GET /metrics + integration.category equals filter

Hi there! The documentation for GET /metrics explains that it is possible to use the equals filter on the integration.category property. However the following https://a.klaviyo.com/api/metrics/?filter=equals(integration.category,%22API%22)returns an empty data object array. Without the filter I can see that there are 19 metrics whose attributes.integration.category is “API”. Is there an additional criteria which should also be accounted for when filtering for this? Thanks!

How to update profile 'Brand' using triggered flow and back populate

I would like to be able to update the brand name on each profile using a flow triggered by customer viewing a product from that brand. However to do so I would need to back populate.Will this work?

Hello, I recently setup a Klaviyo embedded form for a simple email sign up on a page on my site. When you submit your email, this pops up after. Where do I go to customize the font and size? It looks very different from the rest of my website. Thank you!

Major Problem 1 Why there are 2 separate Klaviyo repositories?https://github.com/klaviyo/klaviyo-api-php https://github.com/klaviyo/klaviyo-php-sdkI am trying to create/update a Profile through api call,creation works well with `createProfile()` function of `klaviyo-api-php`, but there are no functions to update the profile. How can I target Shopify gift card purchasers?

We are planning to run a gift card promotion where customers receive a bonus discount with the purchase of different denominations of gift cards. I’m trying to establish a flow that will send an automatic discount to anyone who purchases a gift card between a specific date range (promotion window).I’ve tried configuring trigger splits the following ways but either receive a Network Error when I enter the Shopify Gift Card product ID, or I’m not able to select gift cards as the specific product trigger.Trigger: Ordered Product > Trigger Filter: ProductID equals [Gift Card ID] Trigger: Placed Order > Flow Filter: Someone has ordered product where Product ID equals [Gift Card ID] between promotion window dates Trigger: Placed Order > Trigger Filter: Items contains [Digital Gift Card - not available as an option in Klaviyo, while all my other products are]Is there a reason why Klaviyo does not recognize Shopify gift cards as a product? Is there any workaround for this? Thank you!

We want to be able to assign a specific email to every individual prospect (instead of by segments or lists). IS it possible to do it through an API in Klaviyo? For e.g. if we can provide a list of prospect email and the email to be sent to each in the form of a table with two columns?

Hi, does anyone use a custom UTM parameter, and if so, does it break Google Analytics tracking? Asking because I added a custom UTM while keeping all other the same, now a month’s worth of Source = Klaviyo analytics is missing from GA.

Importing Wix data onto Klaviyo to integrate with Shopify

Hi guys, I currently have a Wix store with all of my customers on there, we do not currently use Klaviyo with Wix. We are switching over to Shopify and want to integrate our new Shopify store with Klaviyo. In order to get all of my Wix customer details onto Shopify and Klaviyo, I am wondering if there is a way to import Wix data onto my new Klaviyo account, that I can then integrate with Shopify, so that I have all of my Wix data on my new Shopify store with Klaviyo. I am unsure if the only solution to this would be to integrate with Wix first, and then switch over. If I were to integrate with Wix temporarily just to get the data, would this cause any issues?Thanks

How can I resend an email to people who forget they've already subscribed?

Hello everyone! I am having problems with sending a particular email once someone reenters their email  in our website/form.You see, some of our customers have been forgetting that they have already subscribed to out list.When they do, we send a link to download some freebies as the first email of our welcome flow. But sometimes they will reenter their  email on the site forms but since they  are already subscribed they won’t get any other email.Is there a way to setup something so that people can get another email with the downloads link even if they are already part of a list?Thank you in advance!

Shopify tag based flows with automatic discounts of different values

Hi there, I’ve got multi level flows to create and i can’t get it working and here’s what i’m trying to do: I need six of below flows based on tags: Tag shopify profile as influencer (okay) and tier (1 to 6 - okay) Create 6 segments in klaviyo by Influnecers tier (okay) Create shoipyfy discounts (6 of different values) - which should be created dynamically as users are added and emails sent to them (created but can’t test) Create 6 flows - 6 segments with 6 dynamic coupon based on tier with links inside email templates (not working)So essentially, if we label someone in shopify as influencer and give them tier they should be added by Klaviyo to the right segment and the tigger the right flow with an automatically generated code (with the right value for that particular flow).  we are in Australia so i can never get help because of time difference :(Thanks Kirill

"Update_Property_Link" sending me to a placeholder instead of the correct URL?

Hello,I am having an error when using a button to update a property (something that worked in the past and is no longer working?!?!?)Klaviyo is redirecting to a placeholder page in test rather than my landing page, and not updating the property.{% update_property_link 'NPS Rating' '3' 'https://crimsoncodesescaperooms.ca/' %}This is the code I’m using. Can anyone help me understand why this method isn’t working for me? Why is my Property Update link taking me to a Placeholder site instead of the correct URL?

Anybody else who gets this on previous well functioning flows and campaigns when using {% update_property_link 'profile_property' 'property_value' 'redirect_link' %}? This is what I get when clicking update-link in live email, that used to work fine for at least 6 months…

Hi there, I have been offered work with a client who wants to send emails using a list which he built himself through years of going to networking and exchanging business cards. He wants me to cold email his list (he has about 5,000 contacts). Cold email is still valid but I’m confused by GDPR as I thought that ANY email needs an opt-in. Apparently not. Here’s my plan and I’d love some feedback. Assume that the emails have an option to opt out, are from a warmed trusted ESP, don’t contain spam, data is stored safely etc. Go through the list and clean it – each and every cold lead needs to have a genuine reason why they could benefit from the sender (aka “genuine interest”). No point including car wash businesses if we are selling beds for example. With what’s left, start with phone numbers (which he has collected via asking people at events or checking out their website) and cold call them. They vaguely remember him from events which warms them a little, then start a conversation. It d

Transactional Emails for Custom Website

Hi guys, Currently setting up emails for  our new custom website, and looking into sending shipping confirmation emails from Klaviyo. We’re currently using stripe for transactions, airtable for order management, and Royal Mail click and drop (UK) as our courier. How best do we integrate this to send automatic shipping  confirmation emails, containing tracking numbers? Very difficult coming from Shopify where this was all a breeze! Thanks a lot, Ben

Hello,I’m trying to analyse the revenue from Klaviyo. I’m surprised to see a number of Shopify placed orders > number of unique email clics. Does the number of shopify placed order take into account all shopify revenue without filtering on Klaviyo traffic source ? Thanks

Tag customers with multiple tags in list

Hello,I’m a Klaviyo paid subscriber and have 1 list, the default “Newsletter” list. This is connected to Shopify and auto syncs subscribers who opt-in either via Shopify at checkout or via the Shopify sign-up forms. In addition, I have a Klaviyo sign-up form that also populates the list.In addition to this we have IRL physical events that people will register for external to Shopify. These event attendees may already exist in our main “Newsletter” list from Shopify, attending a prior IRL event, or otherwise wanting to subscribe.I want to be able to subscribe the event attendees to the “newsletter” list, however, I want to add a tag that specifies which event(s) or which years they’ve been part of. The issue I’m facing is this:User email1@gmail.com attends NYC2021 IRL event and consents to subscribing to email. We import email1@gmail.com and add a tag of NYC2021 so far, so good. User email1@gmail.com attends NYC2022 IRL event and checks that they consent to subscribing to email once a

Abandoned cart flow not working?

Hi, My abandoned cart flow has stopped working and I have researched but can’t work out why this is? I am using Klaviyo with Shopify. I wondered if anyone on the community might be able to help me resolve this as I find Klaviyo support incredibly slow. Even Klaviyo itself has flagged that this customer example should have been put into my abandon cart flow… but hasn’t.   Thanks
