Contact Form 7 and Klaviyo - How do I tag subscribers that fill out a form to understand which form they came from?
Hello, I have recently migrated from Mailchimp and I use contact form 7 on wordpress. I was using Chimpmatic that allowed me to add tags so each subscriber who downloaded a piece of content would be added as a tag in Mailchimp. For example, if they downloaded an ebook for home and garden, they would be tagged as home and garden when downloading the form through Chimpmatic which would then show in Mailchimp. My question is how do I replicate this process in Klaviyo? Do I have to create a new list for each content download? Is it a segment? I have downloaded the integration Sitemap Pro for Klaviyo which only gives me the option for choosing a list for each contact form 7 in Wordpress. My concern is if each content download has to be an individual list, we are going to end up with lots of lists. Does anybody have a better way of showing the source of where of my subscribers are coming from? Cheers,Molly
New Template Editor – Am I the only one seeing a lot of bugs?
Hi all, As much as I love the new template editor, it sure feels a bit buggy and not ready for prime time.The UI becomes unresponsive at times and you need to leave the editor and come back Sometimes auto save stops and the save button doesn’t work, so you basically lose your edits since last save. The section padding switch is funky; if you set some padding, leave the panel, and come back, it looks “off” even though there’s clearly padding visible in the section. Clicking the switch again “resets” the padding to default values. So better remember how much padding you have in there, and try not to touch it. Preview is weird, especially mobile preview. When you remove the mobile margins, preview still shows margins around the content. Only if you actually send a test email you can confirm that the margins are actually gone. Also, sometimes I need to leave the editor and come back in order for preview to show things correctly. Undo is nice, but not really unreliable. Sometimes it undoes
Can I create a Conditional Split for Email Subscribers Who Came From Specific Page URL?
I am collecting email subscribers from various offline events. They will scan a QR code or visit a URL at an event and be sent to a landing page (on my website) for the specific deal I want to offer (i.e. 10% off, free consultation, $10 gift card, etc.,) so I created a LIST for offline email subscribers and I am building the welcome series for them but unsure how to setup the conditional split for which offer the user will receive. The offer they get should be based on which URL on my site they last visited or was referred from. How do I do this? I tried conditional splits but didn’t see an option for last visited or referral link that allows me to specify the exact url. Example: Attendee at an event sees my 10% offer and visits my website url (website.com/10code) and subscribes to my “Offline Event Subscribers” list which triggers a welcome email with 10% off. Another attendee at a different event sees my $10 gift card offer and visits my website url (website.com/10giftcard) and subs
How do you delete the UPDATED saved blocks in Klaviyo?
Hey there!I understand the process to access text block for the previous template editing version however with the new update… how do you delete the NEW email template saved bocks?.. Every time I go to:Email templates Top right corner “view saved blocks” I see the old/previous saved blocksI love the new template editing version and would love to know how to find the save text blocks there! What is the best way to export Klaviyo data of our whole account?
How can I export everything for backup purposes? Say I accidentally deleted our mailing list (we have only one list in Klaviyo), or did something stupid like that.Mailchimp had an ‘Export and Back Up Account Data’ feature that lets you export everything in the account; audiences, reports, templates, campaigns etc. (not that I miss anything from Mailchimp)We love Klaviyo, so I’m hoping that there’s something similar or – as in most comparative situations – something better.Thanks, -oo
Why is a Error 500 showing when I try to schedule a campaign?
I’m trying to send a regular email campaign, but every time I click “REVIEW” to schedule it, I’m getting an error message on the page. It’s read in the tab “Oops (Error 500)” and then the page says “Something is amiss. We're on it. The address you asked for didn't work for some reason.” I’ve never had a problem before. Anyone else having issues or has an idea why it’s happening??
Back in stock flow not sending emails
Hi,I set up a Back in stock Flow on my Shopify store. First, I tested it with one of my emails and I received a Back in stock email.After that, my customers began subscribing to the Back in stock list (no problem at this stage). But when I received my stock and updated the quantity in Shopify, the Back in stock Flow didn’t send any email (since 12 hours now).In the Back in stock Flow, I have 54 waiting (corresponds to the customers that subscribed). But none of these 54 requests were sent.I read the other discussions in the forum (such as the one here below) but my settings seem to be ok.I have a free plan and I still have emails credit.I attached here some screenshots describing the problem. Changing email copy (display different URLs) based on product(s) purchased.
Hi!I need to customize email copy based on the products someone purchases. We sell physical card games that also include a free digital version of the game, with a different unique URL for each language (we have 7 languages).In our post-purchase flow, I’d like to have customers receive the URLs of the products they purchased. If they buy 4 different languages, they’d receive 4 URLs in that email. If they buy 4 of the same language, they’d only receive 1 URL for that language.I’ve read through some other solutions and Creating a Product-Specific Flow seems to come the closest, but it seems as though I’ll have to have a different email template for every permutation.Is there a way to customize this within the email copy? Thank you so much.
Not receiving campaign emails
I am the designer for my client that holds the Klaviyo account. As user account was created for me to create and manage their lists and email campaigns. While previewing and sending test emails the client and I were able to receive the emails sent by Klaviyo without issue.I have seeded our list with my email address, two gmail emails and client emails. Since launching the campaign almost 24 hours ago, only one of the email accounts has received an email from the campaign and that was a stock gmail account.I checked my spam folder, my junk folder and my promotions folder in each of the accounts.It doesn’t seem to make sense that I would receive test emails, but not live emails if the problem was the spam folder. Also, both gmail accounts are stock email accounts, so, they both should respond to incoming email the same way.Is there a way to test and see what happened to the email on a granular level, such see if it was blocked by a firewall or the email address does not exist, etc?
Can't make Abandoned Cart with and without Checkout Flows work together
I want to have these two distinctive flows when a Customer adds to cart and leaves and when a Customer leaves at check out, I set them up and both work separately, but I activate both only Abandoned cart works.I added a filter to don't do the flow if the customer starts checkout and even added a timer before it triggers emails. I’ll add a screenshot for both below. Hoping to get some feedback here!In an ideal world I would like to do the following:Customer adds to cart and starts checkout, trigger the Abandoned Checkout flow Customer adds to cart and does not check out, trigger the Abandoned Cart flowNow it only triggers the Abandoned Cart flow regardless of checkout started or not. Would like to get some feedback to get it to work that way Thank you!Please note the wait times are very low because I am testing it.
Can Klaviyo Send Emails to Customers that have Viewed a Product
Hello,I recently experienced an email option from another company that I thought was very interesting and would like to know if it’s available with Klaviyo. I had gone to a website, browsed products and then closed the website. The following day the company sent me an email regarding their business. The interesting point is I never provided my email to this company. Is this an option to setup in Klaviyo? Has anyone else heard of this type of feature.Thank you!

Klaviyo + WooCommerce Transactional Email Missing Image
Hey there, i´m trying to figure out a transactional e-mail.Triggered if someone place an order.I got the dynamic variables for the title price ect.But somehow the dynamic images won´t show.if there are 2 Products which are a variable product it worksbut if they are a variable product + a single product without variables it won´t work.Is there somebody who uses Klaviyo + Woo Commerce and alrerady figured out the right dynamic variables ?

Hey! Just wondering if there is anyway for me to personalize my CTA buttons on Klaviyo. I know that I can change the colour, font, roundness. But is there more I can do or do people create their buttons on another platform and import them in as images? Cheers!
How does the list system work?
Hello. First, thanks in advance for any input that is given - I appreciate it. I have created a new list in Klaviyo for people that create an account on my website. When a visitor signs up to an account will their profile automatically enter the list I have created? Or is there something I have to do? I’m asking because I have my flows, sent to the people in the new list I have created. # I hope to hear from you soon!
How to set up 3rd and 4th Customer Thank you
Hello, I’m a new user so please excuse me if this is a simple question!I’ve set up a 1st and 2nd Thank you for your purchase flow using the Klaviyo template - but would like to add customers who have purchased 3 and 4 times. I have set this up as a separate new flow but wondering if it could all be done on the 1st and 2nd flow. The trouble is I’m unsure how to do it. Here’s a screen shot of the 1st and 2nd flow…And here’s a screenshot of the 3rd and 4th flow…How would I combine those two 3rd and 4th to 1st and 2nd?I think I’ve got the hang of simple flows but when it comes to adding anything more than what’s been given to me, I’m a bit unsure! Hi, I would like to hear recommendations what are the best practices to setup Browse abandonment Flow for profiles that are still receiving Welcome Flow emails as well as the recommendations to improve my Welcome Flow.My current Welcome Flow sends 5 emails during one week. I am experimenting with this flow in an attempt to get better results, because placed order rate is really low (0,20%).So my email sequences is as follow:Welcome email with an incentive (10% off for the first order. I wasn’t offering discount earlier, so maybe the discount itself will improve the results) Introduction of our team (no product is showed in the email) Request to update their profile (choose which products categories they are interested in.
