Can you have unsubscribe page per list?
I’ve got a different types of email that gets sent out each week that are attached to a different mailing lists. Is there a way to have multiple unsubscribe list?For e.gCustomer 1 is in the list A and list B, customer 1 only wants to unsubscribe list A emails but keep list B emails.Thanks in advance!
Like many other subscription companies, we sell pre-paid gift subscriptions (ex: 3mo membership).The problem with selling gifts, is that its hard to know when a gift is for self (its on sale)/or gift to someone else. We’re banking on an idea that we can segment Gifting customers based on discrepancy between their billing address vs shipping address. Or their purchase IP location vs shipping address. Ex:Gift To Self - I buy Gift from one place, send it to same place. Gift to Loved One - I buy Gift from one place, but send it to another place. I’m struggling to find customer profile properties to create these two segments, any suggestions?
Add phone number field to Subscribe & Preferences "Subscribe Page"
We recently added the sms option to our website signup form, and I would like to add the phone number field to the Subscribe page for that list. Currently I don’t see that as an option. The goal is to send social traffic strait to the Subscribe landing page url with the option to sign up for sms messaging. Any advice is appreciated!
How do I email recent customers?
Hi everyone, I’m very new to Klaviyo and wanting to send a one-off email to recent customers. We use Shopify and this is integrated correctly (as far as I’m aware).I need to email customers who have purchased from our website over the last week to let them know about shipping delays.Thanks!
Segmenting with Collections
Hi there,I’ve just run into an issue with segmenting by collections, one that I haven’t come across before. We’re integrated with Shopify and usually segment our audience by purchasing habits - so by collections/categories. However, I’ve noticed today that while all of our Shopify collections are listed as an option to filter by, there are also collections titled ‘collections:name’ which don’t exist in our own Shopify backend. After testing these, the ‘collection’ titles pull the incorrect data. Can anyone shed some light on what these extra collections are/why they exist? Thank you.
How do I add a custom field in the profile of each customer that makes a purchase?
Hi, I would like to add a custom field in the profile of each customer that purchase.For example, if he buys a top then categorize this customer with a custom field that says "top".If he buys a legging, then categorize this customer with a custom field that classify as come from “legging” colecction. Same for sizes. If he buys a XS, then a custom field that categorize this customer with a custom field that says XS. I use shopify plus.
Profile consent when using Prestashop integration
Hi everyone We have just started with Klaviyo and we are running an e-commerce store from a Prestashop platform.We have used the standard integration and we see profiles being imported into Klaviyo from Prestashop. However all profiles has no consent applied to them and I want to make sure that we do not send out any e-mail to customers who has not signed up for our newsletter.I have checked in Prestashop admin and I can see we have a fair amount of customers who has given consent but in Klaviyo they are all blank.Does anyone know how to get this parameter synced correctly so we do not risk to send out promotional e-mails to customers who has not opted-in for it? Send Welcome Flow to New Subscribers but not to Checkout Opt-ins!?
Hello, I am a shopify store owner currently using mailchimp and migrating over to Klavyio. I have a sign up embed and pop up on my website which offers 10% off to new subscribers. I would like people who sign up via these forms to enter my welcome series flow which gives them 10% off and be added to my newsletter list. However, I don’t want people who opt-in to the newsletter at checkout to trigger this welcome flow. Instead I will want them to trigger a post-purchase flow. I do want both sets of people (whether they signed up for 10% or they opted-in at checkout) to be added to my ‘all newsletter’ list. Please can someone help by explaining to me how to do this? Hello,I’m very new to Klaviyo and was wondering if you could help me figure out how to do the following:Send an automated email to a user who requests access to my gated Shopify store. i.e. Thanks for requesting access, someone will be in touch shortly. Send an automated email to a user once they are marked as “approved” in Shopify. i.e. You now have access, log in here [...] I already set up auto-emails via Flow in Shopify, but it does not allow me to send to the end-user. Other info:The sign-up form I’m using is the generic Shopify form.I see that when I test the sign-up form, it is being logged in Klaviyo in the Profiles list. How do I get started?Thank you
How to manually add a profile?
I’m trying to manually add a customer’s information / profile and there is no “add email” like there is on the suppression list. How would I go about doing this? I should be able to manually go in and enter the name and email address of the person who wants to receive our emails. Help?
New customers who sign up being added to Potential Purchases segment and not Newsletter list?
Hi, I have created a newsletter list that is connected to our welcome series flow. We have tested ourselves with emails with great success. We have disabled double opt in. However we have people appearing in the Potential Purchases segment, via the klaviyo sign up form. They are not appearing in the newsletter list and therefore not entering into our welcome series flow. From what we can see they are signing up and not going into the correct list. Are we missing something here? We are using the standard welcome pop up.

Hi all!I appreciate any responses to a question I have in relation to how segment tags and lists can be linked. My goals is to send emails based upon a set of preferences specified and collected in one subscription form. (equipmentsurpluslist.com/alert)I would like to automatically send listings of products within specified area of search once they are listed to the site. Can this be done using Klaviyo? Email Confirmation Not Sending / Profiles Not Added to Newsletter List
I’ve been working all day to setup my new Klaviyo account. I’ve been working through the Shopify & Klaviyo Onboarding checklist. I’ve completed the steps for Shopify integration (verified the JS scripts for site and product tracking are in place). I’ve browsed my site with a profile and see metrics. I’ve created an embedded subscription form that’s pointed to my Newsletter list. However, when I test email signups, these subscribers are automatically added as consented profiles and I never first receive the email confirmation to opt-in. Further, these profiles are not added to the Newsletter list.I have configured a custom sending domain and validated emails can be sent by sending previews of some of the email templates.I’ve checked my Newsletter list settings and I have double opt-in turned on. Can someone please look at my account and help me resolve this?
Customers location messed up?
We suddenly see Klaviyo totally messing up our customers profiles locations. Even if they where located in a certain country (based on their first order from us) Klaviyo changed the country in their profile based on their zip code. The zip code is also present in other countries so it seems like Klaviyo just by random changed the country for A LOT of our customers profiles. This means we cant segment on country any more since the data is not accurate.We are awaiting response from support but need this solved ASAP: Anyone had similar issues in the past and know how to solve it?
How can I add Custom Properties to Profiles that are older than the Klaviyo integration
Hi Community,I’m struggling with custom Properties. Maybe it’s to obvious to find? Would be nice if someone can give me an idea.Situation: We use Shopify for 4 months and Klaviyo Integration since couple of days.I want Klaviyo to add the customers first purchase date as profile property enrichment. This works like a charm for contacts who placed orders after Klaviyo was integrated into shopify. I want to add that custom profile property to all Klaviyo profiles that we collected before the Klaviyo integration and here i’m stuck. I don’t know how to specify the contacts, nor how to get the date and write it to the profile.Any help appreciated.Thanks in advance.
How do I add existing Subscribers to a list?

Create segment from property
We have a flow that will include 1,000+ SKUs for people who buy specific made to order (MTO) products. (Due to the variants around our product line, we cannot simply categorize these in the back end of Woo and we have had to manually enter these 1,000+ SKUs as triggers into this flow.)Anyway, customers will receive an email that their product has shipped once one of those SKUs has been triggered.Can we add/update a customer’s property after they receive that email to somehow link it with a segment?Our goal is to be able to use that segment to trigger all MTO flows going forward. If we can do this, then this would help us avoid manually entering in a second time these 1,000+ SKUs to create that segment, which is what we’d like to avoid if possible.
How to segment new buyer but not based on number of orders?
Hello, would you mind helping me out please.I am trying to setup flow which segments my customers into NEW buyers, 2nd time (but not in one buying cycle) buyers and 3+My question is, what would be the best way to segment NEW buyer but not based on number of orders because he can buy something from my upsell page and it would make him 2nd time buyer, but it's actually new customer to which I want send related content.On the other hand, if person comes back to me after 30 days and buys again, he is 2nd time buyer, but not same as the person above.How can I segment those two types of buyers so they can recieve related message from me?Thank you in advance
