Switching from WooCommerce to Shopify - how can I keep all my Klaviyo flows and templates?

Hi guys.My website is being rebuilt and will move from Woocommerce to Shopify.  When integrating Klaviyo in Shopify it wants to create a new profile, so I would loose all my flows and templates.How can I keep al my flows & templates or copy them over to Shopify?Thanks for your helpBev

Combining campaigns and flows in a custom report

I want to create a custom report that lists all of the email recipients, unique conversions, total order value, and conversion rate by month.  I figured out how to do that for campaigns and flows separately but is there a way to create one custom report that reports on all emails sent regardless of whether it’s a flow or campaign?

Create a show/hide condition block depending on profile marketing permission

Hi, I am trying to create a text blok in Flows with a show/hide condition logic. I want to show this text block to profiles that are not registered to get our marketing emails: who have never subscribed to our list or who have unsubscribed.  Please help me with the rule. Thank you.

Who got what email in my A/B Test?

We’ve run an A/B test and want to do a deep dive on the results as our actual metric for it’s success isn’t in Klaviyo meaning we need to compare to our data. But we can’t see which customers got which email, how can we export this?  All we need is literally:email address   Email A/B Thanks!

Add custom property to property drop down in segment definition

Hi Guys, Can you add a custom property to this property drop down? The blue plus suggests you can however i can’t seem to generate a working segment, always has zero customers in it. I want to create a a property around “product_type” however it doesn’t work...any suggestions? FYI I’m a Shopify user. Thanks!

List total & profile total don't match

HiHopefully someone can help me. I don’t understand where my profile count is getting it’s total from. I have manually created two customer lists which have a total of 261 customers.I have a newsletter signup on our website which has 103 subscribers.There is also a new subscribers list with 3, and a preview list of 1.Total - 368 subscribers.But my Profile count has 1,051 active subscribers and no suppressed profiles.(I haven’t actually sent an email to anyone yet, that’s why there are no suppressed files).I can’t work out where this total is coming from. Is it duplicating some of the subscribers 2-3 times? Thanks in advanceAl

Import a custom FONT

Hello, good afternoon. I'm Julian and I would like to know how to import a font. I've read all the Klaviyo documents and I don't understand one thing. I have the folder with the downloaded fonts on my computer and I don't understand how to upload them to Klaviyo. I understand that I should put the URL where the fonts are hosted, but I don't have that URL, only the folder with the fonts. Is there a way to upload the folder with the fonts, or should I create a host to host them? Thank you.

Popup form showing to existing Klaviyo profiles (but it's not supposed to)

Hello! I’ve just created my first popup form, meant to signup subscribers.I’ve set the targeting to “Don’t show to existing Klaviyo profiles”, yet it still seems to be showing to existing profiles. I believe the profiles have been cookied, as they got to my website by clicking through a Klaviyo Campaign email. I sent this test Klaviyo campaign to about 200 of my most engaged subs (imported from Mailerlite), and two of them signed-up again (on the popup form). I also had a friend click through, and she got the popup. Any idea why this is happening, or what I can do to fix it? Thanks!

Check if user has an account in WooCommerce

Hi,I want to show a button to let users open the order in the their account.The problem is, that we also allow guest orders and not every user has an account in the shop.In this case I don’t want to show the button because the link would lead to an error page.Is there any way to check for an user account? I couldn’t find anything like it.

Using Show/Hide Logic

I am trying to use show/hide logic to add a button on my post purchase flow. I want the button to only be displayed to purchasers who haven’t subscribed to marketing yet. The show/hide logic I am trying to use is: person|lookup:'Accepts Marketing' == 2or person|lookup:'Accepts Marketing' == 'False'or person|lookup:'Accepts Marketing' == 'false’  However, the button isn’t displayed even when the user isn’t subscribed. Please help!!

Klaviyo - Embed sing up form Messed Up My Website Fonts.

Hello! I just installed the klaviyo email marketing app. And tried to set up an embedded sign up form. But a problem occurred when I put the embedded sign-up form into my website. website: arprosystems.compassword: ialdeaprovider: shopify Some of the words that are in my website changed fonts and are stuck in those fonts. It even changes the fonts when I removed the sign up forms. When refreshing the site you can see how it changes the words.For example the language chooser (''Latviešu'') - you can see how it is in the original font and then it changes to a random light font. (Also the selection words in the dropdown menu changed for the ''palīdzība'' section) When I am trying to change the font to something else these words on the whole website just don't change..... I had Poppins Medium font - and put a Poppins font onto my sign-up form on the word ''E-pasts'' / ''Email'' (Maybe that changed something?) On the sign up form there is also an Arials BLACK font on the word ''PIESEKO'' /

Back in stock Modal stopped working on Chrome/Firefox 116

I've been using the 'Back in Stock' integration for Shopify for a while now and it's been working fine, when a product isn't available the button appears and everything works fine.Just recently with the last Chrome update (116), it stopped working (still works on Safari just fine),What happens now is that when a product is not available the button displays like normal but nothing happens when the user clicks it, only a # appears in the URL as if the button was an anchor link.This has been working fine until now, and I didn’t change anything else from the code.

new leads are not transferred

Hi all,  i have a zap in zapier that should transfer new fb leads to my list in Klaviyo. it was working since yesterday. but it stopped suddenly. i checked the task limits in zapier, contact limits in klaviyo, and I’m not close to the limits. i made a new zap but it didn’t fix it. does anyone has any suggestions?

Hey All Klaviyo users! We have been using Klaviyo for 6 months and it has been a game changer for our email marketing! Our new area of focus is optimization for design. I am curious to understand other company’s process to design an email and your best practices. We have a skilled design team, but I want to get them super optimized for email and social and the resources I am finding on the internet are basic level - looking for something more robust.  Do you have brand standards specific for email that lists out things like header font size, sub-header fonts and sizes, button standards, etc. If so, would you be willing to share me on that doc? I’ll sign an NDA if needed ;)  What design platforms are you using - is your design team designing every part of the email in Adobe (or something similar) and splicing it out? Or maybe just designing the hero images and then your email marketer adds the text and other items in the Klaviyo template? We have Figma for website design, should we be m

Why do I set up a new welcome series email, I click live and set up newletters to subscribe to my shop's emails on my shopify page, I will receive the welcome series emails, I have tested several email accounts and I have not received the welcome series email can anyone help？

Received Code 200 but only 1 Tracker receives a response

Hi Guys,We’ve been going around so many times with the reference documents/guidelines, re-visited our codes and it seems we were able to put in place Klaviyo’s components accordingly since we get a response of code 200 which means “OK - The request completed successfully” in all the tracking events. But among our tracking events only one of them is captured or displayed inside Klaviyo’s Dashboard.1. Activity on Site - OK2. Viewed Product 3. Added to Cart4. Started Checkout5. Placed Order6. Ordered Product7. Fulfilled OrderIs there a way we can figure out why is this happening? We are already losing hope to resolve the concerns. At least if there was an error code pointing to something that is incorrect we could have probably started somewhere meaningful.Would appreciate anybody’s feedback, thoughts or experiences similar to this.Thank you all!

I have 798 Profiles but can send Campaign to 198, Why?

I am new to Klaviyo and haven’t export all my list since I want to go little by little until I understand the Platform, I choose all the list I have Profiles to send a Campaign, but I can send to only 198, I have only 3 profiles Suppressed so I know is not that, why is not showing all the profiles in List? and if is because they are not on a list, how I get them in a list. Thanks.

Sending a flow to someone who recently purchased

I want to create a flow email that will be sent to person who recently purchased on our shop. Email will announce that the product is ready to delivery or successfully delivery. How can I see the purchaser, creat that flow and trigger which is suitable. I add API keys on our shop. Thank you so much.

URL is HTML encoded in received email

Mailchimp Campaign data not imported although within 90 Day range and finished status

Hi there,i wonder why Klaviyo didn’t import any mailchimp campaign data although the conditions i’m aware of are all green.Mailchimp holds several finished campaigns within 90 days integration allows to sync campaign data Klaviyo integration itself is workingAny idea how i can make Klaviyo import campaigns from the past?Thanks in advance

Profile property updates and profiles being excluded from a flow

Hi Folks, I’ve created a custom property called “Global Welcome Flow” with a value of either “active” or “complete” with the idea of excluding someone from promotional emails when they are still new and in the welcome flow.When the profile starts in the flow, it’s updated to “active”, when they reach the end of the flow, the property is updated to “complete”.What I would like to know, is if the customer places an order at some time BEFORE completing the rest of the welcome flow, are they going to be stuck with the property of “active” because the flow filter “placed an order X times since starting this flow” has prevented them from continuing through?Thank you!

New user - Custom fields from WooCommerce to Klaviyo - Help/Training

I have a new user to Klaviyo and want to be able to export custom fields from Woocommerce such as the sb totals, birthdates etc. I have looked at the API documentation and struggling. Could some point me to some training material or videos etc. I would consider paying for some training. Please help/advise.
