Connexion Klaviyo x Looker Studio

Hi @Salomé ,it's an atypical situation, can I ask you if:- You don't get the data (and so it just doesn't enter on looker studio)- You have the data but it just doesn't show up when you enter it on the pageIf it is the last case it can be multiple factors, maybe with some screens I can give you some guidance as far as possible.

Hello @Salomé ,Welcome to the Klaviyo community!Regarding your question, on Looker Studio you can connect all that are Google owned products for free, Klaviyo not being one of them needs to be connected with a dedicated connector.There are a number of connectors including supermetrics, porter metrics, powermyanalytics and others that bridge data passes.Obviously each of these has different costs, I suggest you visit their pages and compare relative costs.I hope I have given you some help!

H @Peléton ,It's great to see you in the community! I think the best approach might be to start by creating a segment based on the specific requirements, for example, like this (if you're using Shopify): Then, create a flow from scratch and set the segment as the activation trigger, like so: Afterwards, maybe add a delay that you think is appropriate, short enough not to overwhelm the user but not too long either, so they don't feel ignored. Also, because from what I understand, there might be an error but it's not certain (correct me if I'm wrong). Here's a screenshot of how the flow might look: I believe the message should be as non-commercial as possible. An idea for the layout could be something like this (ignore the focus on the expired trial), but with a simple product image, clear text, and a prominent CTA for the desired action (contact us, write to us, etc.).I hope this helps in some way.Wishing you good sales!

How to import templates email from Brevo

Hi @rubsss ,Welcome to the community!Currently (as far as I know) you cannot transfer a template from Brevo to Klaviyo as they use different builders.You could export the HTML and import it to Klaviyo if you have urgencies, but you would not be able to manage it with the builder and then make drag and drop changes.What I recommend is to recreate it on Klaviyo following the same structure as the previous one and make any enhancements and implementations that Klaviyo allows, for example dynamic products based on a custom product feed and much more.If you need anything else, don't hesitate to rewrite!

Abandon Cart Integration with Magento

Surely sending the test email to everyone is not optimal in your case. You could send the campaign exclusively to you, at which point you could click on the 'View in browser' button and it would work. is a bit mechanical, but once you have approval you can delete the campaign for preview. There has been the same topic on the forum in the past, have a look:https://community.klaviyo.com/campaigns-and-flows-30/share-online-email-preview-with-reviewer-4994

Hello @Porter1234  ,I understand the situation, I have a possible solution to share email internally:Add internal contacts to Klaviyo (you can add as many users as you want), with the correct permissions depending on the role.At this point you can very easily share the link in the preview of the email you have worked on, as shown on the screen:Click on View campaignClick on View campaign, copy the link in the search bar and share it with those who have access to Klaviyo, they will see it correctly from the browser.The only downside is that you don't see the subject of the email and the preview text, you have to share it separately.I hope I have been helpful, if you give me more information I can try to think of other solutions for you.

Hi @Tabham ,Welcome to the community!it's a pleasure to help you out!Have you tried checking the conditional split with these properties? That way you should be able to easily distinguish who the SMS field is empty or full, you can also do it by creating a custom properties.I remain available for any clarifications!

Hi @BROC You are in the right place to solve your problem! Thanks for the detailed overview, I didn't quite understand the part where you explain why typeform compilation can't be included. In the end it would be enough to simply insert the condition linked to a compilation regardless of the specific form.I would recommend that you insert a delay before verification on a conditional split, depending on the business you will know what is the correct timing.You should be able to do the official integration with typeform as shown on the screen: And proceed later to create the segment as per the screen:Alternatively, but I don't know if it will work for you...You could create a separate list (not the one they are already in) that users go to when they fill out forms from typeform, at which point you would just always enter the exact timing and conditional split based on "if somone is in or not in a list" and you'd have a way to differentiate who did or did not fill out the form. What do yo

Resetting sales data on dashboard?

Hi @Fink,In my experience (if you are in a testing phase) the only way I found to "reset" was to delete the metric and redo the integration.I would not recommend that for the reason that I don't know if you already have active flows that rely on that metric, in this case "Placed order".I would recommend that you set the viewing period excluding the days prior to Go Live.Here is another similar question that had been asked: https://community.klaviyo.com/campaigns-and-flows-30/how-to-reset-metric-dimensions-6816I hope I was able to help you out!

Hi @BrianExcel,Have you tried adding an advanced filter when creating the product feed?You should have an entry: stock level From there you should be able to solve it :)

Hi @Mark23 ,Thanks for the message, I will try to help you.To insert what you request, you need to insert a multicheckbox that has only one value, as in the screen:Mark as required field, as property select: $consentAs Label enter the copy you want, as property if you are collecting email enter email, in case of sms select sms.At this point it should look like this: For the double opt-in, select the list you would land the form/popup accounts on and on the settings and consents section as per the screen select single opt-in. At this point you should have it all worked out.I hope you are able to move forward with your project ;)

Adding Past Profiles.

Hello @DemonCat ,The flow is not based on a trigger, consequently you cannot back-populate.Considering that you have already imported them, a possible solution could be the following:To make the welcome stream I could recommend creating a specific flow for these contacts that has matching with a segment as a trigger.Accordingly you create the segment that populates for example if the field: "Source" matches: "Mailchimp" or any other text.You activate the flow, re-import the contacts with the field "Mailchimp" and since contacts match they will enter the flow.It is not a conventional operation but I think it can work.

Adding customers to a list within a flow

Hi @Pez,I'm not aware that within the stream creation there is a dedicated action for adding to a list.There is a shortcut though that I hope will work for you.You can use the Update Profile Property action, later Update Existing Property, this way you update a contact's information within a flow where you prefer, so maybe after a conditional split.Previously create your segments that update based on this custom property that you will have created to differentiate users.This way you will have a way to be able to differentiate these users and perform targeted actions for them.I hope this helped you,Regards

Auto Send Location Data To Klaviyo

Hi @JHEAPI hope I understand your request correctly.Have you tried creating a custom properties on klaviyo and have it fill in depending on the store?Try creating one labeled: Store.Add custom properties in the profile sectionThen create segments for the respective custom properties, after which it creates a flow that has someone's entry into the respective segment as a trigger.Create a flow from scratch and select this trigger from the left panel. I hope I have given you a hand

Can you have multiple newsletters to sign up to on an opt-in form?

Hi @SJK If you create a form with klaviyo you are safely able to add multiple buttons with their respective target lists.So you could add 2 buttons, one subscribing to a daily newsletter, one weekly.By the time there is a custom form, you could simply with a dev send the contacts to the respective lists depending on the button or checkbox.ps: if you don't like buttons instead, you could use checkboxes/radio buttons/dropdowns and fill in a hypothetical field with email reception preferences (daily, weekly), create a segment to differentiate them and use the segments for sending instead of the list.I hope I have given you some ideas and been clear.

Is there a way to have an agency account?

Hi @summermcgladrigan , in my small experience it would be enough for clients to send you an invitation to your work email.Then you would just log in with your email, in the klaviyo dashboard on the bottom left (where you can open the settings to be clear) and you will find all the accounts you can switch to.First you have to get all the client accounts to invite you, then you'll see it, at least that's how I solved it, at least I don't have to log in with client credentials.I hope it helped
