Hello,I am trying to include a block of up to 3 product images, based on items a customer has ordered (a product review prompt).I want them to appear side by side, and so have used a 3 column table.However, when there are only 1 or 2 products to show, the extra columns in the table just show a small error box, because there are no 2nd or 3rd images to retrieve. How can I do this dynamically, so that it only tries to retrieve item images that are there? thanks
Hi everyone,I’m Mike Brother from TXG Corp. I'm having a bit of a problem, hope you can help.1. I have created a new property: "Order value" to save the order value of 1 customer in each purchase. However I don't know how to save that value when using flow. I can only save the values that I enter myself @@2. If problem 1 above is solved, I want to have an attribute that stores the total order value of 1 customer who purchased on my website. I don't know how to add it up. I have successfully created my first embedded form and have this on my home page here: https://yourmindcloud.com/. However when I tried adding it in another location it did not show up: https://yourmindcloud.com/connections/.Is there a limit to the number of places you can have an embedded form with the free version? Otherwise is there some other reason why this second form does not show up? I also tried cloning the first form and pasting that snippet and that did not work either.
I'm having trouble with my emails. They all are bouncing. I just recently migrated my Wix account to Shopify. I've set up my Klaviyo account and a few flows, but none of the flows are reaching my customers once triggered. Also i sent myself a test email and it still bounced.Am I missing something on my end? I’m not sure why my emails are bouncing.
I am working with new templates for our newsletter campaigns. When sending a preview of the newsletter the preview text I enter in the ‘Preview text’ field when creating the campaign does not appear. Instead the preview text shown in my inbox is text from the newsletter. I am unsure if the problem is in the coded template or maybe something else and need help to figure out what is causing the problem.
Hi- Having trouble getting specific emails and certain configurations to send the right emails. Example: If I purchase Product A & B, I want a specific email to send for those two products (vs two separate emails). Or If I purchase product A & C, then that gets another email. Essentially, I have 3 products and want to send emails based on the products purchased in one transaction. Right now I have Split triggers set up (and it worked when purchasing just ONE product) but as soon as I add 2, it’ll just pick the first one and send that particular email. This is where it gets stuck! I don’t know how to set it to where If the placed order includes 2 products, that it doesn’t just stop at the first product in the list. Hope this makes sense!The reason I’m sending this way is because each email contains a KEY (these are website templates). Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, I have tried to adjust the Block Styles for the table block with my Instagram feed in, in order to achieve the spacing and appearance. But no matter what, it does not work.I want the block to look like the block above “shop here”.What and where in the Block Styles do I change the look to be like this? Right now they have the same adjustments but does not look the same at all.

I have a page on my Shopify store with a Button that when pressed I would like it to trigger a Klaviyo popup, is this possible? Thank you for any advice, I did see they have the Legacy, but the form and button was very basic, so I would like to just use the button that is created with the website theme and just some how link that to trigger the popup. I am very angry, I have tried everything and it does not work for me.So I have the profile (create a list with my email to test)I did 6 different flows and no mail arrived. I did 1 at 3.30 pm Santiago time, another at 3.30 pm recipient time, another 3.30 pm Argentina time (in case it didn't work), another (3) two days before the anniversary. Hi I have recently cleaned my list and my profile shows I have 4000 active profiles and yet my subscribe main list is 5680. How do i align my list and active profiles? I also not that if i want to send an email campaign the number it goes to is less than the 4000 active profiles. Look forward to hearing from you guys
Hi,I’m a total newbie, but I embedded a form on Shopify which has been submitted 86 times. But the contacts went into my main ‘subscribers’ list, instead of a new list I wanted them to go into. I’ve now fixed it so they’re going into the correct list, but is there a way I can find all the contacts that previously submitted through this particular form and move them from my main subscriber list into the correct list?Thanks!Paul
Hi, I’m a new user and for some reason my lists and segments are not updating automatically. For my segments, I have to update manually for it to reflect the right number of subscribers. I only have 1 list named “All Subscribers on Shopify” but it currently has 0 members. I created a test segment to capture everyone on my profile and it updates to the correct number of members but I have to do it manually. The list; however, just doesn’t seem to capture the members in the profile. I also tried it with a dummy email account. I subscribed using shopify’s newsletter form and the form I created in Klaviyo and for both forms, the list doesn’t seem to capture it. I’ve also turned double opt in off and on for both shopify and Klaviyo. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
I’ve been trying to set up a dedicated sending domain for my account. My domain is managed by Shopify, and I had no issues setting up another Shopify domain a while back, but this time I am prevented from entering the CNAME records. I get an error code saying that special characters aren’t allowed when I try to enter kl._domainkey. Is there any way around this issue or do I have to transfer my domain to another host?
Hello, I’m not sure what I am doing wrong. The add to cart snippet is not working. I have added the code to my site, but when I go to create an abandoned cart flow for add to cart items, I am not allowed to proceed because it appears that the snippet is not set up. Please help.
Is there a way to only have one pop up show at a time? We have a fly out popup to show immediately when a subscriber enters the site and we also have a exit intent pop up to show when a visitor is exiting the page. I added a time delay to the exit intent to hopefully solve this issue of having both forms show up at the same time.
So long story short - I’m trying to find a workaround while transitioning from a 3rd party “back in stock” notification app to using Klaviyo, but there are quite a few people already signed up for notifications from the app.My plan was to create multiple small lists via manual upload (that will later on be deleted) for each SKU that is awaiting replenishment notification, then create a simple template and send manual campaigns as each item is re-stocked… but many of the profiles already exist in Klaviyo. Hi Klaviyo support,We’re new customers on board, working on migrating from our old ESP over to Klaviyo.I am working on designing a couple of templates. In our old ESP, we’re able to dynamically insert products in templates / campaign editor.We pull the products from our PIM system from which we copy-paste a product-ESP ID, a 14-digit code, into a dynamic field in the campaign editor, from which the product displays. We experience some issues with our Shopify product feed.Products in draft are being included in the product feed, and displayed in our product blocks. How are they excluded? Same issue with our inventory status. Products being out of stock, are likewise getting displayed in our product blocks, even though these products are not available, and can’t get purchased when out of stock. Finally we also struggle with the price format, which is including ",00" decimals in product prices, even though prices on our Shopify shop, appear without any decimalsI sincerely appreciate your help.
Hi,I have a question about how klaviyo would charge for my email plan? I’m using $400 plan, it said that I can have 25000 people and unlimited emails sent.Now I exceeded my 25000 limit, so how would klaviyo bill me in the next billing cycle? Will it be $400 x3 (base on the 305% used) or it still remain the same as $400 ?And what will happen if I downgrade to a smaller plan, because this sending limit is only temporary ? If I upgrade my plan when scheduling a campaign, how would klaviyo bill me for extra contacts?
My flyout form takes a while to appear on the page. I’ve set it for a 10 second delay. I checked the console in Chrome for any errors and I have this error appear:DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://static.klaviyo.com/onsite/js/sentry.957bb8d322d8fad44127.js.map: HTTP error: status code 403, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILUREDo I need to be concerned/do anything about this?
