Flow and Sign up form

Hey,  I created the sign up form offering discount for subscribing (need to increase subscribers number).I also created the flow Welcome customer vs non-customer, there we offer again the discount for subscription. But is it ok?  I created so, thinking, that if the person turn off the pop up with discount for subscription but subscribe later on by browsing the website, he could get an email from the welcome flow. But I doubted if it should work this way.  Also - I don’t get know I share the discount code with sign-up form? I thought that some email should be sent to the customer once he subscribed but I don’t find there it should be done.  Thanks for answering

How can I direct email & sms on 1 signup form to 2 different lists?

Hello I have a question & it would be greatly appreciated if anyone could clear this up for me. thanks in advanceSo I have an embedded sign up form on my password page that captures both emails and SMS on the same form. The sms being optional. How can I make it to where: either field that someone opts into forwards to two different lists. Meaning if someone signs up for only email, their info gets forwarded to one list but if they also put in their SMS, their SMS details will forward to a different list. that way my email flow can reach the email list & my sms flow can reach the sms list instead of all the opt in details forward to just the email flow

How to forward klaviyo form data to outlook

I have setup a klaviyo form and added that to a list. is there any way to forward the data that you enter on the form, ( text) in the form of email to our outlook and a send a auto response back to the customer.

Switch List of a Sign-Up Form

I have seen the help form and the tutorial on how to change the list of a sign-up form, but I just cant find where to change it. The Klaviyo help center shows BUTTON CLICK ACTION. Why is my embedded Klaviyo form appearing on all default pages?

I’ve been trying to embed a form on my Shopify website that I only want to appear in a specific page but when I follow the instructions Themes > Customize > Select the page > Add Custom Liquid > copy the embed code it appear on the page I want AND in every other Default page. Does anyone know how can I solve this? Can’t find anything in Klaviyo help :(Thanks in advance!

Sigm-up form not showing email text on mobile (shows on desktop)

Hi, when a users ads their email address into the text box on sig-up form it is blank (i.e. does not display the email they are entering). It appears on desktop, just not mobile.Anyone know the fix for this?Thanks in advance.Charlie

Unique coupon not populated in email

Hi, I have created a newsletter signup form which means my customers will be added to my ‘welcome’ flow and sent a unique shopify 20% discount code. I have set up the discount code in Klaviyo and entered the piece of code into my email. However when I test the email, the unique code is not populated.  Please can someone help me resolve this issue asap? The test email shows this in the email body and it should be a unique code.   Thanks

Embedded form is blank

I’m trying to embed two different sign up forms for two different lists on two different websites.  The pop up and fly in options work fine, but the embed option, which is what I want to use, just shows up as blank.Rather than dive into the weeds I just decided to use the fly in option.  But then when I created another sign up form and tired to apply it the same way, it now is listing BOTH of my sign up form overtop of each other ON BOTH SITES. Do I need a different code snippet, and if so how do I get one?

Hyperlinks formatting incorrectly on embedded sign up form

Hello - I am having trouble getting the hyperlinks to my privacy policy & terms and use on my embed sign up form to format properly. They look like they should in the form editor on Klaviyo, but when published to my site they default to a larger font than the rest of the sentence (the hyperlinked words only). This is happening in both the desktop and mobile view. I currently have the agree to terms statement in its own text box below my form submit button as an 8pt font, look like when published to my site the hyperlinked words are 16pt font with the rest of the words at the 8pt they they supposed to be. Any help on getting them to format in the same way as the rest of the text in that text box would be appreciated!

Sign up forms and reporting

Hi there, I have 2 ways that my customers can sign up, one through a sign up form and one through a fly in pop up. How can I pull the correct report to see from which form that the customer signed up from? As they all enter the leads list, so how can i segment the clients to see where they came from?

Sign up form gets lost in the footer on my shopify site

I really need some help, I have added a signup form on to my site. (Embedded) but the form gets lost in the footer. When you drag the window out, it then the full form appears. How can I solve this issue please? Link is here:https://tinyurl.com/cw7errx7

Pop ups skewed

We have one pop up on each store on Shopify and each store is linked to separate Klaviyo account. Suddenly, the pop ups style skewed now and I didn't change anything in the code or in the format.  I don't know what's the problem with it. Please advise. Cheers,

Button for Back in stock not showing on products without variants

Hi I just setup the “Back in stock” following the guides.It seems to work fine for products with variants.But for products without variants, the button showing ‘Notify me’ does not show up. Examples - remember do change to Danish language as it is not setup in English! I hope anyone has a suggestion on what could have gone wrong. How to add marketing code to sign up form

Hi there,I’m trying to create a pop-up sign up form where I’m asking for customers name, email and phone number. Straight forward enough.But I also want to record the customers marketing channel against their record if they sign up.What is the best way to do this? I tried adding some custom jquery that added it to an additional form field but the inputted value kept getting overwritten when I clicked on another field.Is there a proper way to do this with Klaviyo?My marketing channel/code will be held in local storage.Thanks!

problem with signup

Hi, I'm writing here because I contacted klaviyo assistance but no one has answered me for days.I inserted the embed code on my shopify page, inside the html text.Except that I have a problem: sometimes the form appears and other times it doesn't. As if sometimes it reads the content of the code while other times it gives no signs of life.How should I solve the problem?I state that I had two Klaviyo accounts, the one I no longer use I deactivated from the integration manager. So that shouldn't be the problem. And if there is anything else I need to deactivate from the account, please tell me

Pop Up For Both Mobile & Desktop

I want the popups to be the same for both mobile and desktop. If let’s say I edit mobile, it will then edit desktop and remove the first line of text. How do I create the pop up so its the same on both. If I add anew text box to the desktop version it will just add it to the mobile version.

Updating Profile property with sign up form

Hey all, Thanks for taking the time to read my questions. I’ve created a sign up form specifically targeting a segment where [Birthday] is unknown. Now for my questions:Do I need to add e-mail even though I already have this if I want the profile to be updated? Back in stock notification styling

Hello everyone. I am very new to Klaviyo. :-)I have installed a back in stock notification on my Shopify store (yes I am super proud of myself).I have totally tailored the pop-up with all my brand colours, but the notify me button on the actual product page looks awful and I can’t for the life of me work out how to change the colours of it?It’s set to btn but it comes up like this (see screenshot). I’m using the Taste theme if that’s relevant.The script says ‘centre’… but it’s not centred and while the text font matches the other text on the page, I’d really rather have it in another colour (we use a teal and a watermelon pink as our branding colours for which I have the hex codes). Thank you so much for any advice to fix this annoying issue!

[Webflow] Only one embedded form displays when there are two on a page.

I am using Klaviyo embedded forms on a Webflow site; in the section before the footer and the subscribe button in the footer.When there is only one instance of the form on a page, it works perfect. But when there are two instances of the form on a page, only the first instance displays while the second doesn’t display at all.Using Chrome’s Inspect tool both forms have similar HTML including a “form-version-cid-#”. The first, displayed instance of the form has a “form-version-cid-1” while the second, non-displayed form instance has a “form-version-cid-2”. I assume this is where the issue is.There is only one JS script in the site. If you’re familiar with Webflow, it’s in the Project Setting > Custom Code > Footer Code. I also have tried making both HTML Embeds have the same IDs and classes.

Signup Form Drop Off Point?

Might be a silly question, but is there a way to see where users exit during the form filling process?I’m A/B testing some forms right now and they have an email capture step that leads into a profile enrichment step (First and Last name, Product type interests) that leads into a success page. I wonder if having the profile enrichment step causes users to drop off at all. It’d be a cool feature to see if something like that isn’t possible yet! -Max

Slide up form seems to always show when coming from social media

We have our signup form to not show to existing Klaviyo profiles and to not show for another 30 days when x’d out. Which always seems to work in the browser. When launching our site from Instagram in a child browser I am noticing it seems to show always. Is there a fix for this?

pop up form background best practices

I am having trouble understanding why the pop up or fly out sign up forms cannot just have my website view as a background.It seems like I need to choose a complimentary color or upload an image.Is there a way for the sign up form pop up or fly out to appear where ever the customer is on my site, whether it’s the homepage or product page? I feel like I’m missing something. thanks, Mary Lou
