There’s a bot that keeps subscribing to my emails and adding to cart.  How do I block it? It always uses the same name, but the numbers in the email are slightly changed. One of the emails is fake52124@fakemail.com. How do I block it?

Hi!I wanted to ask whether can we achieve this? I wanted to create an abandonment cart flow where it will trigger when a customer adds a product to a cart and does nothing after that. For an example, a customer add a t-shirt to his cart and exit the page. After a few hours, he will be receiving an email about the product in the cart and something like that. My klaviyo currently is integrated with woocommerce and I am not able to set “Added to cart” metric as the flow trigger. Is there any way around this or some other explanation about this?Thank you

Hi all For some reason Woocommerce and Klaviyo do not have the checkout ‘subtotal’ figure coming over.Is there a way I can add this? The subtotal is the total basket excluding delivery and tax.

I’ve made a bunch of segments within Klaviyo and integrated them as custom audiences in Facebook. On Klaviyo, it shows there are over 5,000 people in the segment, but Facebook says it’s too small to be used for a lookalike audience.

(20% -15% - 10% and 0%)But now I would  like to create an instagram landing page that gives the same amount of discount regardless of peoples past behavior. And I would like to send them down the same welcome flow (the 20% path to be exact) Is there a way I could achieve this? Or do I have to create a separate welcome flow for them? I was thinking of adding another filter to the first conditional split… maybe “properties about someone” “consent_form_Id” “equals” “my Instagram sign up form”  but I’m not sure how that would work in combination with the current conditional split-set up…. ?thanks in advance 

How can I send customer a simple thank you for subscribing email when they subscribe?  I have a flow set up but it can take hours for the first email to arrive if at all.  All I want to do is create a ‘Thank you for subscribing’ email with a discount code that will arrive in their inbox straight after they have subscribed. that is all. I don’t want them to have to do the ‘double opt-in’.  I’ve set it to Single Opt-in, but they aren’t receiving an email straight away.  This was so easy in Mailchimp and I’ve spent hours now trying to sort this, any help would be appreciated! 

Hey guys,  A client of mine often has products on their Shopify store available for pre-order and they give a rough idea of when the product will be despatched (i.e. ‘Mid-November’) They’d like to set up a flow which will trigger an email to be sent to customers who have ordered these products, when this date is delayed.  Do you know what we would need to set up in Shopify/Klaviyo to make this work? ThanksJosh

To make it simpler and easy for our target subscribers, I included an offer in the success page. Is there a way for us to limit the success page only for customers that have newly signed up? So if they signed up already, the coupon code won’t pop up? thank you!

I will have to create a new product for one of the products that has a long back in stock queue, and I’d like to re-assign this queue to the new product.Is there any advice on how to do this?Thanks in advance! Edit: Can’t delete the post, but just figured I can create a segment and then create a new custom flow with the segment as the recipient.

Hey, I’ve got two email flows that I’ve set up for a while and getting good conversions.Abandoned Cart Flow Price Drop FlowI wondered if anyone has advice on how to prioritise the Price Drop Flow over other emails. Here is an example: A customer was looking at a pair of socks and they add to cart then drop out. At a similar time we drop the price of the socks or a sale event starts.I would prefer the customer to get an email about the price drop because a lower price is always a bonus!  When we did A/B testing waiting an hour before sending a price drop email got the best results and waiting an hour then sending an abandoned cart email also got the best conversions.I don’t want to delay the abandoned cart for 2 hours because we’ll miss out on conversions for non-sale items, which is most of the catalog. Just in case this is relevant. We want to share a link for a news letter sign up on social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, LinkTree). Dear Guys, i hope you can help us with an extremely important issue as we are in the midst of an litigation with a prosecutor that now reached cease-and-desist declaration against us to avoid any further mails being send to him. The accusation in general contains the point that he a) reproached us that we send him an unwanted double opt in mail (which is impossible to proof how typed in a mail adress into one of our signup funnels) and b) that our double opt in mail contained promotional aspects that is against German law (which is not the cause). The whole claim is really fraudulent but the court declared the cease-and-desist declaration, that we are not allowed to send ANY mail to the customer anymore. As we could blacklist the mail address for sendouts through all our flows, Klaviyo claimed now that they are unable to avoid a sendout of a double opt in mail to the customer if his email address would be typed in in any given sign up form again. I make one-of-a-kind products that I sell on shopify and occasionally I offer custom items. For custom items I want to have a special email template that notifies them of the process to expect for custom orders. 2-3 week lead time, details about custom items, etc.Is it possible to create custom flows in Klaviyo that are triggered by certain collections in shopify?

Hi everyone,I’m a new Klaviyo user and just set up my first flow to send out Welcome emails to the new users of my product. I have followed all of the steps from what Klaviyo has outlined but for some reason my emails are not sending to the recipients. The trigger I have is when someone joins my New Subscribers segment. The New Subscribers segment definition is if the person is in my list called “Test Users”. I currently have 3 people in that list and they are showing up on my New Subscribers segment but for some reason the trigger is not working and emails are not being sent out. Please help!!! I’ve attached screen shots of what I’m seeing.Thanks

Hi all, About 1 out of 20 users signing up with our Klaviyo forms on Shopify get the following error upon hitting the ‘submit’ button: It happens on mobile safari and chrome so it can’t be due to any random plugins blocking the call.  Anyone else running into this problem?  Do we know what is causing it?
