"Add to Cart" and "Place Order" triggered from code but invisible on klaviyo

HiWe are using legacy API to track addToCart and placeOrder eventshttps://developers.klaviyo.com/en/v1-2/reference/track-getGET request to https://a.klaviyo.com/api/track We are getting successful response from API but events are not visible in klaviyo example: Call we are using on place order a.klaviyo.com/api/track?data=eyJ0b2tlbiI6IlJ3Zj...… So, implementation is OK but why metrics are not visible ?

Facebook Tracking incomplete after Klaviyo Setup

Hey guys, we experienced a strange behavior after implementing Klaviyo in a Shopify store. The Facebook event tracking stopped working as expected. We have seen a drop in tracked page views of up to 70%. This doesn’t seem right. Has anybody else experienced anything similar in their Facebook Ads account after implementing Klaviyo and has an idea how we can solve this?Thanks & BestHendrik

Dashboard card with profiles list

Hi guys, I want to create a dashboard for my CEO.I can produce the right cards to show flow and form performance but I also want a card that will show the names and phone numbers of people who have subscribed to our segment ‘please call me’ in the last week.I can get a count of these people but can’t get their names to show up on a card.Is this even possible?

why the CTR is different in different places?

Hey, so I was calculating my weekly CTR and I found this:When I manually average the CTR we got for the last 7 days’ campaigns we got this: 0.3% CTRBut when I check the dashboard it says we got 1% CTR for the same last 7 days’ campaigns…Why tho?

Open rates will likely always be inflated so I recommend making sure they stay consistent around the same percentage and to look at Advanced Reporting in a Campaign to make sure all inbox providers are seeing those rates.  Apple Privacy Protection does not trigger if the email lands in spam so it is very obvious when an inbox provider is landing in spam.  I also recommend tracking Click Rate (not CTR) to make sure it is over 1% as Click Rate is not inflated by APP but can be impacted by segmenta

Subscription driven revenue reporting

Hi Community,I want to focus more on ReCharge revenue tracking and have some problems with this.When i build reports using Shopify Tags: Active Subscriber I have different result in comparison to using Start Recharge subscription parameter. Can you maybe advice how to build the report so i can track weekly how many new Recharge subscription i gained and how many i loose? (also i need to have revenue and product there).

Staying under 5 links, vs including social media links. How do you balance it?

Hi all,  I’ve been looking into how to improve deliverability, and one of those ways seems to be to keep links in an email at five or under. This includes links to social media.  In a campaign or flow, I may use a number of links. And then including the social media links will take the email over 5 links.  In some cases, clients have over 5 different social media platforms that they want included. Which takes me well over 5 links just by including the social media alone!  How do you balance it? Best practices that I’ve read seem divided. Some say to always include social media. Others say to always minimize links by removing social media.  I’d like to hear the community's thoughts on the best way to manage this. Thank you!

Can I delete a placed order event?

For context we manage several different websites through one CMS. One of which deals with most parcels with an average order value of around £20, with the other websites normally being around £300 an order. An order was msitakenly put through the parcel website on the CMS, so has come through as a placed order event on Klaviyo for about £300. It has counted this as revenue for an tactical email today  which massivley puts out reporting. Is there a way to manually delete this event and fix reporting?

Seeking Advice: Daily Campaign Emails Landing in Promotions Tab

Hello Klaviyo Community,I'm reaching out for insights or advice on an issue we're facing with our email deliverability. Despite our efforts to maintain high engagement and deliverability rates, our daily marketing campaigns consistently land in the promotions tab for our subscribers.Background:Our business model requires us to send daily campaigns to our subscribers, showcasing new items in our store. Each email typically features 12-13 products. Tools like Gmass and Warmup Inbox indicate a high deliverability rate, with most emails landing in the inbox during testing phases. However, when we send out our actual campaigns, they invariably end up in the promotions tab.Steps Taken:We've been using Warmup Inbox to improve our domain's reputation, which shows promising results outside of our actual campaigns. API "since" parameter is not working as expected

Hi,I have this account for testing the API and I started my first campaign 1 day ago. Issues with product performance reporting

HiI have a very n00b question about building a product performance report and I am running into a wall.I need to display order ID on a daily basis and selected the following parameters in a single metric report The output is zilch.Changing the OrderID with ItemName gives me a nicely formatted report, however. How do I add the orderID to this report? I have tried multiple options but none seem to stick.

Feature Request: the ability to filter AND group in custom reports

Hello Klaviyo Community,I’d like to suggest a feature that would really help people understand the performance of their flows/campaigns across their user population.When creating a multi-metric report, we’d like the ability to filter by a flow, and then group the statistics by a profile property.Want to see how your “Welcome” flow performs in different states? This would be the answer. You could select the metrics you’d want to analyze, filter to just the flow you’re interested in, and then group that by a profile property (e.g., a state) to see how your flow performs across all states. I feel like this is a fairly basic feature request that would help all of us.Does this make sense? Would this be helpful?

custom report challenges - opening in Google sheets/Excel

Hi thereI’m running into challenges when I want to examine the flow/campaign reports I’ve downloaded. I don’t know if it’s due to me being a EU citizen (csv file format is not default here and I have to convert) or if I just fail horribly, but I can’t get the data to show (rates in % in particular) how I want it to - e.g. what should be showing as open rate in % is instead being loaded as long gibberish numbers - both in Excel and Google Sheets.Can anyone help? I’ve searched for help on the general interwebs but to no avail.

Track Orders for a Specific Product Placed thru a Specific Flow

Is there a way to find out if customers purchased a specific product after clicking on a specific message in a flow? We have a bounce back flow which encourages users to purchase specific product as a cross sell immediately after making a purchase. All I can see in Klaviyo is placed orders from that flow but you cannot filter it by which product they purchased.

A Sudden Decrease in Open Rates

Hi! Our team is investigating a recent trend in our email marketing. We’ve observed a decrease in our open rates over the past few months. Previously, our open rates consistently ranged between 45% to 50+%. Currently, they sit around 30% to 35% (a decrease of about 13%).Note that:We haven’t made any major changes to our email design or layout. Our subject lines are similar to what’s always worked for us. Click-through rates remain comparable to previous campaigns.We’ve also observed a shift in engagement because clicks on our social media buttons within the emails have increased. Clicks on these buttons were usually minimal to none, but now we’re seeing an average increase of 10-15 clicks per social media platform.We’re wondering if this decline could be related to the recent changes we made to comply with Google and Yahoo’s requirements. Only seeing WooCommerce Metrics being sent to Klaviyo for some customers

Hi All, Might be a simple question / answer but any reason why we would be seeing limited metrics for some customers using a WooCommerce site? For example, this is a test account on site, tracking mixed standard Klaviyo events and Woo events:  This is a customer browsing, similar period, only seeing the Woo events come over:  This is obviously going to limit the traffic moving through the flow’s we have setup, any advice or reason why we’d only be seeing Woo only metrics and not the standard browse / basket / active etc... Checked the install via the web tracking drop down in Klaviyo, seem’s to be picking up the script;  Is this a cookie thing? i.e people not accepting cookies on site but still using the store? I don’t manage the WooCommerce platform but work with the developer. But if there are any other checks I can do my side or pass on let me know! Thanks in advance, Jason

Where can I find the list of Profiles Currently on our Website?

Question: Where can I find the list of profiles that are currently online. We used to be able to see those before in the Dashboard and were able to click on each profile to see when they came to the site and what they clicked on.

Tracking Opt Ins from Advertisers

I’m a little new to both Klaviyo and how to track analytics.  I have an ecommerce website for a small niche and some of my advertising is banner ads on web forums or in digital magazines related to that niche. What I’d like to be able to do is track email opt-ins (not just website visits) to know exactly how many email leads are coming from each advertising source.  I have an entry pop-up (and an exit) to capture both emails and SMS on my website.  Is there a way that I can somehow set up Klaviyo to allow me to see how many email opt-ins are coming from each source?  Thanks for any suggestions!
