Price Drop report - not all reduced products there

Hi community, Recently we discounted over 30 products but noticed that only 23 were visible in the price drop report. I I am not sure if this is the reason but what the other 7 products have in common is that there is more that one variant of the product (and not all variants were discounted). Could you please advice what to do to be able to see all the products in the price drop report (and therefore include them in the price drop email). Discounting all variants is unfortunately not an option as those are usually just samples. Thanks

I want to send out different coupons (promo codes), based on the cart value. How do I do that?

Hey everyone. We’ve been using Klaviyo for our ecommerce for about 2 weeks now. I have an Abandoned cart flow set up, consisting of three mails in total. The first one is just a reminder, then the following two have a coupon (promo code) within them. What I want to do is divide the users in three categories, based on their total cart value (when abandoning the cart) - up to 50 BGN, between 50 and 100 BGN, over 100 BGN (my currency is BGN/leva). I want to send out 10% codes to the carts up to 50, 7% to the carts between 50 and 100, and 5% to the carts over 100. I have three coupons set up with the respective promo codes, which are already set up in WooCommerce. I have also set up conditional splits. The first conditional split comes after the first email and it is set up as follows: “Has started checkout value is less than 50 since starting this flow”. If yes, there is an email with a 10% dynamic coupon. If no, the flow continues to another conditional split, which is set up as follows:

Issue with Displaying Images in Klaviyo Replenishment Emails Based on Previous Orders

Hello Klaviyo Community,I'm currently facing multiple challenges with my replenishment email flor setup and would greatly appreciate your insights.I'm encountering an issue with displaying images in replenishment emails based on profiles' previous orders. I've set up a dynamic block within a table triggered by fulfilled orders, allowing profiles to view and reorder items. While this works for other categories, I'm facing three specific problems:There's a particular category, 'Magic Mushroom Chocolate,' where the products aren't displaying as dynamic images. Strangely, this issue doesn't occur for other product categories.In my personal email tests, the dynamic images are not displaying, despite titles being present. However, when I preview in Klaviyo's tool, the images appear as expected for multiple fulfilled orders except the  for the one I mentioned above that there's a specific category that's not showing even in Klaviyo preview tool and even in my email test. 3. I've implemented a

Troubleshooting Win Back Flow

Hello -I have a question about my profile filter in my winback flow. If it’s set to include everyone from all lists that hasn’t opening an email in 180 days. Does the 180 count begin when the flow was created, or is it calculated from data in their profile? I am not seeing anyone in any of the flow cues since creating it nearly a month ago.Thanks in advance for helping if you know why.

Dynamic Recipe/Blog Post Content for Post Purchase Flow

I am trying to create a post-purchase follow-up email that has dynamic content (a recommended recipe or blog post) for each product they ordered.  I believe that we should be using a dynamic table in Klaviyo for this using Metafields from Shopify or ShopifyFlow .  Has anyone done this before?  If so, can you share the approach you used?

All email skipped - Flow filters

I’m new to Klaviyo and just got my flows set up and live.I also get trouble with all email now being skipped, i do not know why like that but i think something wrong when i set flow filters. Am I wrong in setting up the logic for flow filters? Can I have some advice please? Thanks in advance!

No buyers are entering the Review Flow

For an unknown reason buyers aren’t entering the flows to request reviews. Flows were set up long before the purchases and now we’re lost as to why emails aren’t going out. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Can we add a first name before our sender name?

Hi guys,Our sender name has been the same ever since we founded our brand. It's simply our brand name. I lately followed some of my competitors' channel and see that they custom their sender name a bit. For example first_name@brand_name, this is the common way. With the sender name regulation, do you guys think it can be harmful in some ways (or in the future maybe)? and if the answer is “no". Could you guys name some benefits from it. Do order confirmation Flows resend for Subscription Renewals or just the original purchase?

I’m selling subscriptions that auto-renew. I made a order confirmation email with specific information and auto generated discount codes as part of their subscription. Will they get this email every month when their subscription renews? If so, how can I set a flow up to only send the email for the original purchase? Add to Cart Trigger on Non Product Pages

We would like to make the add to cart event trigger whenever a product is added to the cart on ANY Shopify page.  I have seen this question asked many times, but have not seen an answer that is not “hire a developer.”  With slide carts, and buy buttons on home pages and collection pages, customers actually reaching a product page is not very likely anymore.  We would expect most customers to be adding directly from home or collection pages, so the current Klaviyo Add to cart and view product triggers are only going to work occassionaly.  The fact that Klaviyo refuses to help with this is baffling to me given that add to cart is an extremely important event.About 6 months ago, a helpful Klaviyo representative gave me some code that actually DID work on all non-product pages.  At the time, we were on Shopify 1.0 and have upgraded our theme to a 2.0 theme.  Now that same code no longer works.  I am pasting it below for folks who might still be able to use it and also to see if any people

I've sent a campaign and users are still queued

Hello,  I sent a campaign and I appreciate it is for 37k people but I sent it at 12 but still hasn’t sent to 11k people.  I have a few concerns; I used the list of consumer who sign up to our newsletter, will this email keep on sending to people who have just signup? If the above doesn’t happen will they send soon because its been 4 hours and it is only sending 30 at a time?  Thanks, George

Unable to create coupon code error in Welcome Flow

Hello Klaviyo, We're having trouble with our Welcome Flow because we just updated our Popup Form to a new Multipop Form. When I tested the new form if it was working properly, I noticed that the emails were not receiving emails from Welcome Flow. I check the analytics in the Welcome Flow and found out that the error is 'Unable to create coupon'. Maybe this is the reason why we are not receiving emails from the Welcome Flow. Could you please help me with this? Thank you

New Feature Request - Add descriptions to segments and flows

Sometimes I have to stare at the definition of a flow for several minutes before I remember why I created it or what the purpose is. It would be awesome if we could add descriptions to flows and segments so we could document how they are intended to be used, or are being used. Too many times I’ve wanted to delete/clean things up only to realize after much investigation that the thing I wanted to delete was actually needed. And then I’m too afraid to clean up anything.

Transactional Flow Rejected

I have a flow that keeps getting rejected from transactional status. I’m being told that it has marketing in it but it doesn’t. It goes like this: Person is on my website. They buy a 1-hour consultation with me. They then get this email. There are two links: one to provide some info about what they want to discuss in their consultation, and one to schedule the call. They’ve already paid for the call. So there’s no marketing. This is how I’m delivering what the customer ordered. I keep explaining this and I’m getting this pushback that it’s marketing but it’s definitely transactional. Has anyone dealt with this and found a fix?

I have a question about flow filtering

Hi guys,We're trying to optimise our flow structure. I have one question for all of my flows. For example the Abandoned Checkout Flow. We use a filter at the trigger section as Placed Order to restrict people who place orders after they checkout! It's plain!But for the people who don't check out, they will receive our mail series, my question would be, do we need to add one condition split for each email #1, email #2, and email #3 as placing order 0 time (for ceasing the flow if they place orders after reading one of these emails) or the filter at trigger already does that part? Looking forward to your responses.Best regards

Test Email - Correct Subject Line, Logo and about us, book now showing in the write up.

The subject line is correct but where it shows “heart logo for mi vida loca about us heart logo...” Why is it showing that when it has not in our previous emails? What can we do to make that go away so they see the body copy.

Hi team, So I sent several campaigns (around 50 recipients each)All of them are set to reply to 1 single mail. When I receive a reply from them. Their reply mail is a completely different one from the recipient list.Is there anyway I can track back their mail in the recipient list?

unable to turn off bad looking popup on website

I tried using flows to get emails on my store and when I tried to turn the pop ups off It didn’t stop. I have tried uninstalling the app from my shopify and disconnecting it from my store and nothing works. I dont know how to get it off my website of change it it just wont stop popping up.

Klaviyo test set, but not firing on Chrome

Hi there, I have set up a Flyout campaign with a new prom announcement, but this is neither showing up on Chrome or mobile (though this is not clear to me how this would connect my work address with private on mobile)? I have set up only very small group of testers, so need them to check if this works on mobile somehow. Could you advice pls?

Dynamic Custom Properties

Hi. I’m creating an Anniversary Flow and would like to use the below aspects within the email, using dynamic content.Month of Account Created (For example: You created your account in March 2022) Number of Orders (Show how many orders that they have placed on our website (Shopify))The data is there to be used but I’d like to create custom properties so that I can dynamically display this within the email. Does anyone have any advice on how to achieve this?
