Branded sending domain saying "pending"

Hello. I am trying to set up the branded sending domain but can’t even get past the 1st step. It’s saying “pending” at the first step when I go to set up the branded sending domain. I don’t have an option to “add”. This is stressing me out as I don’t know what to do, there are no instructions on how to trouble shoot this. HELP!

Default sender email is suddenly showing up wrong - no changes to account

Suddenly today, even with no changes made on our end, the default name we want to appear when we send emails to our customers is showing up as “Hello com” and not our business name. We have checked the settings and nothing was changed and appears correct on our end. But in inboxes, our emails now come from this Hello com address. No solution found when searching. Is this a glitch or issue Klaviyo is fixing? Or did we do something wrong (without touching anything)?

Klaviyo Query Metric Aggregates API failing when paginating

Hi,Getting “Method Not Allowed” when using the pagination link, ex:https://a.klaviyo.com/api/metric-aggregates/?page[cursor]=BASE64_HEREUsing GET method on it and everything else is working.. only when viewing next page…What could be the reason?Thank you

First purchase anniversary flow not working

I’m having an issue with the 1st purchase anniversary flow. I can’t figure out why the “conditional split” puts every customer in “Waiting”… I used Klaviyos template to create the flow.It has been active for over a month and no email has been sent yet. Any ideas of why this might happen?

Conditional logic issue with Typeform Properties

Hi there, I’m trying to build out an email that sends a list of resources to a user based upon options they have selected in a Typeform survey. The custom properties are being passed to Klaviyo and can be viewed on an individual’s profile, but I cannot get anything to appear. The only thing I can gather is that it is because the values are being passed as an array which is causing the property to be ignored in the conditional logic input. Is there any workaround here? I feel like this should be straightforward, but I must be missing something. The below screenshots show the property and values we have captured and the second screenshot shows the logic which is not working when I preview as this profile. I’ve tried double quotes, reversing it to use “Low FODMAP Recipes” in person|lookup…, I’ve even tried using numbers like you would an array, but nothing seems to work. Thanks in advance for any answers you might have!

Content behind an email wall (sign up forms)

Hi, we have an outlet within our Shopify store and I want to capture emails before users enter the outlet by triggering a pop up that acts like a wall - so user has to enter email details before entry. I have followed the very helpful step by step process to create a custom trigger (sign up form) and pasted the code onto the relevant Shopify page but the form is not showing up. Price information, "added to cart" event - BigCommerce

Is there any way to retrieve this data if it’s not displayed in the preview/triggering event properties? I have the added to cart snippet installed, but I’ve noticed there is no pricing info sent through. I’d like to add it to a cart recovery email. Thanks!

Will Klaviyo allow trigger splits for event properties that are also profile properties?

Hi all,There’s a limitation in Klaviyo where any event property that is also used as a profile property cannot be used in a trigger split. The property just doesn’t show up in the dropdown.In my opinion, this is a product limitation that needs to be fixed. Is there any plan to fix this? Thank you,Kevin.

Conditional Split for Abandoned Cart Flow of High Value vs Low Value not working

Hello all,I made this Abandoned Cart flow a while back to the specifications that Klaviyo mentions, as well as fixing a little bug of the $value needing to be Price instead to register the items.The issue I’m seeing now is that the overwhelming majority are going into the trigger split “PriceAmount is less than 59.94”, aka The Low Value Cart. It’s over 99%, which seems incorrect. However, a few have gone into the High Value Cart, so I know it must be working in part. What could be causing this huge shift? I have screenshots to show.Here are the trigger filters, based on recommendations to separate our Abandoned Checkout flow as well so they aren’t getting double.Here you can see the percentages.One theory I have is that people might be triggering with Low Value initially, come back before the 1 Hour Time condition is up and add more to equal higher value, but it’s actually triggering the additions as a new low value. Is that possible? If that’s the case, is there a way to fix that?What

Klaviyo V1/V2 API Retirement

Hi, hope everyone is doing fine! I went through all the migration resources provided by Klaviyo. The one thing that isn’t still clear to me, that where we can find the code to update in Shopify? For example, I have a  “/track” legacy API now I want to update it with new version, where I can find the code to update this? And how to do it because the migration resources are not much clearer. GTM 'Viewed Product' Works on Debug Only

Hello!We have a custom integration that we are attempting to plug Klaviyo into. We are using GTM for this. Emails stuck in waiting for Review flow

Hi, I’ve been using Klaviyo for my emails since December, now I would like to try Reviews, but the default setting allows me to send review requests only to people who have purchased in the last 30 days, so I was able to import them by using Add past profiles, but they seem to be stuck in waiting. Created a new flow just for older profiles and the same thing, they are stuck in waiting for days now. Any suggestions on how could I move them forward? Thank you!

The customer from us uses klaviyo for his shopwar shop. So he has all delivery adresses. Now he want to setup different workflows where his customers are getting a postcard instead of an email. Could please give me suggestions?

Double opt-in confirmation email isn't sending for new emails added via API

When adding users to a list with double opt-in enabled, the confirmation emails don’t appear to get sent. This may be because of testing and my IP, but the issue is happening for several other people, so I believe there is another reason.Adding a new user goes:Create/update profile endpoint so we can also add custom fields Then the profile-subscription-bulk-create-jobs endpoint for consent I have now tested with 2 different valid emails and have not received and email and they have not been added to the list. I already checked spam, trash and promotion folders. The mailboxes aren’t full and there aren’t any blocks on the klaviyo domain. Is there a problem with the way we are subscribing emails? Or do we need to add a custom domain?

Review quote not showing anything

Hi, i have been trying to add a review quote on my email but no reviews show up.I have removed all filters, my reviews are not recent and i have more than 20.. It just shows “no result found” even when selecting the product specifically or all products.  What could this be ?

Allow Multiple Emails with different ID on Profile

I’m currently trying to Add Multiple Profiles with the Same Email but different ID. I’ve used the external id which is $id. Every time I trigger the profile with the same email. It overwrites and updates the profile and It doesn’t create a new Profile for the one with a different ID?

Welcome flow test email sends twice

Hi all! Last night I added the first email in my welcome flow, when I sent the test emails (I manually entered the emails, sending just to myself and my partner) they went to both email addresses twice.I don’t think it can be a double contact issue, because I wasn’t using my list, just entered the two email addresses. Any idea how to solve this?(The emails also went to spam for both of us, but I think that’s a later problem 😂)

Phantom Reviews?

Hi there,I am just wondering why some reviews are not showing up on my “Overview” or “All Reviews” page but are impacting my average rating for the widgets? Currently I have a product that has a significantly lower rating since I think a customer accidentally clicked the review link and left 3 reviews unintentionally (5-star, 4-star and a 1-star review). The reason I suspect this is that upon exporting all my reviews as a CSV, I can see the same name leave 3 reviews. I also noted that in the same CSV, there was a 1 star review that was left without any note or comment which makes me believe that was on accident as well. I have put the review submission form as requiring some form of comment.CSV Export - 3 review by same customer + 1 accidental?Unfortunately this means that that product now has an average rating of 3.88 and I can’t do anything as the review does not show up in the “Overview” or “All Reviews” page. This leads me to question:How do we ensure that customers reviews that ar

Which survey tools (including free options) does Klaviyo integrate with and recommend?

Typeform looks like the obvious tool to use for customer surveys, but it’s an expensive option, as is Survicate.  Does Klaviyo integrate with any other survey providers that offer a cheaper/free service - like Tally?

POST API command using Alteryx

Hi! I'm trying to use Alteryx to run the Create or Update Profile command to post updated attributes in Klaviyo. I keep getting "An object with data is required" error, even though I have data selected in the payload. I think my syntax is incorrect but I'm not sure how to fix this. Below are screen shots of the POST command to update the organization for a profile.

Issue with sunset flow

Hello Klaviyo Friends!I have a sunset flow asking subscribers if they still want to be on our list. If so, they click a button that takes them to a specific URL on our site. When they click that link, they are added to a segment that triggers another flow that sends them a coupon. Today I noticed something odd, 2 subscribers clicked the link more than 2 months ago (one in January, one in February), but JUST got added to the segment that triggers the coupon this morning. Also, even though they are now part of the segment, they were not sent an email. (I don’t have any flow filters or profile filters on the coupon flow.) See screenshots below. The coupon flow *seemed* to be working fine before and after they clicked.
