Displaying a customer s dynamic code in a follow up flow

Hi Team, I have set up dynamic codes from a welcome pop up and want to send a reminder to the customer in a flow. Everything I have researched says that this cannot be done but that was from a year ago (at least). You can now use dynamic codes on sign up forms as this was an option when setting up the pop up. I just need to figure out if you can send the dynamic code in a flow and if yes how to do this? Thanks

Is the Chat Support line down today?

I’ve been attempting to do a chat since 9am EST and continue to get the ‘Our Chat Team is currently offline’ message at 2pm EST. Is anyone else having this issue? I did submit an email… no response.It is for a paid account.

Klaviyo and Rise.ai Integrated Flow Issues

I am working on creating a Rise.ai loyalty program that triggers email flows in Klaviyo. I have successfully integrated Rise.ai and the logic of the Rise.ai portion is sound, however in Klaviyo when I create conditional splits and try to look for shopify tags that are identical to what I am sending through rise, It will always go down the no path. It will process it as if it had no tag or a different tag. I have also tried to use lifetime spent and input the tiered values on the rise end and no dice. It appears that the information I am looking for is not coming through to Klaviyo in the way that I am thinking. Has anyone had any experience trying to accomplish such tasks? Also does anyone know where I can get some in-depth technical documentation regarding the inputs that can be used for the conditional splits and triggers? I should also note that all of this is being processed through the rise.ai workflow testing feature. Thanks in advance.

Hi I have installed the app, activated a flow, however, I have tried to trigger the flow, by leaving an abandoned cart, but nothing is coming through

How to edit klaviyo embedded forms through shopify code

I am trying to edit a klaviyo embedded form in my shopify store by adjusting its size and its background colour to make it transparent but I cannot locate where the code is stored in shopify’s back end. I have looked through all of the theme files trying to find its liquid or css but nothing is working. Does anyone know where to locate it? Thanks

Accidently pushed A/B test on flow email!

I accidently pressed A/B test on a flow email that I want to send out soon.I don’t want to do this!!! How can I go back to the original email and sent a normal email without all the testing stuff???
