Hi everyone,I’m exploring ways to improve email funnel performance and better understand how segmentation, automation, and personalization impact engagement. At Funnelsflex, we focus on mapping customer journeys step-by-step and using analytics to refine each touchpoint, which has significantly increased conversions for campaigns.I’d love to hear how others are tracking performance metrics, structuring multi-step flows, or testing variations to optimize results. Any insights, strategies, or best practices you’ve found particularly effective?

We have created Klaviyo accounts for each of our store fronts separately to have separated subscriber's lists / data / forms / emails campaigns / flows / triggers etc... The store fronts have different urls. Does anyone have a detailed video on how to integrate every part manually by adding code or snippets to our different store front? We observed that as we connect one Klaviyo account, the integration to the other Klaviyo account will be lost.

I have a custom catalog and want to add variants but don’t understand how/where I can do that. 

Hi, so far Ive used successfully a button to trigger a sign-up form (as described in your documentation), but now once clicked the button doesnt trigger the sign up form any more. Can you help? I have some very specification questions concerning segmentation. First question is concerning everyone's experience with segmenting by product purchased, or by customer type.  What type of segmentation leads to more conversions statistically speaking? Next if I elect to set this up by product purchased am I able to setup this using multiple items purchased? Example you own a bakery you have customers who purchase blueberry muffins, and also purchase dark roast coffee.  Next when I click on create segment I'm noticing the segments are pulling from tags which leads me to my next questions. Does this mean I have to tag each customer in shopify with Blueberry muffin, and dark roast coffee? Finally how do I automate these segments for future orders so the list grows i.e. someone buys a blueberry muffin tomorrow. Thank you all in advance for your expertise please do not try and sell me on your service.  Sorry had to throw that in but this happens often to me and is annoying. 

The Editor USA desperately slow - keeps coming up with a warning that "it is not reapnding"..It takes us hours to complete a simple newsletter and it drives us crazy. I - an numerous others have complained about this for a very long time. Can you please fix it!!!!!!! 

I recently joined Partners and set up my login for the account. The first time I logged into my regular account to manage client work, it kicked me out for a wrong password. I reset it, then got kicked out my Partner account for wrong password. And so on… I thought the two were completely separate?

Hey everyone,  So I’ve set up my email templates and welcome flow and it isn’t triggering for new signs ups. It’s connected to a list not a segment and it won’t even send my email a test email when I try. I also tried sending out a campaign and that won’t send either.  I’ve been following all the steps I see in all the articles, i even tried to add recent profiles so it would send and still nothing. Can anyone help?

Hi, i have embedded a signup form on a page in my shopify store.  It is not displaying on chrome but works on safari.  The guidance states i need to install the Klaviyo Embedded Form, but it is not available on the shopufy app store. Thanks 

I would like to create some views/exports where I can select the specific profile fields that are being displayed while segmenting the group based on either behaviors or profile attributes of the audience. The current List & Segments does not seem to be editable or exportable. I’m also having issues with the Custom Reports tab in getting the fields I want to have a quick stats view on. Is anyone else using Klaviyo for reporting and is there other ways of doing this beyond the functions listed above? Thanks

Hi,I’m trying to create a product block only to show when a person has recently browsed the homeware section of our site. It is a homeware and clothing store so it doesn’t make much sense to show clothing as recommended items when they’ve browsed homeware and vice versa.I’m going into the preview mode and seeing that {{ event.Categories.5 }} is ‘homeware’ so i’m trying to show a dynamic product block based on that, but it doesn’t work, it just keeps on still showing clothing items. I’ve successfully managed to just show blocks based on the person’s sex using the person|lookup:'Sex' = 'Female' variable, but for some reason just can’t get this homeware category to work. Something i’ve also noticed is that the category number sometimes changes depending on the preview, it was 5 in one preview and then in another the category 5 was Trousers. So do I need to put the text homeware in rather than the category number? The store has multiple iterations

Does anyone know how to display items side by side (image on top, text below) when there are multiple items, instead of having them stacked vertically? Currently, they only appear one on top of another. I’ve attached an image for reference  

i migrated from hubspot to klaviyo.but i’m having an issue on whatsapp.I removed the integration between whatsapp manager and hubspot and then connect it to klaviyo.I had to create a new whatsapp manager but that was easy, the issue is about the number.for me is crucial that the number is the same as before. I verified it during the connection but now it says “Action required” on klaviyo and suspended number on meta.but it’s not clear if i need to do something or it’s just a matter of time.what should i do?

Hi everyone, I have emails with clicks, but the opens are NOT recorded. I’ve reached out to support. They told me to move the tracking pixel from bottom of the email to above the email. But it’s been 24 hours and it’s still the same. I’ve checked those who clicked on it. It says it’s not from bot clicks or machine opens, so it’s legit click from a real user. I’ve also checked my email placement via GMass. It’s landing in the inbox. Hope you could help!When the opens aren’t recorded and my open rates are going down. I need to open more flows. If opens are not reflecting the real number, I couldn’t scale my sends. So I really need to resolve this issue now.  

One of my client is using funnelish landing page. When someone click buy now, they will be redirected to shopify checkout. My question is:1. How do I setup flows on that case? should I use shopify checkout started trigger to setup the abandoned checkout flows?2. How many flows will I be able to create in that case?3. Do I need to setup funnelish automations other than that? If so, what kind?Please help!

One of our partners uses Klaviyo and our product feed is integrated and passing. We recently updated our feed to include categories as comma separated values, for them to use in email marketing; however, the categories field is not showing in Klaviyo under “Configure field mapping”. My only assumption is because not all products are including this value (some products aren’t in categories so we did not pass the value). Would that be the reason this field is not showing in the list or is there some other reason that might prevent it?If all products must include the categories list, can you please share what should be passed in the field when there are no categories? Would it just be <categories></categories> ?

Hi all, We are running into an issue with the Browse Abandonment Flow and could really use some suggestions for those who have faced something similar before. The flow is currently showing a 13% bounce rate over 30 days, which seems unusually high and impacting our wider delivery scores.I’ve already gone through the usual checks for list hygiene, content, and flow settings — but nothing has stood out as the obvious cause. I also turned on Smart Sending to see if that made a difference, but unfortunately it didn’t.Has anyone experienced something similar, or are there other areas you’d recommend looking into? We do have a dedicated sending domain already done

Hi,Does Klaviyo supports universal links?In high level, I would like to create an email campaign, and embed a link for App install.Once the user will click on the link there are 2 scenarios:In case the App is not installed - the user will be redirected to the app store. In case the App is already installed, the App will be opened directly on a specific page ( this is actually the deep linking functionality).I couldn’t find any formal documentation for such ability.Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks, Yossi.  

Hello Klaviyo Community,I was playing around with some attribution models and I have a couple of questions I was hoping you experts could help with. But first the context:I noticed that if I uncheck the Exclude Apple Privacy Opens box that my revenue for the last 30 days jumped up by $13K. I wanted to dig deeper into this so I saved the setting and took a recent campaign that performed well in terms of revenue generation before I unchecked the box. There were 15 people attributed to the revenue before unchecking the box and then there were 31 after. Taking a look at the who who were added it appears that they mostly never clicked (although some did) and that their open happened at a variety of different times after they received the email. Sometimes 43 minutes, sometimes 10+ hours later and even over a day later. And it appears that now subscriptions have entered the conversion metric.Questions:Why are the open times varied for people who su

I think it would be very beneficial for both the customer and Klaviyo if the we could enter into the Edit Panel of an Email without removing Transactional Status.As a user who uses a lot of dynamic content within emails, sometimes it is necessary for me to review the source code, the conditionals, or the content of an email without making any changes. It would be especially helpful to be able to preview and test my emails (and their dynamic content) without having to remove the Transactional status first. Often times it is enough to see that the email is working as expected. I imagine this improvement would remove a lot of necessary Transactional Approval ticketing on the system.Thank you for the consideration.
