Our client has a requirement where they need to send consent data to a third party. We have a segment that uses the “properties about someone”. The property we use is “$consent” and from the documentation here https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043841811-How-to-upload-and-segment-with-consent, we used “ $consent , contains, email”. However, the profiles it is finding are not correct. The profile have the read cross to not receive marketing emails. Why is this occuring?
Hello! Are we unable to include a contact card in a campaign message? When migrating over from another platform, in our new number welcome we would like to be able to send the contact card so people who subscribed to our old phone number are prompted to save the new updated information. Any ideas on how to do this? I saw a response about creating a keyword triggered flow but that seems like a big work around
We're working on speeding up our website.Currently we have the restock notification form in our theme.liquid as per following this page: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001895651-How-to-Install-Back-in-Stock-for-ShopifyIs that code able to be added just on the product page? As i think having it in theme.liquid causes it to load on places like the homepage too etc.Just thinking if I can add it to product pages in Shopify OS2.0 as a liquid block as shown. Will that work okay?
Hi community, Current Tech Stack: Shipstation + Shopify store (Shopify plan) + MailChimp Moving to:Target Tech Stack: Shipstream + Klaviyo + Shopify store (Shopify plan) I am looking for an answer to a question - as I am stumped. When we add SMS capability which platform sends the SMS - is it Klaviyo? If Shipstream is full API - will this be a difficult integration or seamless integration? Thanks,Rahul
I am looking to export the indiviudal or line level data for each of our email campaigns. For example - i would like to know how each indivudal receipeint engaged with the email the received. I have only been able to find aggregate level data at the campagin level - this is not what i want.
I reached out to support recently and was told that custom fonts are not supported in the new editor - are they going to be implemented at some point? Even incorporating google fonts would go a long way (look at how Elementor does this for a good reference).Pretty disappointed with all the new features mentioned only to see that they’re mostly buggy or not ready.
Hey everyone, First time using Woocommerce with Klaviyo and I’m either not seeing the wood for the trees or there’s a tech problem I’ve overlooked…. I’m trying to set up a Post Purchase flow (with order confirmation) flow Attempting to add the correct code to ensure all the dynamic variables (product name, quantity, price, order total, etc) are in place to grab the info from the customer orders so the table is populated for each individual customer in the order confirmation email… I’ve tried several different combinations from the preview screen variable list, but the code I copy and paste is slightly ‘off’ and therefore not displaying correctly in the preview email. Apology if you’ve covered this before, any help greatly appreciated :) J
I’m really liking the new updates to the dashboard, however if I can’t export it to send to a client, it feels kind of redundant and I have to basically rebuild the same thing in Google Data Studio. I don’t think I’m alone in saying that it would be freaking awesome if you could export either the whole dashboard or the cards straight out of Klaviyo.
I have a 4 step welcome flow, and customers are being skipped after the 1st step. I had smart sending on but I since turned it off. IDK why having it on would affect it though because I wasn’t sending other emails. Can I backflow all these skipped recipients? What should I fix?
Hi there! I am new to Klaviyo and have been working on a welcome series for my customers. This is the very early stages and I am still learning a lot.I imported emails from Shopify and I want the emails to be included in my welcome series. Does back-populate also include the imported list for a welcome series? I haven’t been able to find a direct answer to my question and I want to be sure things will flow properly once it’s finished.Thank you for your help!
Hi, I have been using the Abandoned Cart flow feature from Klaviyo and came accross a strange behaviour:Situation: A customer has been able to convert a cart from Checkout Started to Placed Order. Issue: Despite the customer has fully placed the order, it seems the customer has been “tagged” or flagged with a checkout started which placed my customer into the “Abandoned Cart” flow. Questions:1/ What is the flow to be changed to be sure that if the customer has fully completed/placed the order then the customer shouldn't be flagged/seen into the “Abandoned Cart” flow.2/ When checking the “Customer Thank you” flow where it flags customer who has fully placed order, this customer is not in this flow (which is wrong as the customer has completed her cart and placed the order), Does something need to be change here too? (as i want the process to be accurate and flag/process the customers to the right flow). Many thanks and kind regards
Making a segment is incredibly tedious when not using something simple like a single product or category. I frequently need very niche segments (what Klaviyo is supposedly good at, right?) that drill down to very specific products. In this case, I'm making a segment of buyers of 12 different individual products. This should be simpler. SOLUTION: I should be able to add the OR at the NAME LEVEL in my example here not have to start over at the What someone has done level for each product. For each product, I'm having to select 1. what someone has done2. ordered product → 3. set dates4. where name → 5. equals → choose productWhy can't I simply add additional NAMES of products instead of starting over each time? Please adapt the segment creation tool to make it easier for those of us who want to use the complex segmentation of Klaviyo.ANOTHER SOLUTION: Give me a duplicate button so I can at least copy the last parameters and then adjust the one element I need to change.
Hi everyone, I’m setting up newsletters for the upcoming holidays. How do you add a coupon name with a percentage off, free shipping for orders with a minimum purchase, a discounted amount for a minimum purchase, and a freebie for a minimum purchase? All discount types in one coupon name. Thank you
I’d like to be able to determine the amount a customer has spent online only off the back of our eDMs. Since we integrated our Shopify into POS, our revenue figures show all sales. Meaning, if someone who’s signed up to our database and buys in store within the the time frame of our email being sent, the revenue from that sale is added to our stats in Klaviyo. Any tips?
I’m wanting to create a re-engagement campaign for my business. I’ve been doing some research on templates and a lot of brands show subscribers YES or NO CTAs. If someone clicks NO I think they should be taken to a page that is confirming they no longer want to receive emails or are opting out. Unfortunately my business is not technically capable of that. Are there any alternate landing pages people have used or is a there a option available in Klaviyo for this? Thanks all.
I want to set up a grid with images of all the products in an abandoned cart but I cant the get second and third image in the grid to be unique - it continues to show the the first image.Currently have it set up as a table with dynamic images. As carts often have a lot (+10 products) I want to tidy overview of all the items. Any suggestions on how to achieve this?
I have a client that wants to import a list of 7500 emails into Klaviyo that he has collected over the years. He thinks that by now some of the leads could be stale. He wanted me to build him a welcome flow repurposing all the blog articles on his website and import the list of contacts to put them through the flow. Hoping that they will contact him for his service. He has not sent emails at this scale from the domain and has never sent an email from Klaviyo. What are my best steps to stop all of these emails going to spam? Is a flow even the right option here?
Hi everyone,Hope you're having a great week.Yesterday I started optimizing one of my client's email marketing. However, when trying to add the “Added to Cart” snippet on Shopify, I can't get it to show in the analytics tab.I followed the tutorial to a tee, my client's theme doesn't have an ID, but rather a class button. This is the snippet I put on the “product.liquid” section:And I don't know if this is relevant, put there's another snippet before this one as well (unrelated to Klaviyo)If you could help me figure out what is happening I'd be forever grateful. Thank you and kind regards,Brandon.
Hey Everyone, wanted to start a conversation regarding email strategy without pop-up forms. One of our clients is experiencing lower conversion rates no matter what pop-up goes up so we’ve decided to completely eliminate the pop up for them.Niche: Children's Education Our problem: Low email revenue, only abandon checkout seems to be performing even with better cart upsells and upsell flows (that usually have high performance) Also we currently have no mobile pop up because the scroll delay pop ups also affect the conversion rate.Current Acquisition methods: Birthday sign-up on other pages outside of main products Embed sign-up Exit intent pop up (desktop) Current high performing flow: Abandon checkout (because we have pre-select email sign up enabled) Current strategy: We’re outputting a lot of campaigns that are getting high open rates but low engagement. We’re sending out educational emails, interactive activities, holiday emails and promos but they aren’t really convertingAlso lever
