Welcome flow - 2 lists

I have 2 lists for different methods of subscribing. I want to have both lists going through the same welcome flow - how do I do this? Also how can I ensure that if they have already gone through the flow they don’t receive the message again

How to separate landing page and pop up form flow emails (both have different type of discount)

Hello, I hope my question will help to many Klaviyo users who encounter similar case :)  Regarding to landing page and pop up page in Klaviyo, I have both of them in different type of discount, pop up is 15% off and landing page $10 off. Since both are different, I created 2 flows of welcome series (newsletter). I am afraid that either subscribers will get into the wrong flow emails. Automatically Suppress Profile

Hi all, We have an issue where we have a very large contact list, however, are only actively emailing a small portion of them. Is there a way, within the Klaviyo UI and not through API, to automatically suppress profiles that have been inactive for 30+ days, so we don’t get billed for them? Thanks

How Placed Order Metric Is Defined?

Hi guys,As our business is doing well lately. My team is reviewing performance by some metrics, and the placed order metric (in campaign performance) is among the top priorities. But somehow the numbers in Klaviyo and in Shopify don't match each other. For example, we assume the number of orders and the sales would be equal when it comes to the 2 platforms' analytics. But they all turn out to be different. Sometimes, the gap is huge 😱 (to be clearer, we get data from Shopify Marketing tab). Klaviyo revenue reporting vs Shopify revenue reporting

INCORRECT PRODUCT SHOWING IN ABANDONED CART

Hi, I am not a coder not did I input any coding or URL into Klaviyo app used through Shopify. I have noticed that one product is displayed in every single flow sent to customers who have abandoned their cart. It is not relating to the product they have abandoned and it is the same product in every email?I cannot find any settings on the app I am using via Shopify and I have no idea how to fix it? Please help!

My analytics say I have people who have clicked who have not opened an email- how is that possible?

I just started a flow and I have 2 email users who have been recorded as “clicked” in the analytics for that email….but those 2 email users do not show up in the “Opened” category as well.  I know that those 2 email users opened and clicked on those emails because both of them are personal email accounts of mine.  Why isn’t Klaviyo recording those 2 open events?

Klaviyo new pricing model

Hi!I need some insight on how this new “requirement” works for old clients, do they need to change their plans to match the number of active profiles they have even though they don’t email all active subscribers?Or can they simply continue with the plan they have which in some cases is a plan with lower active profiles,  (even though they have a slightly higher number of active profiles) but around the correct/realistic number of monthly sends?I’ve tried asking Klaviyo support but not much info was given

Is It Possible If I Enter A Contact List Manually Through Our Sign Up Form

Hi guys,Like the title. It's like cold mailing, but instead of reaching out to them directly, I will enter their e-mail address into our Klaviyo system through our sign-up form first 🤡. Have you guys ever thought of this? I know this will definitely violate those EIP regulations, but IDK how extreme it will get to do that, anyone could guide me 😸. Sharp Dropoff in Open Rates after switching to Branded Sender

Hello, I switched to the branded sender domain about 3 weeks ago and have seen a significant drop in open rates from about 40-50% to about 14%.  The drop off in open rate has to be a direct result of the domain ship as nothing else has changed. I am seeing this performance difference across all email types, including sale focused emails and information focused emails. I have not done any warming practices as my understanding from the Klayvio guidelines was that I wouldn’t have to. Is there anything I can do to help troubleshoot this drop?

Browse Abandonment Flow - Show multiple products?

Hi, the native Klaviyo Browse Abandonment Flow only allows one to show 1 product. How have you enabled to show more than 1 product (wondering if the dynamic feed based on “viewed product” could be used instead)?

How to exclude collection from coupon codes?

While creating a dynamic coupon code I don't have an option to exclude some products or collections, but only to add some.Is there any solution how to exclude products that are already on sale from discount? Our weekly discount products are organized in collections in Shopify so it would be easy to exclude them but I don't see an option inside Klaviyo.Does anyone have a solution besides checking the active collections and leaving the discounted collection unchecked? @Bobi N. maybe you know?Thanks all!

Deliverability or Open Rate issues

Hi,We’re sending emails to different markets (countries). Basically it’s the same email just translated in the native language of the market we’re sending to. Recently, our emails in the Spanish market have taken a huge hit in terms of open rate. What could be the possible causes, and how do we remedy it? There was a period from mid-January to mid-February (almost a month), where we were not able to send emails and this was the point where we saw a steep decrease in our open rates. Our DMARC and sending domain have been properly setup but it seems that we’re still getting low open rates. Appreciate your assistance or insights regarding this matter

List Bombing Help!

Hi,Do any of you know, if you can create a segment catching profiles (bots) - that use the same first and last name (bonner bonner or rease rease as an example).We’re being list bombed, and I have removed a lot of the fake profiles by creating a segment where profiles with numbers in their first and last name are being caught - but we have A LOT where the same first and last name are being used.I have of course activated Double Opt-In for our newsletter, but what else can I do?Thank you in advance.

Thanks in advance for everyones help with my questions.1) Do we have to have cookies enabled on our website in order to get the full functionality of Klaviyo?We are located in Spain and have strict compliances with cookies.2) If we set up Klaviyo’s onsite tracking, will that prompt the visitors of our website to accept cookies?3) Do we need to enable Shopify’s cookies banner too?

Transactional Flow Rejected

I have a flow that keeps getting rejected from transactional status. I’m being told that it has marketing in it but it doesn’t. It goes like this: Person is on my website. They buy a 1-hour consultation with me. They then get this email. There are two links: one to provide some info about what they want to discuss in their consultation, and one to schedule the call. They’ve already paid for the call. So there’s no marketing. This is how I’m delivering what the customer ordered. I keep explaining this and I’m getting this pushback that it’s marketing but it’s definitely transactional. Has anyone dealt with this and found a fix?

Users are recieving newsletter confirmation emails after abandoning Shopify checkout.

I have a Shopify store connected to Klaviyo. When a brand new customer who has never interacted with my store (I tested with fresh emails too) abandons my checkout, they recieve a newsletter confirmation request email.  I do not have any flows set up yet. The only thing I think it could be is - I have the newsletter opt in box pre-checked on my checkout, but if the user isn’t completing checkout, that is not any type of consent I would imagine, yet the profiles still have “Accepts marketing = true” on them Can someone tell me why this is happening?

I’ve tried a lot of tags like: {{ item.product.name }}{{ item.product.title }}{{ event.product.name}} But none of those tags have worked. How can I add the product name to my subject line?

Sales not attributed to email sends

Hi guys,Am encountering a weird issue here. I sent out an EDM on 12th September and it has generated a sale on 15th September. I’ve checked the order and they did made a purchase on the product featured in the EDM, had an internal team to cross check and it is to that particular segment as well.By right the sale should be attributed to the email, yet the sale was not reflected anywhere on the campaign reporting to date (not even on previous email sends too). By right, Klaviyo have a 5 day attribution window (if I’m not mistaken) but it is weird that the sale is not showing up anywhere. The sent email had UTM tracking links on all of the products as well which is quite off. May I understand what could be the issue here? Thanks for the help!

Date Property flow

Hei guys I m getting really crazy about something that in Klavyio should be super easy. Hope you can help. So I have patient profiles with custom properties as: Giorno Visita: is a date format - day in which the patient should meet the doctor  Slot Visita: is a text value - the time of the day in which the patient should meet the doctor I want to send 1 day before a notification to the patient in which i want to remember him about the visit of the day after. So i created a flow, build over a Date property. Here you can see. Unfortunatelly, I can’t see scheduled email that should be sent to this patient.  P.s. at one point it was recognizing the date and it was written that was in program only one email.
