Hi guys,I've got a tricky use-case where essentially we're tagging customers using the Shopify Tags field with a "before" and "after" size after they take a quiz.E.g.Before Size: 10After Size: 12Syncs to Klaviyo fine - but I'm wondering how to extract a particular tag?e.g. loop through the tags, and if a tag contains “Before Size” or “After Size”, extract it.Once we extract the tag, can use a slice filter, I assume, to remove the "Before Size:" bit?The tag may not always be in a fixed position in the index/array of tags, either - so can’t use a hardcoded index number.Any advice welcome!
Hi all –We are looking to start using the catalog feed feature of Klaviyo, but are trying to wrap our heads around what sort of functionality it would allow for. The obvious one, of course, is utilizing this product information in dynamic blocks within templates. But going beyond that, what are the capabilities for example when it comes to setting up automated flows around state changes in the catalog (e.g. new item added, trigger a campaign with a template that utilizes the catalog item info). is it possible to dynamically create audiences for such campaigns depending on some of the catalog item parameters (e.g. category/type/brand, etc.)Just curious how other folks are utilizing the platform when it comes to dynamic content and marketing automations. We also want to make sure we do the catalog set up with these capabilities in mind, as it may impact the schema, etc. (and beyond catalog, of custom events tracking in relation to these items).Thankful for any and all feedback or pointers
Hi,So I have an active flow with a conditional split in between each email. All the conditional splits are “placed 0 orders at all time.” so we wanted to kick anyone out who has placed any order at any time. however, once the flow was active, I noticed one of the conditional splits was wrong and it kicked out everyone who “placed 0 orders at all time,” which is a majority of the people in the flow. I fixed the error, so new participants added to the flow at a later time went through it properly. My question is, is there anyway to recover the people who were kicked out of the flow before I fixed it and put them back in the flow where they should be?thanks!
Hi!I’ve been reading about the Show/Hide function but I still can’t figure it out to apply it to my use case. I want to show image 1 to US customers and image 2 to UK customers and image 3 to the rest of the users. How can I use the Show/Hide function + the IF/ELSE condition to make this work? or is there any other option for this? Right now I applied the logic: person.Country == "US" to image 1 and person.Country == "UK" to image 2, but I’m still seeing image 3 (for the rest) when I preview the email for each country. Thank you for your help!
Hi, We are currently moving from a Shopify Plus to Shopify markets. So we're moving from multiple Klaviyo accounts to only 1 account. We already installed the Shopify locale profile property and the connection between Shopify and Klaviyo has been done.We are wondering multiple things, but first of all: what is the preferred way of setting up a sign up form? For different languages? How does it work exactly? What would be your advice? Thanks!
hi guys, I’m a new klaviyo user. I’ve been in business for over 20 years and have used many different email providers. The last one I used wrecked my domain reputation (per google postmaster) - they had known SMTP issues which they didn’t disclose to their customers. As I transition to this platform I want to make sure I do things in the correct order. To the experienced users:If you were in my situation, how would you proceed? Does anyone know if there’s a way to talk to someone at Klavio about the best approach, or is this the right forum? For now I’m going to upload my contacts.Thank you for reading and responding, happy holidays.
Hi everyone!I am using Shopify and already installed the Add To Cart → Class snippet.I can see the “Add to Cart” event triggering. But what I am looking for is to understand if there is any way I could also send Add To Cart events when visitors use the “Buy Now” option?Because that option send people directly to Checkout (no add to cart) and the Checkout initiated event is only trigger after completing the 1st step of the checkout (information page). So the problem is that I have visitors clicking Buy Now, not finishing the first information page in the checkout. So this people the last event I have from them is “View Product” How could I measure and send events to reduce this gap between “View Product” event and “Initiated Checkout” (because it triggers on the second page of the checkout)Thank you very much!Regards
Hey there, I keep getting an error message when I try and set up SMS messaging in Klaviyo. For some reason I was able to set it all up during the tutorial but I was never able to verify a phone number to actually use. I try and redo it all now and I am unable to get past a certain point in signing up. This is the error I keep receiving . I get it after filling out the company information part of the setup. Any help is appreciated! Thank you
When creating an abandon cart flow, the button that is supposed to bring the customer back to checkout is not returning to the checkout page showing the url from my Shopify domain rather than thorum.comLooking back in some test emails I sent myself, sometimes the link works properly and sometimes not. What can I do to fix this?
Hi Everyone, I hope you are well. While I was able to embed the Klaviyo Sign-up form in our Prestashop Newsletter Pop-up, the data does not flow into Prestashop/s customer details but to Klaviyo’s profiles. The customer is also set up to flow within a List however it does not appear as well. My idea is customers sign up using the embedded Klaviy form which then flows into Prestashop so customer information can be recorded and then it flows to Klaviyo. Any help on this is highly appreciated. thanks,Ginger
Hello everyone! We are experiencing some loss of details in our Abandon Cart flow recently. Customers will lose certain products when they click our “Return To Cart” button, or details for their order will not come through after clicking the “Return To Cart” button either. We personalize our products, so we need our customers to be able to see the details they had entered into their cart previously. We just started experiencing this a month ago, with no prior issues. It also is not happening to every customer, just one every so often. Any ideas what we might be doing wrong, or any errors in coding? Any help is appreciated! Thank you!
Hello everyone, I need help to find out why the price of the items in my product feed are always showing as zero. My listings all have prices in them, and I’m using Klaviyo’s Product Feed block in my email template (synched with my WooCommerce shop), so I’m not sure what is happening. Right now I’ve switched off the price so customers don’t think I’m click baiting them, but I’d really love to be able to let my readers know how much an item costs before they go to the shop…Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Hi all, So I’m following this guide step by step:https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005082707-How-to-Sync-BigCommerce-Newsletter-Subscribers-at-Checkout-to-a-Klaviyo-ListWhen open the checkout.html file, I’m greeted with this:Since the article mentions adding the snippet “right before the closing </body> tag”…. of which there is none… I’m not sure what to do. Could there be another location to place the code, or is this fine? Thanks!
We have used the Shopify integration for conversion data. Was wondering if it was possible to see conversions by email when doing A/B testing under the same campaign. I can see conversions for the total campaign, but am looking for conversions by send time. (the A/B test variable)
Hello, Every tuesday at 4pm I am offering a live Webinar. This webinar is only for people who’ve bought a specific product. I want to send an invitation on tuesday at 2pm.The tricky part that I can not figure out is to set up the delay. For example, Let’s say someone bought the product tuesday at 10 am - this person must not receive the invitation yet (giving us time to ship the product). But must receive the invitation the next Tuesday. Any ideas? thanks a lot!
Hi there Klaviyo Community, (New to Klaviyo) I’ve been thinking about how to salvage whatever’s that left of my Abandoned Order on Shopify. On Klaviyo, it is reported that my store currently has a36.7% open rate9.7% click rate7/221 order rate/successful deliveryIs this data any good? Open to any ideas to hook my customers back! Examples would be great!
I’m interested in creating a browse abandonment flow, but my team is concerned about the user experience. Their primary concern is that we’re being too blatantly obvious that we’re tracking the products our customers view, and that they might not like that. I’m wondering about the experiences others have had with this. Have you had negative customer feedback or elevated unsubscribe or spam rates after implementing a browse abandonment flow? Any suggestions on how to test this flow on a small audience or how to AB test it after it’s up and running are welcome!
Hi Guys! Trying to automate some emails, I wanted to set up a few templates for different stages of my customers journey (I determine this) and wanted to click on Profile and send them a pre-templated email. I can’t quite figure this out, can anyone help me please? Thanks!!
I need support. I thought I had installed a very basic application with a simplicity to send an automated email, but it really doesn't work well and is very archaic. I need help because when my customers buy a product I want them to receive a message with all the content of the program. The problem is this:Some customers get the email and some don't and yet they buy the same product. How to solve this problem? Thanks
