Are transactional emails unlimited?

Are abandoned cart emails and other emails sent with a created flow unlimited? Or they must be less than 100.000 as written in the plan?

Blocked preview tests and live campaign

Hi, my colleagues and I are not receiving any preview tests or live campaigns. I have raised this issue with support who are looking into it, and have raised it with Product and Engineering, but wonder if anyone in the community has experienced a similar issue?

How can I change the list of emails in my A/B test campaign?

Hello,I sent an A/B test campaign out two days ago and I'm planning to resent it again next week. I would like the 20% of the campaign’s recipients who received variation A, to receive next week the variation B and the other 20% who received variation B to receive next week variation A.  What's the best way to modify the email list to make this happen? I hope you guys understant my question. :) Thanks,

How can I activate create two separate welcome flows based on what the subscriber is interested in?

My brand has two target audiencesGift Shoppers Self-ShoppersThey have different needs, therefore our messaging is tailored for each.  I want to create 2 separate welcome flows that speak to each customer. This is how I was thinking of going about it:1. Pop up on homepage asks new subscriber who they’re shopping for. (For themselves, or for someone else). Their selection adds a property to their profile. Shopping_for In the welcome flow I start with a conditional split to separate the Gift Shoppers from the Self-ShoppersThis is where I’m hitting a block. Once I get to this step, I cannot find the Shopping_for property that I created through the pop up.    My question is: How can I make sure that those who selected Gift Shoppers in the sign up form get the proper welcome flow?

Is there an experiation timer for {{ event.extra.checkout_url }}?

I’m wanting to add an email at the end of the abandoned cart flow stating that they have 24 hours left before the cart is emptied. I was wondering if {{ event.extra.checkout_url }} had an expiration date or if there was a way to set one so that the cart will empty after x amount of days.

Abandon Cart

Hi there! I am creating an abandoned cart email. What link do I use in my CTA? I ‘d like it to go directly to the checkout but I’m not sure how to find that link. Can someone help me?Currently I just use the home page link in the CA CTA but that’s not a great experience when you want to direct them to the cart. Thank you!

Emails captured twice under the same flow

Do you know what segments do when there is a repeat email?  In this case, I created a segment that captures what someone has done, which is “ordered a product at least once over all time.”  If this person (email) places another order, will this email be captured again under “ordered a product at least once over all time?” Or will it go automatically to my repeat buyer list?  I guess that now my question is: Will emails be captured twice in the same flow or will they transition to another flow or be out of that flow if there is no transition?

Automatic BCC of all emails

We have Pipedrive as our CRM system and you can have access to all customer emails received to a specific inbox. Ours is a hello@ type email address and we have most, if not all, emails related to our business BCC'd through there and re-forwarded so every email sent to and received from the customer will appear in their profile on Pipedrive. We send client’s various emails (whether campaigns) or individual personal emails. They are always sent from ‘hello@', however this email never appears in our hello@ inbox and subsequently does not appear in our client’s Pipedrive account. Pipedrive gives us a Smart BCC email address to that we can attach to any email and it will appear on the user’s account.  Can anybody help me out? Is there a way to BCC all emails through Klaviyo so they actually appear in the inbox, or Pipedrive user’s account?

I’d like to add dynamic content to campaigns in a post purchase customer flow, and I’m not quite sure how to do it. Here are more details: Subject line: If someone recently purchased xyz product, I want the subject line to recommend xyz product that pairs well with their recent order. Email body: Similarly, if their recent order wax xyz, I want to show a specific recommended product picture, title, and brief description of the recommended product. Browse Abandonment Flow (For customers who've logged in)

Hi, I need some guidance over setting up a browse abandonment flow. My website has two features.a. You can browse and shop products on my website without having to log in.For these customers, I already have set up some flows.b. You can browse and shop products after logging in to my website (for additional discounts).I haven’t setup any flows for this yet, I’m not sure on how to accomplish this since the browsing link and pages would be entirely different.Would be great if someone has insights on how to get this done.

Double trigger in welcome series

Hello klaviyo community!I have a problem with my welcome email series. I have created a simple flow where users who leave their email sign up to my newsletter after a double opt-in. The problem is that after activating the trigger, two very similar versions of the email are sent (some changes in the format and some phrases that I have been modifying). I understand that it is sending the last version of the email I created and a previous version but I can't find the second version to cancel it. I only have one flow created and it only sends one email, does anyone know what this could be due to? Thank you very muchNachin.

Use campaign subject in email content (or campaign ID or UTM_campaign)

Hi,I’d like to use the campaign subject (or ID) dynamically.The goal is to define a universal block displayed in the footer of all our emails. This block would ask a question to the reader: “how did you find this email?” (screenshot below)The links set on each icon would collect the rating AND the campaign identifier.Something like:https://survey.mysite.com?rating=good&campaign_id={{ campaign_id }}Obviously, I want to keep this block generic and I don’t want to manually edit each link for every new campaign. That’s why accessing the campaign ID, campaign subject or UTM campaign would solve the issue !Is it possible?I did not find anything in the knowledge base. Thank you! Example of such generic feedback block:

I want to make sure people who cancel their order do not get into the post purchase flow. I used a conditional split to remove those people. Is that the best way to remove those people?

I’m unable to load any Flow in Klaviyo. I get the attached, unhelpful error message. https://status.klaviyo.com/ does not indicate any issues. Anyone else experiencing this?

Time Limited Coupon Codes

Hello,I use Shopify & Klaviyo.I want my discount code I created in Klaviyo to be active with the email I send to the user and to be available for 9 days after it is active.I created a timed coupon code this way, but when I tested it, it didn't work.I can't even duplicate the coupon codes in quantity.I wonder where I am going wrong, I read the relevant articles, but none of the time codes I created worked.Is there anyone who can help with this issue :)

How to back populate Back In Stock flow without time delay?

Hi, I recently set up my Back in Stock flow but I had a bunch of requests from before I started the flow. I went to try and back populate it in the usual way (manage flow → add past profiles) but I get this error: “The total duration of the flow is 0 days. Add a time delay to add past profiles.” I don’t have a time delay included in the BIS flow as I’m just using the standard template in Klaviyo. How can I add these older profiles please?

Problem with order status woocommerce

When some one buy with bank transfer, the order status change in ‘On hold’. The abandoned cart flow, see only the ‘Checkout started’ and no the ‘Placed order’ and if I don’t change in ‘Pending’ or ‘Processing’ or ‘completed’ the flow start and send the first email of the flow. Is possible to have the ‘placed order’ also with the ‘on hold’ ?

Abandoned cart reminder flow

Hi,I’m having some issues, some help on this would be amazing! I’m using the abandoned cart reminder template, which is now live on my website (Wordpress + Elementor). I’ve tested the flow, but filling in my details on the checkout page of my website. It works, I get the automated email ‘Your cart is about to expire’.  However, I then click through on the email, which prompts to take me through to my saved cart. It doesn’t work, I get taken through to ‘the page can’t be found’. I’ve also tried on mobile and incognito, but no luck.  I haven’t changed any code, so I’m not sure what i’ve done wrong here. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?  Thanks

Test email links not working

I am new to Klaviyo and I am just creating my warm up email (that has taken 4 hours already- the system is incredibly slow) I have sent myself a test email to check the links and none of them are working.I get his page:on all the links. I have just set up an identical email in mailerlite and all links work. all the pages are connected to my shopify store and they work  but not in the Klaviyo email?Please help I really need to get going on this new CRM before Christmas gets going and it seem Klaviyo is making every step painful.

My email had been spoofed!!! Someone is sending emails in my name!

Yesterday we started receiving tons of reply emails requesting to unsubscribe from our list. The original email appears like our own, but it wasn’t! we’re a fashion brand, and the email was all about a mobile survey (“Stay Ahead of the Game”). If it helps,the address in the bottom wasn’t ours but this one, which i later found in spam lists: a9101 W. Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89117. We have a huge 300K list, which we collected with hard work and a lot of respect for our clients. We can’t start fresh, we have to fix this. Klaviyo support is offline due to the weekend, but it’s urgent!!!!How can i secure my email address? how can i know that it won’t repeat?  Is there any way to find the origin of this hacking? what happened that compromised our account?Thank you

Issue formatting split columns with one image and one text box

Hoping someone has a solution to this issue!I have created 2 columns on my email - one picture and one text box. The format looks great and they equally fit side by side on the page in desktop view. But when I move to mobile view the image and text can only be stacked (doesn’t look good for this specific email) or the image is small and the text is super long in comparison.How can i make the image adapt and fill the entire space next to the text?Really hoping this makes sense without a visual example.Thanks in advance!

How to view tags for a campaign after it is sent

I’d like to be able to see which tags have been used on specific campaign after it is sent but I’m not seeing it anywhere in the admin. The best I can see is to filter by tag in the campaign listing but this is a time consuming process of elimination. Does anyone know if there’s a way of viewing tags in a campaign?
