Hello, I’ve already read the guide on how to do this but I feel like I’ve missed something.I’ve integrated Klaviyo to my Shopify Store, and made a product-specific flow. After placing a test order for this product, the flow didn’t trigger.The way I understood the trigger is - $value equals (insert product name) textFull product name is “Redoubt of Tranquility Meditation Bracelet”What did I do wrong?
HiNeed some clarity on a specific use case related to transactional emails:When Klaviyo marks an email as transactional, will that particular email be sent via different IP pool or the same IP pool.I assume, transactional gateway is different. Correct me if I’m wrong?Also, let’s say, if Klaviyo’s shared IP pool is blacklisted, will the transactional emails be affected? Hi! I’ve created a coupon within Klaviyo, then updated the settings of this coupon within Shopify. Our product is a subscription and I noticed the Klaviyo coupon settings automatically set it to One-time purchase products. After saving these settings in Shopify will the coupons still work in Klaviyo?
Hi everyone I want to lock my business site to grant early access for a launch. This would include existing customers as well. So I want to set up a form that will have an accompanying email with the password to the site. I’ve made the form but I’m not sure how to link an email to it with the password. I don’t want it to be the welcome flow just a unique one for this launch. So basically how do I set up email response to sign up form on klaviyo?
What happens if an email is on a list you want to send a campaign to, and a list you don't want it to go to?
I have created a form to collect emails of people who want to opt out of certain, one-off promotions (like Mothers’ Day) thinking that I could then select the list that collects submissions when creating the campaign, using the ‘do not send’ section.But, I realise the submitted email addresses will still be on our main list(s) that we will be sending the campaign to. If an email address is on both a list/segment you are selecting to send to, and one you are selecting not to send to, does the campaign get sent to the email address in question, or not? Which overrides the other in this instance?
I’m trying to embed two different sign up forms for two different lists on two different websites. The pop up and fly in options work fine, but the embed option, which is what I want to use, just shows up as blank.Rather than dive into the weeds I just decided to use the fly in option. But then when I created another sign up form and tired to apply it the same way, it now is listing BOTH of my sign up form overtop of each other ON BOTH SITES. Do I need a different code snippet, and if so how do I get one?
Hi there, here’s our issue :We would like to back-populate a metric-triggered flow (placed order). However, we noticed that when we click on back-populate, the customers who placed order more than 1 time are duplicated. Their profiles end up at different stages in the same flow. Do you have any idea on how to back-populate only 1 event/person (the most recent one) ?
I recently set-up two signup forms, one for mobile and the other for desktop browsers. When I published the forms they would appear as per the targeting behavior but they also appear when I click a product on the homepage or when trying to checkout. I can dismiss the forms but they reappear when I click the product again. It was not allowing customers to checkout on the site so I disabled both forms. I want to start serving these forms ASAP as they are for my welcome flow and a large revenue driver to my business. Any help is appreciated!
Hi,I am reluctant on using a third party for a pop-up service. I want to create two Pop-Ups however I don’t want to show one if they seen the other. POP-UP WELCOME- subscribe to our email + £25 off POP-UP EXIT - Hey don’t leave one time offer - + £25 off + Free Next day delivery. I don’t want pop-up no.2 to show if they seen no.1. is there any way to create this flow? Thanks
Hello,We’re looking to make an email to send out to all of our current email subscribers informing them of our new SMS VIP group. We want to have a way for them to sign up over the email. Is there a block we can put for them to input the number on the email directly? Or will we just have to include a button for them to click that brings them to the sign up page. Thanks
Hi, I am facing a problem with a promotional campaign scheduling. Our customers are based worldwide so I assume that the best strategy is to send a campaign according to the recipient’s time zone. I was doing this for some time and then realized that not all purchasers are removed from the list. When I schedule a campaign I always remove profiles that made a purchase in the last 30 days. I have a segment for this purpose, but if the purchase is made after when I schedule a campaign, then the profile remains in the recipients list. I host a promotion for a week and send an email every day. If the person is in an active segment she/he will receive 7 emails per week and I obviously do not want to bother people who made a purchase in a Day1 or Day2 and so on. For this purpose I was excluding the purchasers segment, but unfortunately this doesn’t work if a campaign is scheduled in a recipients’ time zone. This time I will be experimenting with a campaign and flow combo.Here is my plan:Day
Okay firstly, I am not sure if the drop down menus in my screenshot are ‘dimensions’ but that’s what I am calling them until someone corrects me :) What I am attempting to do below is create a segment of people who have purchased a certain product, our Kendal Pant. The issue here is when I selected the dimension: “Kendal Pant” the segment only generated 34 people, which is completely inaccurate. So what I was starting to do was add each and every single variant of the Kendal Pant as an “OR”—which you can see I was doing in the screenshot with the “Kendal - Bone - 2XL” ‘OR’ and so on...Am I creating more work for myself? Is there an easier way to do this? And is there a way to ensure that there is only one dimension per product?Sorry if this was confusing. Would appreciate any help! Cheers
Hi All, I am looking into something for a client of ours, but can't quite figure it out myself. I know you can dynamically show products customers have bought before (titles, images, etc.). But I was wondering if you can dynamically make some sort of lookback to what a customer has done.Let’s say we want to set up an email that looks back at last year and we want to mention how many items a customer has bought or how many purchases they did.We would want to do this in the text, making it look like:“You bought [X amount] of items last year/You made [X amount] of purchases last year” The text between [ ] would then have to be dynamically change to show the correct number per customer.Is this possible?Thanks!

Hi, I’m having trouble with our Abandoned Browse flow and wondering if someone could help? Basically, the people that are signing up to the Welcome Series and Viewing Products are entering the Welcome Series but not the Abandoned Browse and the Viewed Product metric isn’t triggering. I’ve checked the Shopify integration and both the Viewed Product and Active on Site are working correctly as I’ve tested using the UTM testing in the help article https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4416172774939-Troubleshooting-Viewed-Product-Tracking and all customers that have signed up to the Welcome Series have double opted in. I’ve also checked Smart Sending for Abandoned Browse and it’s currently off. It’s only the one email that we have in the Abandoned Browse so customers aren’t going to be bombarded by emails and I want to get this fixed ASAP. Thank you in advance!
I’m curious to know how to send a flow email to a past group of customers that fit the parameters of the flow, but did not receive the flow email because it was not created yet. For example: Customer purchases our ring sizer, and they receive a 20% coupon to use on the purchase of their ring The flow sends a reminder email to those who purchased the sizer and have not made a purchase since, after 30 days.I guess what I'm asking is, can I send this to previous customers who qualify for the flow?

Beside newly acquired E-Mail addresses I would also like to provide my existing Addresses the option to Opt-In to this List and consequently to this flow.How can I provide my Existing Subscribers the option to also become part of the Pre-Sale Event?Example:Existing Newsletter Subscribers = 1000 PeopleNew List for Pre Sale = 0 People1) I will add new Subscribers via Lead Ads2) I want to provide my 1000 existing Subscribers the !Option! to become part of this New List (3-5 Step Flow). Hi all. I have create a flow with email A and email B. Between them is a conditional split stating ‘Has Ordered Product at least once over all time where Name equals X.’ If yes - exit, if no - send email B.This means that if a customer has ordered said product X any time in the past, not just after receiving email A they won’t receive email B correct? Hello, I need some help with spacing for the image of the sign-up form. Here’s the design details for the form:Flyout image right Custom width (620 px) Right Padding 20 px Image position is custom with width of 250 px Image horizontal alignment is right alignWhen I select the image, there’s a lot of extra space to the left of the image and I don’t know how to get rid of it. Does anyone know how to get rid of the extra space?
I have sent my first campaign email and i’m going thru the steps to send it as an SMS. The SMS reads: “Read the latest newsletter” then the link goes to our podcast. Where do I copy/paste the url for the email campaign so that I can paste it into the SMS - that way the user clicks on the link and the email opens in a browser. On my test email, the browser link at the top goes to a test page. Thanks in advance for any help.
We have 2 accounts in klaviyo (both accessible from the same user accounts).We’d like to be able to email everyone in “Account A” but not if they are also in “Account B”.Is there a way to do this?We’ve tried:When we try to create segments in “Account A” it of course is not aware of any profiles in “Account B”. The two accounts seem unaware of each other. We’re trying to avoid having to manually export all email addresses from “Account B” and importing into “Account A” every time we send a campaign emailAny suggestions please?
I have an add to cart pop up ie when customers click on add to cart they are offered the opportunity to personalise their experience. I get the hidden properties of the product they added to cart to trigger the pop up. Question is how ccan get this field value into our custom property field for Brand? I will also need to be able to trim the field ie to remove product model number so that only Brand name enters the custom property... Thanks
