Change Flow Message Names and Order

I am working on a templated email flow.  I added 2 emails to the flow.  I inserted the 2 emails before the original email of the flow.  The two emails that I have added are labeled as email #4 and #5, but technically they are #1 & 2.  Will this affect the flow or do I need to changed the name of the emails to #1 and #2?  If so, how do I change the name of the emails so that it flows in the correct order.thanks in advance

How are you dealing with duplicated profiles?

Hi, I am wondering what’s the best practices to deal with duplicated profiles. I have noticed that some customers have two or more profiles with different emails. I have combined those who obviously have changed the email address - firstly used one, and now the other. But what to do with those that are subscribed to newsletter with one email and when purchasing are using the different one? Should I merge these profiles? Or just do nothing and don’t waste my time?

Nao consigo criar um flow com os cliente de abandono de carrinho da yampi

Estou tendo problemas, toda vez que um cliente abandona o carrinho na Yampi, meu trigger nao e ativado e nao se inicia a sequencia de emais, eu estou usando a api da yampi corretamente..a trigger esta configurada da seguinte forma:alguem poderia me ajudar?

Create a flow with free account

Hey, i just want to ask, when i have the free account and i create a flow, for example when the customer doesnt complete his order.Will this email flow send out automatically?Because i turned all the mails from the flow into activate with the green colour and there it doesnt show any message, so it seems like that it works. Thanks for your help guys.

Can I setup dynamic coupon code for shopify in Klaviyo FREE plane?

I already tried to set up dynamic coupon code but it’s working. When I set a CALL TO ACTION button, this link redirects me to another page! It’s not going to my Shopify Chackout page and not apply the dynamic coupin code automatically!

Short HTML email extending limitlessly when shown in preview window

Hey all, I’m looking to set up a bit more of a refined abandoned email cart flow for customers. In this I have a HTML that when I send it to myself (in gmail) looks fine. However, when I try preview it within Klaviyo it will extend indefinitely.  This is how it looks in the preview window:And this is how it looks in gmail.Now, you might say, “who cares, it works when you send it” but this indefinite width also shows on another persons email app (Edision Mail), So I think it’s a problem more and more people may have and I’d like to avoid that to make it look perfect on (most) device types. ​​​​​​​

Segment: people who visited your other websites ?

Our business has numerous websites.  I’d like to be able to create segments of people who visit our other sites.  e.g. if you visited Site X , then we can provide you flow Y  or  exclude people who visited site X  is this possible? What code would we install on the other sites ?

Confused about importing list from Mailchimp and merging to Newletter

Hi,We used Klaviyo about 3 years ago and then moved to MailChimp. The bulk of our contacts were acquired via MailChimp. Now we have switched back to Klaviyo and my husband tried to import the MailChimp list. It seems there was a list list previously in Klaviyo with my store’s name attached and when my husband imported the MailChimp list he for some unknown reason created 2 segments (“Not in MailChimp and Merged Klaviyo and MailChimp) and 1 list “Not suppressed and accepts marketing”. I am so confused as to why he did this! He can’t explain or fix it and when he tried to move the contact to “Newsletter” he received a Klaviyo error that states the contact are unmapped. Can someone please help me fix this? When he tried years ago to import Klaviyo to MailChimp he did something similar and I ended up not emailing a portion of my list because the list was never imported correctly. I didn’t find the error until 2 years later. Please keep in mind that my husband can’t seem to understand that

Who do my subscriber emails not go to any list?

Hi, Can you please help me about the link between Shopify and Klaviyo ? When someone subscribe to the newsletter on Shopify, the contact information goes to “Profile” on my Klaviyo but i did not go to “list”. Why ? Is my Shopify is well connected ? How to solve this problem ?  Thank you

How do I check for Fulfilled status = true but wait 1 day if false before checking again?

I want a flow to be conditional on Placed Order = 1 (then send ‘Welcome’ email) and then checking that Fulfilled = 1 (then, after 4 days to wait for item delivery, send ‘How is it?’ email).Query is, if conditional Fulfilled is still 0 when I do the check I want the flow to loop back and check Fulfilled again one day later. If still Fulfilled is 0, wait another day, etc, etc. How do I construct this?I want to avoid putting in a fixed waiting time eg. 10 days before I send the ‘How is it?’ email. Reason being, sometimes I have inventory for immediate fufilling and sometimes I wait for it to arrive from other business locations before I can Fulfill, so inventory fill time can be from 1 day to 4 days. I only want to send that email after I know the order has been Fulfilled.

How to display the special price in the block?

Hi, I displayed the below:{{ item.product.name }}Quantité: {{ item.quantity|floatformat:0 }} — Total: {% currency_format event.extra.line_items.0.product.special_price|floatformat:2 %}  But it still the ‘normal price’ we see in the preview email while it should be the special price. Can you please let me know what is wrong in the formula?Thank you

Troubles with viewed product on CommerceHQ platform

Hey guys, I believe I may be having difficulties with the browse abandonment trigger for one of my stores. When i go into the metrics it doesn’t show it tracks. However it does track the site abandonment. Just wondering if there is a particular snippet i would have to add in commerceHQ or if the same snippet applies.Just so you know, my store was migrated from shopify to commerceHQ.

How add product pricing with VAT included in a productblock. (For an abandoned cart mail)

I am currently struggling to add the right price from Magento to the product block in the abandoned cart email. The price is currently showing with VAT excluded. Has anyone found a way to include VAT in the product price?  Thanks!

Will 'time delay' resync shopify orders?

Hi, everyone, we want to send an email to customers that have been delivered,  and we tagged on these orders using 3rd apps. But the Shopify fulfill flow cannot meet our requirements because it only syncs the orders for one timeSo what I want to know is can I set a ‘time delay’ for 10 days and then check if a specific tag exists on the fulfill order? Will klaviyo resync order information when ‘time delay’ end?

Sign Up Form Erratic Loading On Shopify Page

Hello!We are having an issue where our embedded form is only showing up about 90% of the time on page load. In Klaviyo, we think we have the settings correct -- screenshotted below. And we have it to load the same on Desktop & Mobile.The error seems to happen randomly -- sometimes it will load after a refresh, sometimes it will load on mobile, sometimes it won’t. Sometimes it will load in an Incognito tab, sometimes it won’t. Sign up pop up form appearing after someone signs up in an embedded form

Hi Everyone, For new site visitors, when they sign up for our newsletter within an embedded form, our email sign up pop up appears once they hit Submit. Is there a way to set behavioral rules between the two sign-up forms?Thank you!

Abandon Cart Flow on working on Woo commerce

I have setup a new abandon cart flow fro woo commerce and it’s not working. I have other flows as well which are working fine so Klaviyo is well integrated. Someone told me that it could be happening because I have a single step checkout on the website. Can someone tell me if Abandon Cart flows work with single step checkout on Woo commerce?

Hello, will the IOS 14 update affect how Klaviyo tracks attribution?I reckon it wouldn’t because Klaviyo doesn’t track attribution through 3rd party cookies (correct me if I am wrong please!), but I’d like to start this conversation!Thanks.

mobile image issue

hey all - I’m having an issue formatting article images on mobile - screenshot attached. I’ve tried the “Fill Image Area” option within the block but that doesn’t do much.  Anyone have any specific solutions here or general guidelines on thumbnail images to optimize the mobile format? thanks

How do you add conditional logic to forms in Klaviyo

Is there any way to add conditional logic to a form? I would like to have a contact form that displays different options based on the form selections. For example the first form field is for inquiry type and if product inquiry is selected I would like to display a few checkboxes for product options that the user is interested in inquiring about. Is this possible?  Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Flow Trigger not working

I am only recently new to Klaviyo and I have set up a ‘Welcome’ flow to automatically send to my subscribers.  This has been working in the past, but was brought to my attention today that no emails were going out to our recent subscribers.I have checked that the flow is set to the right list (it is), my list is populating and I am receiving emails with every new subscription.  I have provided some screen shots to show what I have done.  The Welcome flow to the Newsletter list. The flow is live.I am at a blank as to why our new customers aren’t getting our welcome emails with our discount code, this is losing us sales so I would like to get it rectified ASAP.Thank you in advance for your assistance.Rhianna

Why is my Magento 2 Integration unable to connect to my store?

Hi Community,Hopefully you can help me as I don’t know what I am doing wrong and the support emails are not getting me anywhere fast.Firstly our setup is the following:Magento CE 2.3.3 (soon to be upgraded but current version) Klaviyo 1.2.3 (the latest for this version of Magento)Steps Taken:Downloaded the Klaviyo Plugin Installed the Plugin Activated the Plugin Created a User Created a Public/Secret Key Setup the configuration Gone to Klaviyo and put the configuration in.Result: “Unable to connect to your store, check your Username and Password / API key. “I have tried using the User Credentials configured on the plugin as well as the API Key as password but nothing is working. It is a pitty there is no phone support as I feel like I have missed something so simple and the correspondance going back and forth has now been over two weeks.
