Hello and thank you all in advance for any/all help!Our brand is actively planning “daily deal” emails. These emails would send at the same time every day, and use the same template and link to the same location on our website (though the item at that landing page will change daily). The initial discussion was to create a separate campaign for each email, and while a different campaign each day would be doable with some planning, I was hoping some experienced minds (I’m still fairly new to email marketing) could provide alternatives that would be more efficient.Would a flow be doable option for this endeavor? If so, are there best practices or recommendations for how to set up this kind of flow?Many thanks!

I need help to figure out how to set up a flow where the trigger is an email asking for a review one week after the event is done. We are an event planning business and the goal is to ask the clients a review 1 week after the event is over.  I feel like the only options are “date created” “last active” and “first active”. Is there a way for me to create a custom option such as “event date” so that the trigger works? Thank you, Marie

Can I have a second sending domain within my sub account and keep the same root domain? Currently I’m using one for newsletter and would like to use the second one for promotions.

I have a trigger split set up to differentiate our two product offerings on a browse abandonment flow. The split is showing people falling in the ‘Yes’ category but I have no one waiting in the actual email flow. I’ve checked multiple days in a row to see if they are adding after the 2 hour wait period but nothing has changed.Screenshot attached. Any help is much appreciated.  

Hello! Since a few days, all the elements of my emails appear in double when I see the “full message” in gmail. It only appears when I decide to see “full message” but as my emails are long and sometimes clipped, it happens to be a problem. Also, every element is either designed for Desktop or Mobile, never both at the same time, that’s why I do not see where does the problem comes from.Here is how it appears:Thanks for the help! Bye :)Gaspard

Hello Everyone, I am having issue in Klaviyo integration with Magento 2. I have added public and private keys as suggested in documentation but when I try to start the integration by clicking on activate button. It throws error with the consumer isn’t authorised to access the resource Below is the screenshot of error I am on Magento 2.4.3. Please help to fix this issue.

I’m hoping to find some help in this forum. I’m new to Kaviyo and am looking to edit the shipping confirmation that “came with” my account.  In the provided template, the billing address is used in the body of the Shipping Confirmation email.  I want to change it to the shipping address.  I’ve reached out to support, have tried to CHAT, and have emailed the Growth team and have not received any response.  Is there someone here that can help guide me? Thanks in advance : )

Might be a silly question, but is there a way to see where users exit during the form filling process?I’m A/B testing some forms right now and they have an email capture step that leads into a profile enrichment step (First and Last name, Product type interests) that leads into a success page. I wonder if having the profile enrichment step causes users to drop off at all. It’d be a cool feature to see if something like that isn’t possible yet! -Max

Hi community,One of my flows uses dynamic coupons. I noticed this morning that a customer used their dynamic coupon to purchase 2 products; one of the products is a one-time purchase product and the second product is a subscription to a product.The dynamic coupon I set up in Klaviyo didn’t apply the discount to the subscription product.I use Shopify and ReCharge for subscription management. In a typical coupon set up in Shopify (when the ReCharge app is installed), it gives you the option to apply the discount to one-time purchase only, subscription purchase only, or both. I always set up my coupons as “both”. However, there isn’t this option when setting up dynamic coupon codes in Klaviyo.I checked Shopify to see if there was a “shell” coupon where I can adjust the discount parameters but there isn’t; Klaviyo only passes the individual coupons to Shopify once they’re generated.Does anyone have a clever workaround; @Klavivo can you please add this to your roadmap?Thanks,Bill

I’m trying to create a segment for when someone clicks a link in an email, but the link has a {{email}} variable at the end of the link (?email={{email}}). When using the Clicked Email event, it seems like I can only use URLs that matches not contains. Are there any workarounds for this? This will be part of a NPS flow that sends a customer to a landing page based on their score. Since a dynamic variable cannot be used within a tag, we need to find another way to associate the customer’s score with their Klaviyo profile. Open to suggestions!

Hi everyone, I am looking to send out an email to learn what kind of emails each customer is interested in. I plan on using buttons for each of the properties they can choose from. Currently how it’s set up: there are 4 buttons and when the customer clicks one, it leads them to a webpage. If they click the back button, they can go back to the email and click another button so that they can add a second property to their profile. However, most people don’t go back to their original email again, so it is unlikely that the customer will choose more than one button, if they are interested in more than one kind of email content.  Is there any way to have a mutli select button option in the email itself, and then have a submit button once they select all that apply? And simply have one pop up webpage after they have submitted?  I plan to use the properties they choose to add them to different segments based on what kind of emails they like to receive. My forms are malfunctioning. We’re running a huge annual sale, and it’s already got over 400 sign ups but only 89 are on our email list, and just over 100 are on our SMS list (which is strange because you have to submit an email to even get to the sms form). Where have they gone, and how do I get them their codes???

Hi! I have started switching clients over to using Add To Cart as the trigger for the abandoned cart flow, but is there any benefit to also have the Started Checkout triggered abandoned cart flow on as well? Or is that a bit over the top? 

Hello!I would like to build a flow that triggers when someone unsubscribes from our newsletter, so we can gain customer feedback as to why they unsubscribed. When I try to create the metric-triggered flow, it won´t let me select the “unsubscribe” metric from the list.  The trigger exists, and can be found in my analytics tab. Do I need to build a new metric from scratch in order for this to work?  Help would be gladly appreciated! :)

We want to integrate a registered user email on bigcommerce to a particular klaviyo email sequence and if that user is not registered he will get added to a different sequence to register first, how can we setup this?

Hi! I am just wondering what has worked well for everyone in terms of scheduling emails, what time and frequency. I am currently sending out to a new list 5 times per week, (4 business days and a weekend day) and schedule at either 12:15 PM EST or 4:15 PM EST. 8:15 AM EST on the weekend. What works for you? Thanks in advance!

Hello! I am new to Klaviyo and have set up my first pop up on my Wordpress site. After testing several pop up styles, it seems they all show up under the header. I have tried shrinking my site header, but it makes no difference. I have contacted both chat and support and have waited 4 days with no response. help needed!
