List clean up - how to move users to suppressed

I am trying to do a full list clean, I have 35,000 active profiles, which need cleaned up desperately.  I made an unengaged segment of:This only gave me 600 profiles- I don’t know how to move them to the suppressed folder and I also don’t know how to tackle the other thousands of names.  Any Advice?

SSL certificate for a Shopify store

Hi guys,  We’ve setup a dedicated click tracking with Klaviyo and need to set up the SSL too to avoid any insecure links etc. As explained here https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052205052-How-to-set-up-SSL-for-dedicated-click-tracking .  But we don’t use any of that like Cloudflare etc., we’re on Shopify Plus and I believe using their SSL for our domain. DNS records are managed directly at GoDaddy.  Can anybody please advise how we should set up this SSL?  Thanks!

Button URLs in Sign Up forms and Shopify Discount Codes

I have a fly-out sign up form on my web site that includes email signup, SMS signup, and a unique Shopify discount code. On the signup success step is also a button that brings the user to a page to start shopping. Shopify allows me to use a URL to set the discount code automatically (one less copy and paste for the end user). The URL to automatically use a discount code should look like this: https://mywebsite.com/discount/UNIQUEDISCOUNTCODE?redirect=/collections/starthereOn the success step for the signup form form, I have the unique discount code (shows up no problem). And I’d love to have the following in the URL for the button on that same step:  https://mywebsite.com/discount/{% coupon_code 'Signup_and_save_10' %}?redirect=/collections/start However, when I put this in and tested it, I got exactly that (code included) as the URL for the button - not the unique coupon code for that customer - although the unique code was correctly shown in the text box on the same step.Any way to

How to setup "Added to Cart" metric in Kalles theme

I'm using Kalles theme V4.1.3 and I'm using klaviyo and for the flows I'm using the Abandoned Cart Reminder for the Prerequisites it shows a Red X "This flow requires setting up a special "Added to Cart" metric. Learn more. " Image down below. BigCommerce product catalog (re)sync issue

I reported this problem back in June of 2021. In Sept 2021 and Dec 2022 I reported it again and was told it was being escalated or that the engineering team was “aware of it”. Each time I was told someone would get back to me and no one ever did. Nothing seems to be happening with it. I’m hoping someone here has found a workaround.I’m using the Klaviyo back-in-stock notifier with BigCommerce.  In a nutshell, Klaviyo reads BC product info *once* when you first create the product and never again.Add a product with no variants and give it SKU “tshirt”.  Klaviyo reads it and all is well.  If you then add variants with new SKUS (“tshirt-red”, t-shirt-blue”), klaviyo does not see those updates, and the “notify me when back in stock” button appears on the product pages even thought the products have qty in stock.The problem is that there’s no way to force Klaviyo to re-sync the product info.  The Shopify integration does have this functionality so I don’t understand why the BC integration doe

Why aren't my dynamic images pulling in my template and the wrong image URL is brought in?

I am having trouble getting the product photos to pull properly using the {{ event.ImageURL }} tag. It seems to mess up the URL for the image. Please see the "Https:/cdn..." in the ImageURL property. The screenshot is from one of the default preset flow and emails for Browse Abandonments and I haven't changed anything.

How to see number of emails affected by Spam Filter

Analytics for campaign performance show a number for profiled who actively mark an email as spam. However as email boxes can filter emails they consider to be spam is there a way to measure how many are affected by such a filter? If so then we could modify subject line and/or A/B test. Thanks

Add To Cart Metric not working - Gempages

Hello everyone, I’m stuck on setting up the “Add to cart” metric and I’m starting to run out of ideas. I started out by trying the default script.I tried adding the code to a Custom Liquid Element in Gempages → Did not work. Firing Custom Facebook Event (Sever-Side) After Singup

Hi everyone, I know you can fire a client-side custom facebook event once a user signs up using a klaviyo form by wiring the the ‘klaviyoForms’ event handler but I wanted to see if it’s possible to this server-sideby having Klaviyo trigger FB’s JS call server side or by somehow wiring Klaviyo to make a conversions api call to fire the facebook custom event instead.. The reason for this is that on ios 14+, fb events can be blocked client side so you’d have to fire fb’s javascript library server side or fire the fb event using the conversions api. Thanks!

Products not using thumb_src but full size images

Hi team @ Klaviyo,My templates are over the clipping size for Gmail due to the Product Block using full size image src from Shopify. I can see in event properties when looking at the data that there is a thumb_src for line_items. Is there a possibility to use that instead?CheersChris

Notify me when available button not showing sucess message

The notify me when available button will show the success message if they have “add me to your newsletter” button unticked but when someone ticks it, it doesn’t show anything.  Does anyone know a fix for this to showing the success message for both?Unticked and shows sucess messageGrey’s out button when ticked no success message Also, does anyone know how to make the border around the email black?

How to get the link for SMS Abandon Cart Flow that takes them back to their cart?? All I’ve found online is coding, is this the correct coding for it.. “{{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }}“ to put into the text? It then shows up like this when I Preview in the text… “https://klv1.io/0/XXXXXX”

Event Variables for Flows Help

Hi, I’m struggling to find resources within Klaviyo to show how to properly implement event variables in flows. The 2 resources I keep coming across in posts are dead pages:How to Insert a Dynamic Image in an Event-Based Flow EmailHow to Build Dynamic Blocks in a Flow Email (new editor)Are there updated resources that show how to format event variables in flows? The problem I’m having is with my Add to Cart Abandoned email flow (not Checkout Started Abandoned email flow). The product image and price don’t show the correct variant of the product the customer abandoned. The out of the box template for the Add to Cart trigger Abandoned flow use {{ event.Price }} for price and {{ event.ImageURL }} for the product image. However, the lowest price and smallest size are being displayed when previewing the email (btw, I’m using Shopify). When I look at the event property variables for the products added to the cart, the correct variable shown for the price is: {{ event.items.1.final_line_price

Sunset Flow

Hi everyone.I have a question that’s been puzzling me for a little while now.I have a client who has an decent sized email list and I’ve created a sunset flow to check whether those inactive subscribers still wanted to receive emails or if they wanted to unsubscribe. Now my question is:When you send this email out and a good bunch of people unsubscribe, does that not affect your email score and deliverability?How can this flow be different from when someone just decides to unsubscribe from any other email? I understand that those who don’t unsubscribe or interact with the email will be manually suppressed but for those who actually unsubscribe, surely this has an effect on your email reputation no?Thanks for your help.Jerome

ISO WooCommerce x Klaviyo Integration Reviews

We have a client on WooCommerce who has heard that the Klaviyo integration can be glitchy.Furthermore, it looks like they may need to use the Legacy API rather than the newer REST API. If you have any background on the limitations of the Legacy API, that would be helpful as well. Has anyone else been using the WooCommerce x Klaviyo integration and have any insights to share?

Creating cross device abandon campaigns with Magento

Hi allWe’re looking to set up some simple abandon cart emails with Klaviyo, and our Magento 2.4.3 ecommerce site. We have some fairly complex products set up, with a range of materials, colours and bespoke customer-selected sizing options which mean there are a lot of SKUs spinning off the main product type. But we’d also like to make sure that when a customer gets an abandon cart email, this will work cross-device, so if they abandon on a desktop, they could recreate their entire session on a mobile browser a few hours later. So all products, variations and custom selections would need to be recreated in that session too.Is that something that Klaviyo does out of the box?ThanksMike

So I screwed up and edited the templates before saving them and now I’ve screwed them up and they aren’t working properly.Is there a way to restore the templates? Or find them online so I can start again?
