@Veli, If what you’re looking for is email and order number data, why not export directly from Shopify? Can you talk us through your use case why you need an order number associated with your Klaviyo segment data? That will help us guide you better on the best solution!

Sign up versus subscribers list

Hey there @tomytee! Setting your SMS list to double opt-in will handle the subscription confirmation automatically with a keyword response. For example, when someone submits your SMS sign up form, they’ll get a text asking to confirm their subscription by responding YES.  You can then set up a welcome flow to trigger a campaign once they’re subscribed.

Verizon Bounce Rate

Hey @LOUISGEO! Yes, you’re correct in the overall approach but I’d suggest slowing down expanding the segment definition until your campaign bounce rate reliably stays below 0.6%. It’s much better to go slower rather than try to rush the repair.  There have been a ton of questions about how to repair reputation with specific inbox providers and the advice is all the same! It’s great you’ve checked out the help docs but is there something specifically that’s still unclear? Check out these past answers as well:

Data migrated via Klaviyo is not similar to MailChimp.

Hey there @Yogesh.dhiman! Apologies for the late response here.  There are numerous of reasons why there are discrepancies between the two numbers but the short answer is because each platform may have different definitions and measurements of how to track that data. Generally, we recommend using the MailChimp integration only to port over your subscribers from MailChimp to Klaviyo instead of using both at the same time. The integration is not designed for long-term use. If you’re really curious and need a more detailed answer, I suggest reaching out to Support to investigate further since they can dig around in your account. :)

Domain Reputation Sudden Drop after Applying DMAR SPF DKIM

Hiya @Noman023! Looks like something is misaligned but should be a simple fix if everything else is set up properly. Can you send an email to yourself via a Gmail inbox and show me the dropdown menu in the header where it shows “to youremail”? I’d also like to take a look at your default sender address in your Klaviyo settings.

Emails to @me.com, @icloud.com and @mac.com bouncing overnight

@KennSampson I checked internally with a deliverability expert and it’s definitely unusual for a bounce rate to be that high and also issuing from Apple. There isn’t a known issue going on with Apple domains. Bounces can happen for any number of reasons and variables that are unique to each domain and campaign. So, in order to properly diagnose this I suggest reaching out to our Support team. They’ll be able to dig into your account and campaigns and figure out what might be affecting your bounce rates and solutions to fix it!

DKIM not passing with branded domain

Hiya, @BrittH! That’s definitely not possible because when you set up your branded sending domain in Klaviyo, we automatically configure your SPF and DKIM records for you. Unfortunately, MXToolbox will always show an issue with DKIM as either broken or missing because the info you send in is encrypted and incomplete. So, it can’t decrypt the data properly and even what it can see is not enough info to verify the data matches.   Can you send yourself a test email to a Gmail inbox and show me the dropdown information on the header (“From” “sent by”, “signed by”, etc)? I’m looking to confirm you set up your branded sending domain correctly. In which case, your DKIM is fine and functional.

@Stans My first reaction is to instead change your first condition from at least once to an actual quantity using the other logic options like so in addition to the specific variant filter:           Then you wouldn’t need the second condition of quantity. The thing to be careful with here is getting the name exactly right. I’d suggest using a different property if you can that has less room for error, such as an ID number. However, in your second condition example, the quantity should be editable text that might be default suggesting 1.0 from a previous option. Is it not letting you type in 4.0 (or another quantity)?

@Gproli it doesn’t look like you’ve set up your branded sending domain in Klaviyo which have different DNS records. In doing so your SPF and DKIM will be updated automatically. You’ll need to do this eventually with the new sender requirements!How to set up a branded sending domain

Mailchimp not importing signup date data

Hey @snoogs, jumping in here to clarify: I hear you only want to import one segment from Mailchimp which wasn’t possible with the integration, but did you try importing all your subscriber data this way? Klaviyo should maintain the proper subscription status and data accordingly. I’m wondering if just doing it all via the integration will solve your problem rather than trying to cherry pick which contacts you do and don’t import.

Google/Yahoo sender reqs. with 2 differing domains

Hey there @derek! No sweat here and thanks for the thorough information. You were on the right track but looks like you aligned your branded sending domain to your website and not the domain you actually use to send mail. In most cases these are one in the same, but your case is different.  It sounds like all of your email marketing and transactional communications go through bgolftech.com. That’s the domain you need to set up a branded sending domain for. Essentially, Google and Yahoo want to make sure that where mail is coming from and who claims they sent it are the same. You’re getting an error because you’re telling inboxes you’re sending from breakthroughgolftech.com but signing it as bgolftech.com. The inboxes don’t know it’s the same business! If you plan to keep Woocommerce and Wordpress sending transactional mail as bgolftech.com, then I suggest removing your branded sending domain records for send.breakthroughgolftech.com via Kinsta and instead set up send.bgolftech.com as y
