Shopify flow filters being pulled into Klaviyo

Hi @Kylie W  Thank you!  I have created a collection called Embroidery and added the product. The collection is not active on any of the sales channels.  When I go back into Klaviyo and keep the trigger “placed order” with the trigger filter dimension set to “collection” - embroidery isn’t an option.  What am I doing wrong? Please help! And thank you once again.

Hello @lollygag, Welcome to the Klaviyo Community! I would suggest taking a look at our Understanding Klaviyo reviews pricing Help Center article which breaks down the pricing for the review feature further.  But your understanding is correct! If you're a new store and don’t yet exceed 50 orders per month, it wouldn’t cost you anything to use the review feature.  You can also see the chart below outlining the first 6 Klaviyo reviews pricing tiers:  Max monthly number of Orders Klaviyo reviews monthly cost 50 $0 250 $25 1,000 $90 2,000 $175 3,500 $300 10,000 $500   David  Hi @David To - could you possibly help. Can I use duplicate coupon codes for different flows?

Hi @ebusiness pros - thanks for your help on this. Does this also work for campaigns? I am scheduling my campaign and want to include a discount. I got a notice that I don’t have enough codes so I went to Coupons on Klaviyo and loaded codes. Now when I send tests, I get different codes each time.  I just want to make sure I’m not handing out hundreds of codes as the special I want to run is for 2 weeks so there is multiple reminder emails for this campaign where I include the code.  Also, how do I make sure the people who buy on my first email don’t get the reminder email campaign?  Your help will be greatly appreciated.

My B2B customers are on Quickbooks - how can I market them?

Honestly guys, you always help me the most.  Thank you for taking the time to write to me and think through this approach with me. Can Klaviyo + Shopify accomodate a subscription model for an apparel brand?

Thank you @Kylie W - appreciate it. We’ve done a fair bit of reading up and I think her collection is to small and she doesn’t have the volume of orders to create a successful subscription model. So we’re going to put this on the back burner right now and focus on other ways to grow. Appreciate you!

Embroidery - Delayed Fulfillment Flow

Hi @smileyrox - everything looks good except the last part of the rule.  You may want to limit this to “Last X days” instead of “Once over all time” so that future purchases that are not embroideries don’t get these emails.   --- Joseph Hsieh // retentioncommerce.com // twitter: @retenion  Thank you - should i say 7 days? Hi @JessFosnough - thank you! How will Klaviyo reviews know what product they bought though?Or how do I unlink the product and just ask for a review on the store? Is this possible with Klaviyo reviews? Regards,Rox

Hi @stam_marko - just checked metric, viewed product and no data is pulling through. It’s checked on integrations though.  Any other suggestions?

Klaviyo Reviews - Reward if media is left on review

Thank you @julian.mondonedo - I’ve set the review request flow up and will do the review reward flow next. One challenge I’m facing is that when testing the email, it doesn’t pull through any profiles. Only Klaviyo Fulfilled profile which doesn’t have any data so I can’t see the product.

Shopify and Klaviyo will customers get two emails?

Hi @swan18 😀Welcome to the wonderful world of Klaviyo! Shopify usually sends your transactional emails. You can redesign them in Klaviyo and import them to Shopify, if you’d like to carry the same brand look across all your emails. You can learn how to do this here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005080587 - I recommend you keep your transactional emails with Shopify and turn off any marketing emails that you have set up on Shopify (if any).If you’d like to know the difference between transactional emails and marketing emails, you can read more about them here. https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360003165732#the-difference-between-transactional-and-marketing-emails1 Your Klaviyo post-purchase flow is a great way to introduce your subscribers to your brand, share your values, invite them to join you on socials, ask for a referral, offer an incentive to drive a second purchase etc. I hope this helps you. Hi @ebusiness pros :-)  Thank you so much for helping guide me. I really appreciate the detailed answer. I’ve updated the flow as per your answer, which makes sense. I don’t have the option to “update the reactivated” profile property. So I created a new profile property after the conditional split.  I believe my “unengaged as no” is the same as your “update reactivated as yes”. I ‘ve attached an updated screen grab here. Will you take a look and let me know if I’ve achieved the same outcome? Warm regards,Rox
