I am trying to consolidate multiple lists into one main list and then clean the list so I’m only sending to people who are interested in my emails. Currently, I’ve created a segment of all my lists and then converted that segment into a list. Now I’m trying to create a Sunset Segment to remove subscribers who are unengaged. In the Klaviyo instructions to do this it wants me to select people that have been on the list more than 90 days. But since I just created this segment and turned it into a list I’m concerned that it’s going to look at these people as being on the list less than 90 days (even though they’ve actually been on my email list for more than 90 days in most cases). What’s the best way to identify unengaged subscribers when I just consolidated all of my lists into one large main list?Any ideas or insights would be much appreciated!
Hi, I am using woocommerce and the klaviyo integration works pretty well with the Klaviyo plugin. That said, I am really trying to focus now on capturing emails of customers. When customers checkout through the normal checkout process, it works great, they are shown the opt in checkbox and then correctly added to our list. However, a large percentage of our customers use PayPal express checkout and are taken to a separate checkout / order confirmation page where the opt in checkbox is not displayed. This is not ideal as I am missing out on all of these potential subscribers. What I would like to achieve is to keep the opt in on the standard checkout as it currently is, and also to add it to this checkout page too when they checkout through PayPal express. The name of the plugin used for PayPal express is ‘WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway’.Thanks in advance!
Hi I’d like to send an email to push our customers to review our store in Google. We have 18 stores so I’m trying to understand how I could make the template dynamic based on the store the bought from (POS tag from Shopify). I know how to do this in the copy of the email but what I’m struggling with is to adapt the link in the CTA. Ideally, I’d like the link to be different for each store so it takes you to the Google review page relevant to the store you bought from. ThanksLeo
Hi there,I have created a List in Klaviyo and used that Lists ID to specify in the WooCommerce plugin where my new customers should be subscribed to. For some reason this stopped working; metrics are still collected without problems, the customers are just not added to the list….Settings:Enable Klaviyo signup forms: checkedDisable configuration warning: uncheckedSubscribe contacts to email marketing: unchecked (don’t want a checkbox)Subscribe contacts to SMS marketing: uncheckedWhat could be the reason this stopped working?Cheers,Cees
Hello all, I’m creating a Cart Abandon Flow and whenever someone orders a product that has Route Package Protection, the product shows up twice (it doesn’t simply display the purchased product/price/quantity plus Route Package Protection; it displays the product/price/quantity twice). How can I fix my flow so that it shows just one product, or at least display Route Package Protection separately? Thanks in advance!
Hello,I've been having a really hard time figuring out why the emails gathered from my footer sign up form do not get into the "Newsletter" list and Welcome Email flow. I've already added this in to the form group and i see that the emails are getting tagged as "Newsletter". <input type="hidden" name="contact[tags]" value="newsletter">I also did the ff:- enabled single opt in- welcome flow email is live Did i miss something?
Hi folks, I’m very new to Klaviyo, and I’m trying to make things easier not harder. (I’m not sure how successful this is right now 🤦♀️)We have the usual pop ups and signs up set up to add to our newsletter list but in our Cellar Door shopfront we use the Vend software - So once a week I’ll be manually adding these subscribers to our list. (unless there is a magic integration i’m yet to find) As they have come direct from our cellar door I’d like to still do a welcome series but i’d like it to be different to the one that organic subscribers see (specifically because they wont be getting a discount) What’s the best way for me to upload these people and have a separate flow? Is it creating a separate list and then adding them to campaigns or should I segment somehow? It’s all bit overwhelming. Thanks
Having a issue seeing my Klaviyo pop up sign up form on my woocommerce website, which is very frustrating.I have already installed klaviyo and linked my woocommerce with klaviyo. I’ve built my first sign up form. When I hit publish, I receive the following message: “Your signup form has been published and will appear on your website if the code snippet has been installed” But when i checked my website the pop up form is not showing up. I have checked all settings on the pop up form and everything i think can be wrong disturbing the form from showing up but i can't find solution to it. I also check the install Code Snippet but it's say “Signup forms are successfully installed on your site” What’s the solution?
Hey everyone! I’m looking to use click-to-text banners to capture SMS consent through our emails, and I am having trouble finding any examples online. I was wondering if any of you came across any examples?I know that it’s as simple as a text box in terms of look, but I was wondering if anyone played around with copy / design and can show some examples :)Thanks in advance.

Hello,Currently, my client is using “Revenue Hunt” in his brand. So he has this form/test integrated in his website. After filling out the form, Revenue Hunt will then suggest 3 products that are fit to the liking/preferences of the person. We would like to incorporate these 3 suggested items in a flow. So, everytime the person fills out the form, he will enter our flow. First email of the flow will then contain these 3 suggested items. How do I do that? Is there a certain coding that I need to do? Also I made sure that his Shopify Account and Revenue Hunt account is integrated. Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding a topic based on the metrics of a campaign performance. Is it possible to exclude a order from the Conversion Metric - Ordered Product ? Because we have an issue with one order which was created from someone of our team. Unluckily he has opened and clicked the newsletter we have sent to him, because he is this specific list. Therefore Klaviyo collects his information and assigns the order to this campaign, but in reality the order wasn’t made due to the reason that he has received this newsletter. In the following this falsifies our statistics. Does anyone know how to exclude an order from those metrics? Thanks!
Sending to a list of contacts who have never consented to receive emails from your brand is never recommended. When you acquire a list through a third-party, you are not acquiring each individual email address owner’s consent. Sending to a list that was acquired from a third-party will result in elevated bounces, unsubscribes, and spam complaint rates. Lastly, sending to a list that is acquired from a third party violates Klaviyo’s Acceptable Use Policy.
Hi all, Just made my first abandoned checkout flow live and noticed the “your cart is empty” issue. Seems like it could be a pretty dissatisfying experience for customers who may jump between devices.I saw this app mentioned:Has anyone used it or have any comments? It doesn't mention this anywhere as far as I can see, but would it also need the “added to cart” code embedded as mentioned here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024310292-How-to-Create-a-Custom-Added-to-Cart-Event-for-BigCommerce ?If anyone has any input on how the arctic leaf AC flow could work alongside of, or in place of other abandoned cart/checkout flows it would be really helpful, thanks!
Hello,I’m creating a conversion funnel for Customers who have received free samples of our granola. The sample is a unique Shopify SKU, so adding new prospects to the Segment is straight-forward. However, I only want prospects to remain in this segment until they purchase a revenue generating product. Moving Customers from the “Samplers - Unconverted” Segment to “Samplers - Converted” Segment is easy, I just added an AND condition for having a Fulfilled Order Value greater than $0.00. However, I want the “Samplers - Unconverted” Segment to only contain Customers who have ordered the sample SKU, but have NOT ordered any other revenue generating SKU. I would then create a conversion flow triggered by someone joining the Unconverted Segment and they would leave that flow upon their first revenue generating order and move to the Converted Segment. Any ideas on how to best accomplish this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!Roy
