HELP - added ro cart event - shopidy v 1.0 theme

How come I do not receive the double opt in email?

I set up a “subscribe” page for an opt in, then it redirects to a fillout survey form. It does redirect just fine but.. The double opt in email never gets triggered or sent. I am unsure why that is or how to fix the issue. I checked my promotions folder, it’s not there either. Anyone know what could be going on? Thanks.

Products not published

I use Shopify, my stocks and orders are managed by CJdropshipping. For this, my products are on the "unpublished" status because klaviyo does not have access to my stock to make my products available. How to fix this problem ?

Dynamically Selecting a Web Feed

Let’s say I have 10 web feeds, User A is interested in WebFeed1, and their Klaviyo profile has a custom property named feed_name that stores the feed they are interested, in this case “WebFeed1”.Is there a way to dynamically select a WebFeed1 and include only content from WebFeed1 in User A’s email without creating a separate campaign for each web feed or using a bunch of if/else conditional logic? I’m thinking something like: {% for item in feeds[person|lookup:”feed_name”].rss.channel.items %}//render something interesting from the feed{ %endfor %} Or something similar? Thanks in advance!

Need Help with my Email I created through HTML

I hope you guys can help me with this. I just used HTML to create my email. All looks good when I preview it within Klaviyo, but when I send a test email, the footer is out of place. Does anyone know how I can fix it?

For WooCommerce: Can we generate dynamic, one-time use coupon codes yet?

We are attempting to create more dynamic email flows and offer unique coupons. Please advise if there are any solutions. There is a blog post from 3 years ago, wasn’t sure if Klaviyo had finally fixed this issue.

Edit A/B test times

I have a time delay split test running on a campaign. The first 50% has been sent however I have put the incorrect time for the second 50%. I’ve tried to create a segment to include customers that haven’t received an email with that particular subject line however that it doesn’t allow me to send to customers in further segments, only in lists. This particular email was only sent to different segments. Is there a way to do this?

Unable to edit or preview emails visually

I’m trying to edit my emails on an individual basis and when I go to someone’s profile to create or edit a draft based on a template I’m just seeing HTML errors in the email preview window.When I press “Edit email” it just refreshes that same page and isn’t able to bring me to the email loader at all.If i press preview to see if the email draft looks ok, I’m shown the same HTML error messages and can’t see the emails at all. I’ve attached screenshots of what the email edit screen looks like and what the HTML errors look like. Is anyone else experiencing this? Or is it a local issue on my end?Thanks in advance to anyone that can shine some light on this.

I can't access a flow

Whenever I click on a particular flow, this is the text that shows up. Last change I made on this flow was  doing an A/B test on one of the emails. Has anyone faced this before? I put in a ticket to support but it hasn’t been resolved and its been already 2 weeks.

Needing to send required information to an unengaged profile

Hi allI need some advice with regard to how to send necessary company updates (pricing update info) to customers I have suppressed due to low engagement. We send one marketing newsletter once a month, and we regularly move unengaged profiles to the suppressed list… However, annually we need to update our trade customers with our pricing information / file. Whilst it is fine for us to not get them the info if they are unsubscribed, we do need to attempt to send the pricing update to them, and if I have chosen to suppress them due to inactivity, that is unhelpful for them if they do wish to receive the annual pricing update info.How can i navigate this? Suppressed contacts for one type of messaging, but necessary to receive another… and currently they’re not tagged as trade. I am thinking that I need to:import the list of trade customers without updating their subscription status allowing me to ‘tag’ them as trade set up a segment of ‘trade’ and ‘suppressed’ reimport the new segment as ‘

Abandonment Checkout Flow redirect to link failing

Hi, I have started to set up my abandonment checkout series Flow.  I created my first email as TXT email and wanted to use a link for the customer to use that will take them straight back to their abandent check out. Once i press preview email the link doesn’t get me anywhere! I have used the following links:{{ event.extra.checkout_url|default:'' }}{{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url|default:'' }}{{ event.extra.checkout_url }}{{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }}Why am i not successful?Would appreciate some assistance. Also options when pressing the link button to insert link are very limited i cant choose https or email or others its only saying URL.I have a Shopify store!Thank you

Lists/Segments

I have just set up the integration between my Square account (in-store sales) and my Klaviyo. When I ran a test, new customers from Square are automatically being added to my Retail list in Klaviyo but I want them to go to a new list I created.  I thought I might use the list ID from Klaviyo and insert it somewhere in the integration in Square but I can’t figure out how to do this!!!

Pre-set Conditional Split - All Emails in 'Waiting'

Hi there,I am trying to set up an welcome email flow. It’s welcome discount email after customers add their email from our website pop-up. The initial email is triggering, but then there’s a conditional split and emails are being held in ‘waiting’. They should either be sent to ordered yes - sent social media pages or ordered no - sent reminder email… nothing is happening. Emails have been waiting well past the 5 day trigger to send. I am not sure where to trouble suit as this was a prebuilt flow and I only adjust the messaging. Would love some input! Happy to provide other screenshots. Thank you!

How to convert a string to numeric for if statements?

I’m trying to have some logic for the product prices. I tried removing the dollar $ sign but it’s still evaluating it as a string it seems. I also couldn’t find a function to convert a string to numeric?For example event.Price = $359 will trigger the first if statement. {% if event.Price|find_replace:"$| " >= 400 %}$50 discount {% elif event.Price|find_replace:"$| " >= 150 %} $30 discountThanks

Initial Setup Not Working- Please HELP

Hello, I am new to Klaviyo and Shopify. My site is running on the Debutify theme. There is a default newsletter signup form at the bottom. I have a custom domain and domain email with ZohoMail. I have followed the setup instructions in the Klaviyo setup video. I have nothing in Klaviyo under campaigns. I don’t see the newsletter form listed under ‘Signup Forms’ (i have a pop-up form set up which also goes to spam)When I test the footer signup form using different email accounts, the email gets delivered to the spam folder. The email is also coming from me, my full name, instead of my website name. My questions: Should the footer form be under ‘Signup Forms’ in Klaviyo? How do I get the emails delivered to Inbox and not Spam?How do I get my full name off the sender and use my website name? (ZohoMail works fine, it’s Klaviyo that is using my name)Any help appreciated, thank you:)

CAMPAIGN SCHEDULED DELIVERY LATE

Hi. I sent a scheduled campaign delivery that was supposed to be delivered at 10am Africa/Johannesburg time on 29 February. Unfortunately, I don’t have feedback from all 162 customers, but 1 customer received it just after 10am, the 2nd only received it just after 5pm, and the 3rd only received it at 8pm. I had set the time zone to Africa/Johannesburg, and not recipient time zone, so they should have all gone out and been received at 10am. I’ve searched the threads and Googled the heck out of it, but I can’t seem to find an answer. Any suggestions from the Community would be greatly appreciated.

Add to Cart metric not sending

Hi, I’ve already followed the necessary steps to integrate Add to cart metric to Shopify Website. I have tried the testing method, add my email at the end of the URL and doint the event. The profile was sucessfully created and I can check it. So that has to mean it is working.However, I could not find any Add to cart abandonment Email in the account I tested with. Hence, I wonder if it is even working.I also have Browse Abandonment, Checkout Started Metric working. I have tried to made the flow filter organised. E.g (User has performed 0 times Add to cart) to fufill. I hope I did not mess this up.BONUS: I have de-selected all Smart sending (16 hours no email after first email). Is this a good idea? Because I was afraid of the clash between Welcome Email and cart/browse abandonment.
