Guided Warming Emails

Good morning,  I have just switched to Klavyio, I am two weeks in, and have sent 3 email campaigns using the ‘guided’ settings. My open rate is constant with my previous platform, however I am not generating any click or sales.  My click rate used to be 3-5% with a 34-38% open rate. Now it is 0.1%-0.4%The style and content is totally comparable with my pre-Klavyio emailsWhy would this be?Can I send to all the excluded customers - how would I identify who Klavyio selected?

Conditional trigger split by fulfilment status

Hi all,  I would like to include an conditional trigger split of the fulfillment status (we using shopify) in my already existing customer thank you flow. So if the fulfilment is completed customers get the planned mails of the flow and if not they will get an information about the delay. Following adding another trigger of the fulfillment status in the flow a few days later and if the order is fulfilled they get the planned mails of the flow.  Can someone help me in this case? Thanks so much in advance! Natascha

Is it possible to send random samples for certain products depending on what was viewed? (Browse abandonment assistance)

Hi all.Sorry if the title doesn’t make much sense. It’s difficult to sum up.This is what I want to achieve…Imagine a customer views a 3 different (digital) products. I have free samples for them all but only want to send one free sample. I want it to be randomly decided. This would be a link in an email flow to a download.I want klaviyo to look at what was viewed and do something like this...If a customer views only 1 product, they will be sent a free sample for that.If they view 2 products, they will be sent a sample for one of them (randomly)If they view 3 products, they will be sent a sample for one of them (randomly)and so on for how many products they viewed.Is this possible to configure? Thanks for any help.

Suspicious SPAM adresses signing up

Hello,Recently, I've been getting these computer-generated sign-ups like:XXXX+sdf8yf@gmail.com and their locations are like weird international places.Screenshot from a segment I built (with some deletions for privacy)My question is are they spammers or is this the new privacy feature that apple users. Or VPN features?I know that the + sign is a way of redirecting your emails within Gmail, not sure if it works in other systems.Because I have been getting a few and wither way it sucks for working out legit customers.PS: I know I can activate double opt-in to prevent spam.

Adjusting sending email address on a dedicated sending domain

Hi all, I was hoping to get some clarity on something. We just moved to a sending dedicated sending domain and I wanted to adjust the sending email address from info@company.com to info@send.company.com. Please see my questions:Are both those email addresses the same, and if not, do we need to create an email address in order for this be a viable send address? I know many brands have noreply@company.com to basically let customers know that any reply that is sent will go unanswered. I am perfectly happy with the latter approach, but just want to confirm whether you do or do not need access to the email address being used (specifically on this subdomain).  I have seen other threads where others have suggested using marketing@company.com for anything promo related, and transactions@company.com for any transactional email. Can anyone confirm this will work on a DSD, and what are the benefits from a deliverability perspective other than letting customers know email is transactional and whic

Determining value of email subscribers vs conversions on landing page

I have a client who has a very successful landing page funnel. When someone starts checkout, there is an API call to add that profile to a list called “prospect list” although these profiles have not subscribed to email marketing. People on the prospect list will go through an abandoned checkout flow. What we’d like to determine is the value of subscribers who join the email list through the website and then buy, vs customers who place an order directly on the lander without subscribing to email. I’m struggling with the best way to collect this information accurately. What do you think of a feature to write notes?

What do you think of a feature to write notes?Notes for campaigns - why that campaign was sent, who approved it, who created it, who the campaign targeted, etc. Notes for lists and segments - why you created on in the first place and other details Notes for flows - more details around the thinking what was involved in creating it and revising it Notes for templates - description about template content and designIf it’s there or will be launched…please let me know!I can think of a hundred different reasons to use it.-Sanket

How can I remove the "caption..." section under an image block???

Hi there, I need help removing the "caption.." block that keeps showing up under the first image block on the preview email - theres no option when editing to take it out and can’t find the answer anywhere on the site either. Does anyone have an idea of how to edit/remove?

Can I have a custom design for my footer email sign up form that does not use one of the Klaviyo pre-built templates?

Hi Klaviyo Community, We are migrating to Klaviyo and are hoping to keep our branded newsletter form in our footer. I don’t see an option to add custom design code on the Klaviyo back end, only their pre-built forms or within the form builder.  Does anyone know if it is possible to replace the old js with updated Klaviyo js for the email sign up form without altering the design on the website? Thank you in advance!

Google Merchant Center File Name

Hi,When setting up the reviews feed in Google Merchant Center from Klaviyo, I am unsure as to what to put as the file name? Google states that ‘The name you enter here must exactly match the file name you submit to Merchant Center if submitting via SFTP, FTP, or Google Cloud Storage’For reference with my current feed from Judge.me, the file name is:ProductReviews.gymtote-01539d93-ecdd-4c85-8892-c79fd8403c33.xml Where can I find this within Klaviyo itself? Thanks,James

Test email links not working

I am new to Klaviyo and I am just creating my warm up email (that has taken 4 hours already- the system is incredibly slow) I have sent myself a test email to check the links and none of them are working.I get his page:on all the links. I have just set up an identical email in mailerlite and all links work. all the pages are connected to my shopify store and they work  but not in the Klaviyo email?Please help I really need to get going on this new CRM before Christmas gets going and it seem Klaviyo is making every step painful.

Easiest Way to Do Analysis of Campaign by Customer List?

Hello,I ran a campaign for memorial day and would like to do some analysis on the results. Specifically, what which customer acquisition channel were most likely to open/click this campaign.My customers came from a few channels, each are on their own Klaviyo list:Website Pop-up Blog post CTA Giveaway/contest ...etc Basically, what I want to know is how customers in list A differed with their open/click rate compared to list B and C. What is the best way to accomplish this?I know I could manually export emails on the lists, and emails that interacted with a campaign, then do the analysis in Excel…but is there an easy way to do this in Klaviyo?Thanks!

Back In Stock Delay

I have everything setup for a Back In Stock flow. There is one setting preventing me from launching. It is the Back In Stock Dealy. Which waits for product to come back in stock before sending email. I do not see any settings for that, just a delay of days. It should look like this sample.

abandoned cart flow - identical emails

Hi, I'm new to Klaviyo and have set an abandoned cart flow.The thing is that the email can be sent to the same customer about how many different cart abandonments he had in the short term. This thing does not look good to me because the customer gets a lot of identical emails.I made an attempt and abandoned the cart several times in a short period of time, and received 5 emails!I would love to hear what you offer to do?

How do I use product blocks with relative urls?

I manage several accounts as part of an agency and have noticed that the product blocks have difficulty in pulling the images from our website via the WooCommerce plugin. Klaviyo Support have advised using absolute urls.Relative urls are the default for WordPress websites. We are not sure if changing to default urls will affect our websites in other ways, so we are testing with one website for now.I know with the flows, there’s an easy fix for missing images because of relative urls. That’s putting {{ organisation url }} before the code. So my question is - as well as how do I use product blocks with relative urls - can I edit the product blocks in a similar way? And if so, how do I do this?

Klaviyo form for survey - overwriting origin list?

I’m looking to do a short survey, and my first thought was to use a Klaviyo signup form embedded on a page, or alternatively use typeform. With either solution it still seems like it’s a requirement to add the subscriber to a list, but what happens if you have multiple lists the subscriber could have originated from? I have multiple lists named by entry point/location.For example, I have a “subscribe and save” list, where visitors answer some questions on an embedded form to get a discount and subscribe… I also have a list for people who subscribe via checkout, and an old “newsletter” list for subscribers that came over from a previous mailchimp integration. If a subscriber from the “subscribe and save” list completes the survey, but the survey form adds them to a “survey completed” list, does that overwrite any record of them actually subscribing to us via the original “subscribe and save” form? I don’t really want to create another list for survey participants but it seems like I hav

Account is disabled

 Hi allHow long does it take for an account to be enabled.I recieved a email yesterday at stating that my account has triggered a one time account verification and for the review to be continued could i provide a password for my site(which is still under construction) . I provided the password.I then recieved a further 10.52 am  email from stating again it looks like my account has triggered a one time account verfication but this time with a multitude of questions ,which seems odd and I was unable to answer the majority of them with a detailed answer as I am at the beginning of my journey with regards to the business.   At the time of this post my account is still disabled and I have not received further correspodance.Is there a eta as to when I will be able to use this service?Thanks

Hi,I have created a Flow " Customer Thank You - New vs Returning. I inserted a conditional split that says" Has ordered product where tags contains "on-demand" once over all time.It means that he purchased a product that is currently holding this tag or that he has purchased a product that had/has this tag "on-demand"?

Hey everyone!Question RE linking SMS to a customers existing profile via pop up. If a customer opens a URL from an email and then I present them a pop up to leave their mobile number is there a way that klaviyo can recognise its the same user and update their profile? Or do I have to request both the email and phone number to get this synced to someones profile? Thank you! Penny

Abandoned cart - scheduled email for someone who just placed an order

Hello,We created our first abandoned cart flow yesterday and today someone left the cart but then came back later and placed the order. However, we noticed the 1st email in the sequence still appeared as queued so we removed it manually.Does this mean there’s a problem with the flow or is it the case that the email would have been stopped by Klaviyo right before the scheduled delivery date/time?  Many thanks in advance!

Popup Form Not Triggering Welcome Automation

Hello, my newsletter popup form is not triggering the linked Welcome series automation. I checked and double-opt in is turned off and the automation is connected to the newsletter list. Trying to solve this issue asap as it is live and we offer a discount for subscribing. Any ideas? Thanks
