Hello, Klaviyo Community :)  Im a little new in Klaviyo and I need your help with something related with the subtitle newsletters :) I would like to know how I can add space in the subtitle of the newsletters. The space is long and I don't always have such long sentences to put there, so I would like to know how to put a space.

Referral

Hello, I’m setting up a referral scheme for my company. I would like to trigger an email when a customer buys a subscription on our website. In this email, I’d like to include a personalised discount code that they can share with their friends. How would I be able to generate this unique code in Klaviyo? Does this sound possible? would be nice to avoid doing it manually.

Multiple language shop and adding static products

Hello! I have connected 2 multiple language stores (Magento 2) with products in different languages to one account. When I want to make campaign e-mails in different languages and added products, there has been in static block an option to sort products based on product feeds. Now there is just search and categories, the product feed option has vanished.Now I cannot distinguish between products that are both in the same language, but in different stores. Previously I made product feeds based on language and store for sorting products. Is it possible to somehow get back sorting based on product feed or even add “catalogs” which sorts products based on store and language? Below is a screenshot of a place where the “product feed” option was.

How to paste text in Hebrew (Right to Left)?

Hello, I’m using Klavyio to create emails in Hebrew. I paste the text from the file where everything is written Right to Left. However, after pasting the text, Klavyio automatically changes the direction of text if there’s a word in English. It also changes the place of punctuation marks. I have managed to correct the text manually, but the puntctuation marks is the real problem. An example:The point should be where the check mark is. But it’s impossible to paste it there.Did anyone face similar problems with Right-to-Left languages? Is Klavyio planning any improvements in this regard? Thank you in advance,Irina

Embed Image over 5MB

I tried to insert an 11MB gif via an embed code loaded on an external resource with excellent results. For this I wonder why a file larger than 5MB can not be uploaded to Klaviyo but can be done via embed?

Remove or edit bottom email block

Email template for Welcome series

Hello! I am new to Klaviyo and have an email template saved that I want to go to all my new subscribers automatically. The problem is when I go into my welcome series, I cannot find a way to upload/attach my template. It seems I can only add it when I start a new campaign? It appears I can send a welcome email manually to my newsletter subscribers through a new campaign (I haven’t done this before so this would be the first communication) but I’m trying to find a way to automate it to send to all new subscribers using my current template I created. Does this make sense? Thank you in advance!!Sally

Design Question: Split email color block

Hi Everyone,I am new to using Klayvio so I’m sorry if this seems like a dumb question but, i was wondering if something like this is possible to so with the split block. Why did my flow not send after I back-populated?

Some background information, created a segment (backpoulate) with users who is in Newletters before Feb 28 I did “Schedule for each step relative to the date someone was added to my list/segment” Does it usually take this long for the flow to backpopulate? I checked the flow history and it says I backpopulated it.

Do not show product variations in product feed

Hi, Is it possible to show products only in product feed ant do not show the variations? I see the same images and so it means the same products (as the size varies only) in product recommendation emails sometimes because of this issue. Thank you

How to fix Klaviyo coupon code is invalid at checkout on shopify

Hello Community, I set up a coupon code on Klaviyo to be sent to new subscribers when they get the first email. However, I want to test it out first before I activate the flow, but whenever I try inputting the code at checkout on my Shopify store, it tells me that the code is invalid. How do fix this, please? PS: The coupon text is correctly typed.

If a dynamic coupon is used by the customer and then an email is sent with that same prefix, would a new coupon be created?

Hi again!I have a question regarding dynamic coupons on Klaviyo. The thing is that I want to send a reminder of my welcome discount, but in a different flow, i.e. browse abandonment.The situation is that I don't want to create new coupons, I just want to remind users who received it and haven't used it that they have the possibility to do so. I was trying to set the "has made zero purchases using discount code XXXX" filter, but according to what I researched in other posts here in the community this doesn't work, as Klaviyo can't tell if the dynamic coupon has been used or not.So, what I want to know is if Klaviyo considers as "expired" a coupon that was already used, since currently my welcome series codes have no expiration date. And then, if I were to send another email in a flow to people who had already used their coupon, Klaviyo would generate a new one for them, while those who haven't used it would still receive the same one? ...I'm not sure if there is a better solution to rem

Email text color bug

Hey Klaviyo Community, For our emails we use a background image, and a custom font. We installed a fallback font, and the emails look great and readable on our own devices.Here's how it looks when I preview on Klaviyo:  Here's how it looks on my phone (android G-mail): As you can see, the fallback font is used, and the text color is black. But some of our customers responded, and let us know that their email shows up like this in their inbox (also gmail, and also android) My question is obviously, how do I fix this?How do I ensure the fallback font appears black for everyone on my list? Thanks!

Shopify Product Block dynamic feed - not working?

When I create a dynamic product feed and check the preview of the email to see what products it selected it doesn’t accurately match the most popular products in my Shopify analytics. I have selected the same metrics: last 90 days, most viewed or most ordered, etcetera. Any ideas why this is incorrect?

New Editor Product Grid Feature Request

I’d like to be able to make a product grid dimensions display responsively. Such as being 3 across on desktop, but only 2 across on mobile. I rarely want to stack the products ...makes the whole email too long usually. I can fake responsiveness by duping the grid and changing the settings and visibility, but it makes the file size bigger.

Having issues with IF ELSE logic statements in email

Hi,I am having issues understanding IF/ELSE statements for email.I went through an article and a few questions on here about syntax and IF/ELSE statements. Code showing up on email campaign when using new editor

I am updating some templates so that they are using the new editor as opposed to the classic one and for the most part everything is as it should be, but I am running into a weird issue that I am not able to get fixed. On the very bottom of the emails we have the block for View Online | Unsubscribe | Privacy Policy. In the classic editor this block looks normal when sent to test, it shows up looking exactly like it does in the editor (screenshot below). When I copied this block into a new section while using the new editor, the block appears normal in the preview screen within Klaviyo, but shows up looking like the screenshot below on both desktop and mobile previews. Basically all of the link info for View Online and Unsubscribe is seen on the viewer’s end. The Private Policy does not show all of this info due to it being a real url link as opposed to a variable for the previous two. How can I fix this from showing up moving forward?

Turn off tracker wrapping

Is it possible to completely turn off wrapping link included in Klaviyo emails? We want to use Klaviyo as emailing service for an application and it is messing with universal links being resolved on devices.I think I have tried to look everywhere and tried everything but I guess I have to be missing something.

Email not showing up correctly when sent to Gmail with dark mode on

Hello, Currently building out flows right now that have been designed in figma. For deliverablity purposes, I don’t want to import the entirety of the design in image blocks but as well add some text blocks within klaviyo. The design of the email is black and so the image blocks are black. When I add text blocks and make the background black, whenever it’s sent to a customer who is using gmail and they have dark mode on, the background of the text block inverts into white and the image blocks stay black which completely ruins the aesthetic and flow of the email. Anyone come across this problem and know how to fix it? Should I just add everything as image blocks and risk deliverability?
