Custom back in stock missing product image
I’m implementing a custom back in stock flow via API and the flow seems to work properly. However I don’t get an image from the catalog when creating the email. When previewing the email I have these variables connected to the event The item is obviously found in the catalog, I don’t send the name in the API call. When checking the catalog this product have an image. The price is for some reason set to null in the feed so that is not an error :). Anyone with an idea on what can be the issue?
Create segment by $source from subscribe link
Ultimately, I want to place a subscribe link in my Instagram stories, and then those customers who sign up to our main list via that link are segmented by having signed up via IG.I have read through multiple community & support articles but none seem to directly address my situation.It seems that the best way to do this is to create a segment by $source. ($source would be IG Stories.)I know I can create a link to the subscribe page, which can be placed on an IG story. However, the $source associated with these signups will just be the Subscribe Page, and isn’t specifically indicating the customers came from IG. Email Flow is not sending
I imported emails into a list and created a flow of emails. But the flow is not sending emails to the people on the list. I cannot change the trigger where it says “People will enter this flow when they subscribe”, but I added a Flow filter (please see the pic). What am I doing wrong? In the list, the Opt in process is set to “Single opt-in”
Filling up a date based flow for existing profiles by shifting the date
I’m working on filling up a date-triggered flow with 1000s of profiles and can’t seem to figure out why I’m not seeing the numbers I should. I definitely am getting 100s into the flow but that’s far below what I was expecting.The flow trigger is based on their Subscription Paused Date at 12pm. With a flow filter of Subscription Status doesn’t equal active. Then there is a 40 day wait for the first email and 105 day for the second email, etc.And to back-fill these flows I am segmenting my profiles into lists that should be included. Then I have a script which pulls all the profiles from those lists and updates their Subscription Paused Date minus 5 minutes. Updates to property on a date based flow should trigger re-evaluation for the flow. And I can definitely see that working on a small percentage of the profiles.
Abandoned Cart Flow Not Working
Hello, I have an abandoned cart flow set up where the trigger is ‘added to cart’. For some reason emails are not sending on this flow. When I look under preview and test I see the last ‘recent event’ it is picking up is from Dec 16. How do I fix this? I have checked the Shopify integration and that seems to be fine and I can see in the recent data section under integration that the right info is pulling through. I have also tried to change the trigger to ‘checkout started’. In this case, the data seems to be pulling through correctly but now the product and price are not updating in the body of the email. Has anyone else come across this problem? What is the fix?Thanks in advance, Komal
Where can I drop feedback for Klaviyo UI improvements?
I have a few thoughts on ways to improve the Klaviyo User Interface and I wondered if there is a Forum Topic to offer feedback on this. It would be AWESOME if I could actually SEE the campaign I sent without having to click into the analytics. Like add the View Campaign link to the drop down/hover menu on the campaigns screen instead of having to click into the campaign to view it. I would like to be able to schedule the same email on a recurring basis. I send a weekly reminder about my Five Dollar Friday sale and right now I have to go in and set up two separate emails (two list segments) and schedule them to send but it’s the same email every week. Why not let me set it up to send every week automatically? Like a recurring event in Outlook or something One page with all the subscribe links for my various lists would be amazing, having to click into the list, click the subscribe/preferences page, click on the subscribe icon is TOO MANY CLICKS! The new editor doesn’t work well for me.
Bulk e-mail with PriceDrop Flow - Yes or No ?
I just set up "price drop flow".Does anyone know what happens if we put e.g. 100 products down, and customers have looked at e.g. 50 of these.Do customers then receive 50 emails, or are several products displayed in the same email ???In order not to risk this, I have already put a trigger on, which means that they do not receive the email if they have received a May within 16 hours //Steff
can't connect klaviyo to wordpress - 404 page after install - HELP
HeyI downloaded Klaviyo and installed it on the site (not the first time I do this) and for some reason when I try to click activate it leads me to page 404.What is being done to solve this? Klaviyo's support seems to be missing underground :(
Why can't I create campaign with My Shopify Connector Flow?
Hello! Thanks in advance for the help. I am creating a Shopify Flow that will trigger Klaviyo to send an email to a specific list of customers when I turn a new product in a specific collection to active. This will allow me to alert customers who have previously purchased a product in a specific collection that a new product has been added to that collection. Here is my flow: I have input all of the correct information into the “Create a Campaign” action on the flow: API Key, List ID, Template ID, Sender Email Address, Sender Name, Subject, Campaign Name - I also enabled smart sending, just in case we add several products to the collection at a time - it won’t bombard customers with a bunch of the same email. When I turn the flow on, the “Checked if...” portion of my flow is successful, but this is the error message I receive regarding the Create a Campaign. All of the blacked-out information is correct. I appreciate the help! I would really love to see this flow work.
How to send existing subscribers who haven't received welcome series

Add holiday booking time to profile property
Hi, I’m doing email marketing for a campsite. I would like to send a flow to people before and after arrival. The booking system used is not integrated with Klaviyo - so what is the easiest way to add time of arrival into my subscribers’ profile? If the only way is to do it manually - will it then be possible to - for example - upload an excel-file with emails of people who have booked (without a specific date) and have the system automatically ad a “booked” tag to those profiles? How do you set up coupons to show based on how the user subscribed?
I am setting up Welcome and Exit Intent pop ups on a site (Shopify), with 2 separate incentives - so 2 separate coupon codes. How do I set up the coupon block in the welcome email series to display the coupons to users based on how they signed up?Example: If a user subscribes through the exit intent pop up, how do I make the exit intent pop up coupon show in the welcome flow emails, and not the welcome pop up coupon? Automate property update of an email list feeding form my database server every time
What we are thinking to put into operation, if it is possible using Klaviyo is automate teh update of email list We have created previously in Klaviyo. We want Kaviyo to call a URL on our server from time to time in which it would be delivered email list data in JSON or CSV format so that Klaviyo updates the properties associated with every email.We wanted a straightforward and simple way so as not to overcomplicate with the API. We do not know if this is possible.Something similar to as if you periodically upload new CSV of contacts but in a periodic and automated way to keep Klaviyo's list updated with that of our database on our server It would also be useful if from our server we can call from time to time a URL that we define in Klaviyo and the emails will be passed in CSV or JSON format for Klaviyo to update or add to its email listSorry my english, thank you in advance

Beauty product listings in e-mails
Hi,A smaller problem with our e-mails, is actually having production description as text in the email. This gives a poorly looking e-mail based on the viewing screen.Noticed a lot of webshops beautifying their product listings in their emails, wherein the text and product is sent as a picture. Integrated Shopify with Klaviyo and lost my campaigns, half my newsletter list, and flows - HELP
Hi, I originally was using Klyavio and had it synced with my Shopify store. I recently re-branded and changed my domain/email/etc. Suddenly Klaviyo asked me to sync up my accounts which I did. When I re synced everything to integrate suddenly my over 80+ email subscribers dropped to only 57, all my old campaigns are gone, my flows are also all gone, my saved email templates are gone. I’m devastated and do not know how to fix this or recover my original email subscribers or recover any of my flows, campaigns, and pretty much everything.Is there a way to un-sync or recover what I lost? Allowing customers to edit their order for upsells / shipping upgrades
Hi all,I run a small store that only sells a few products, everything is managed in a Google Sheet and I'm hoping there is a way I can streamline upsells and shipping upgrades without the need of manual emails back and forth with the customer.We sell one specific product that has a regular version and pro version, 80% of customers opt for the pro version (which is way better). I am hoping to email the customer post checkout IF the customer purchases the regular version via Klaviyo encouraging the customer to upgrade and to simply pay the upgrade fee (~$15). Another example of this is when a customer pays for standard shipping and then later wants to upgrade to express, it would be so much easier if I could send them a link (via Klaviyo, not via Shopify as I'm aware this is possible) and they could pay the difference and their existing order ID will be updated.tl:dr: Can I send a specific link to the customer automatically that will allow them to purchase an additional product that will
Can I reorder my event data coming in from Shopify?
Hi, I’m Ryan from OmnideskAU. I have some issue regarding the started checkout metric and items list. 1 I’m wondering if there’s a way to reorder the item list. I wanna show the desk item at number 0 instead of Navidium Shipping Protection. 2 I’m also wondering if I can just show more than one item in the abandoned shopping cart email. And how to do so. 3 I also would like to Exclude the navidium from the list. please elaborate me. cheers
