those options, I have no information to select from:  Please would someone be able to help me resolve this issue? Recharge and Klaviyo integration - what am I missing

Hi folks, scratching my head regarding integration with ReCharge.  Hopefully there is sufficient context in here that people can point out what step I may have missed or done incorrectly.In support docs/instructions, it states that I need to integrate/connect with Klaviyo from Recharge first:This is done and API key accepted.  Nothing shows up in Klaviyo however, and any backfill or sync doesn’t seem to do anything.When I go to see if I can enable the integration from Klaviyo side I get this:Now, this is a very new Klaviyo workspace and I am learning as I go so is it possible that there could be a background setting that needs enabling before this all works?Admin tells me my “Shopify store is connected” in green, however any Shopify sync in integrations seems to be permanently pending (it has stayed like this throughout)Is it the case that Recharge can’t work without the above singing along, or is it (as I suspect) that some background account setting needs to be changed.Hopefully this

Flows and Sign up form Disappeared

I’m new Klayvio and spent a lot of time setting up my flows and sign up forms. Everything was working but when I log into Klayvio today everything I set up is gone like I’m a new account. However, when I go to my website the Announcement I set up still pops up but doesn’t show in my dashboard. I checked I’m logged in with the right email and I even received a test email yesterday. Can anyone please help?

I’ve tried a lot of tags like: {{ item.product.name }}{{ item.product.title }}{{ event.product.name}} But none of those tags have worked. How can I add the product name to my subject line?

Multiple Domains

We have multiple domains.Company.com   > used for ALL corporate emails. has MX, SPF, DKIM (3rd party), no DMARCCompanyBrandA.com  > no email capabilities, no MX, PTR, SPF, DKIM or DMARCCompanyBrandB.com  > no email capabilities, no MX, PTR, SPF, DKIM or DMARCI understand not wanting to alter the reputation of Company.com through he use of mass marketing.Can I place my Branded sub domains on CompanyBrandA.com and CompanyBrandB.com despite that they have no email capabilities/configuration at all ? Thanks Barry

Shopify > Klaviyo sync not working

I’ve connected a new store I’m working on to Klaviyo, but it is not syncing the data. These are the things I’ve checked and tried with no luck;• Checked Integration, which tells me ✅ The Klaviyo App Embed is enabled on your Shopify store.• Checked that the option to Sync your Shopify email subscribers to Klaviyo ✅• Checked that the Shopify form is collecting data, which it is ✅• Checked that the Shopify form is adding the newsletter tag, which it is ✅This is the URL to the site.I’m at a loss now to what else to try. Subscription Reminder Emails

We manage an account for a company that has product subscriptions (Weekly, every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks). We have been trying to set up different flows for each of these subscription variations but are still having some issues. Course of action example: The conditional split is allows for someone to be removed from the flow IF they have “Cancelled Plan” at least once since starting this flow, “Ship Now and Reschedule” at least once since starting this flow, “Skip Next Order” at least once since starting this flow, “Cancelled Order” at least once since starting this flow, “shipping_date_change” is in the next 3 days, and “Subscription next shipping date change” at least once since starting this flow. (NOTE: the conditions in red are also custom conditions we have added)All conditions that in green have been working well. Browse Abandonment emails while sending Welcome Flow

Hi, I would like to hear recommendations what are the best practices to setup Browse abandonment Flow for profiles that are still receiving Welcome Flow emails as well as the recommendations to improve my Welcome Flow.My current Welcome Flow sends 5 emails during one week. I am experimenting with this flow in an attempt to get better results, because placed order rate is really low (0,20%).So my email sequences is as follow:Welcome email with an incentive (10% off for the first order. I wasn’t offering discount earlier, so maybe the discount itself will improve the results) Introduction of our team (no product is showed in the email) Request to update their profile (choose which products categories they are interested in. How To Separate First Time vs. Repeat Purchasers - Recharge

We have both subscription and non-subscription products, but I want to report how much revenue from first-time purchasers is coming from Klaviyo flows.  We’ve integrated both Shopify and Recharge to Klaviyo, but any help articles I’ve read about this are above my head technically speaking, with lots of code so I am not sure if they’re in the right direction or if there’s a simpler solution.Does anyone know how this is possible? Why am I getting a 500 Server Error?

Hello, Ive been using klayvio just fine for some time now. However in the past couple of weeks we’ve been getting strange emails from customers and basically its because the flow triggers arent working in klayvio due to our periodic sync not working. Ive contacted support and they inform me that it is a 500 server error and its likely due to woocommerce not being set up proplerly? Seeing as I am the one who manages woocommerce can someone please help me with this issue as it has been working fine for months. could it be due to the new wordpress update?  I have made sure plugins are up-to-date and I have deleted them and re-integrated and re synced old data but I still seem to be getting this error.  I have also put in a request to my server host to add what support suggested. Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated as the support guy couldnt really give me anything to work on except for essentuially ask someone else!

Woocommerce Unique Code with Expiry Date

In my signup form, I want to give a code that is unique to each signup. So there is little chance of them sharing with others. I want to create a unique code, with 1 time usage, with 10 days expiry for each new signup user. Supposed the each unique code is sent exclusively to each new signup, after bulk upload, what property tag should i include in my email template so that the system can auto grab a unique code from the bulk coupon list? How do I create like a 10 days expiry date to each unique code sent? Suppose I have a 1000 list, do I create 1000 unique code? Sounds very tedious.

How do I line my image up with my text in a block

Hello!Okay, I have always struggled with this and my work around has been to simply create this look with an image and simply insert the image into my email. However, I really want to lear how to level my image and text so that the text matches the height of the image on mobile and desktop. Here is what this looks like on mobile: It is almost even (the text to the image)  And this is what it looks like on Desktop: Just awful. the text is nowhere near being level with the image.  Please help!

Abandoned Cart Reminder Flow Filter "Added to Cart"

Hello,  Can someone please explain to me why the filter “Added to Cart zero times since starting this flow” is needed for the Abandoned Cart Reminder Flow?  Does this prevent someone who adds multiple items to their cart from receiving the flow for each action?   Thank you!

Am I eligible to be a Klaviyo Partner? (copywriter just getting started with Klaviyo and email marketing for clients)

Hi all! So, I earned my Klaviyo Product Certification yesterday and I’m all fired up about moving ahead and doing more and more Klaviyo-related work for clients. I also have my own (minimalist) copywriting website.My intention to work with Klaviyo is strong, but honestly - I haven’t had a single Klaviyo client yet (except for myself! Since I’ve set up some sign-up forms and flows for my own website).Question: Based on the above, am I eligible to become a Klaviyo Partner?  Or do I need to show some client successes first?I don’t want to “waste” my Partner application, so I thought I’d check here first.Cheers!Melanie

Meta Lead Generation - adding email addresses to Newsletter

Hi Klaviyo community,We are running Lead Generation campaigns across our paid advertising on Meta to collect email signatures for our newsletter.How it works at the moment, is our agency will send us CSV files with the data/leads collected & I am manually adding these to our Newsletter list.I would like to know if there is a method of “tagging” these people - so in the future I can quickly & easily:identify if they have gone on to purchase which lead generation campaign they came from (as we will be running different campaigns)Would love to hear if anyone has a streamlined method for this - or if you know of a better system Thanks,Ellen

What to do with existing contacts in a flow when you need to retire the flow and enable a new one?

When you have an existing multi-email flow that’s been live for a while, but you now need to change it to a brand-new flow, what do you do with the existing contacts who are already in the (old) flow… Is there a way to “block” all contacts from being triggered into a to-be-retired flow? In an ideal world, the existing contacts in a to-be-retired flow could still “finish out” from their current place within the flow, but yet the flow would not allow any new contacts to enter it (because I want all new contacts to get triggered into the new metric-triggered flow instead of the old segment-triggered flow).It would be nice if there was an efficient way to “salvage” the contacts who are still in the old flow, so that we don’t just cut them off mid-flow.Right now, I am changing all statuses of emails in the old segment-triggered flows to “Draft” because I don’t know how else to halt the flow from triggering more contacts into it. Anyone have any tricks or advice to handle this? MORE CONTEXT:
