Hello guys! Is there any opportunity in Klaviyo to send date based email with a dynamic field or variable, something like: “congratulations on your 20 birthday” and the next year send “congratulations on your 21 birthday” and the next year send “congratulations on your 22 birthday”. Any help would be appreciated.
Form contains 56 options with each a unique email / url. How to build the flow and email the right way?
Hi guys, I have created a form with several options:We get stuck when setting up a workflow. This contains various variables that a visitor can choose from. The goal is that we can show a unique PDF in the same e-mail depending on what people have entered in the form. See screenshot. So you get 56 unique URLs. Now I have to create a huge flow, because of the several options in the form, with each another result. How can we set this up in the right way in a workflow (because we can’t duplicate a path under a conditional split) and in an email? I like to hear from you!
Are there any common reasons people have errors with email pop up forms? I have gone over everything multiple times and I have the correct submit form and close form buttons and the app is correctly embedded into my Shopify store. I tried it myself and it crashed around the discount section. Is there anything special that needs to be set up there? I can see the Klaviyo discount in Shopify.

I have a co-worker who I wanted to receive a notification for contact us form submissions. I added his email under “send to” in the configuration of the flow step, but he says he did not receive the email confirmation to receive the notifications. Is there a way to re-send him the confirmation, or manually send him a link? It’s the email below.
HelloI have an unusual instance where a user is skipping emails they shouldn’t skip, and I cannot understand why even if:I can see the event “Email Skipped” in their profile but there are no details about what email they’re skipping I checked the email flow they should be in, but I cannot see their email in the Recipients Activity list of “Skipped” Emails in the flow don’t have skip conditionsNot sure how to diagnose this further, any suggestions?Thank you
Hi, I am building a browse abandonment Flow for Wix, but I’m not seeing anybody else who has done it and I’m not seeing the triggers that I need to make this happen. I’m hoping to set up the browse abandonment cart with the flow to specify an email if they look at a specific line of products from us.Has anybody else done it? … Is there a tutorial that will help me set this up?
So I have a couple forms that i only want to present to certain people in my lists. I know there is the option to only show to certain lists and segments, but how does this work. For example if I had a person sign up for email on their phone. How can I ensure they see the right forms on there other devices? Or is that not possible?

I have a flow that sends data to another system through a webbook. There are 2 lists I have that are entered when either a profile is suppressed or not. However it works the first time when you suppress a profile it will go into the other segment and run through the trigger. But if it gets removed from the list and eventually gets re-added. The profile appears in the segment again, but does not trigger the flow. Is there a way to make it trigger again, even if its been removed and re-added to the segment?
Hi! We are using Klaviyo Sign Up forms for our Shopify website newsletters. Now Shopify doesn’t capture those subscriptions, I can only see them in Klaviyo. Is there a way to feed Shopify with information from Klaviyo? I would like to have new subscribers visible on Shopify - Customers - Email Subscribers.Thank you for your help!
Hello everyone,I have a popup on my Shopify website (popup created on Klaviyo).When exiting the form, it still shows an option to open it again down the bottom of the page. I need to change the wording of this but can’t find how and where I can do this.I have circled the area in red. The wording currently says "Get Free Shipping".My website is www.magicmagpie.com.au
Hey everyone, I have a created an email flow that sends out a welcome email to start when someone enters into the Newsletter Segment. I have everything synced properly with Shopify so that when they submit the newsletter subscription, it automatically uploads the new profile into Klaviyo profiles, and adds them into the Newsletter thus causing the Welcome Segment to start sending emails.I checked the status of my emails being sent out, and they are in fact being sent out according to Klaviyo, but when I check my email for the emails “sent”, I am receiving nothing.Is anyone able to help?
We would like to integrate one of our sites purely as form of lead capture. This site currently does not sell anything. This site is part of a Wordpress multisite. So when we install the Klaviyo plugin we must install it on the network and then activate it on the site dashboard side.After that we follow the instructions and just after we select a list and hit connect, we are refreshed with the follow error.Has anyone encountered this before or successfully integrated when using a wordpress multisite? Since the site is not transactional how can I just install Klaviyo so that way we can display forms and pop-ups?To clarify, our ecommerce sites are not part of the multisites and are their own separate sites. Each has been successfully integrated with Klaviyo on its own.
Hi,For my opt-in emails, the logo should appear center aligned, which it does in Kalviyo’s previews. However in the actual emails, the logo is left aligned.Also, in apple mail the background appears as a block on the top and does not extend throughout the page.There’s no option to mobile-optimize the opt-in emails.
I would like to create a signup form that also acts as a form of paywall for a certain page of my shopify site. When the user subscribes, only then the page would load. This is the site/sign up form that I would like to mimic - https://shopredone.com/collections/surplus-sale-x-all (When I looked at the code for the page it looked like it was a Klaviyo sign up form being used).Right now when I am building it, when the user hits subscribe they are redirected to a success page instead of gaining to access the page. Any easy work arounds for this? Thanks for your help!
Probably doing something wrong but I’m trying to create a dynamic table for order confirmation emails. I was almost done until I previewed orders with multiple products. This has now doubled loads of my tags - I’m imagining it has something to do with the fact that the tag is probably related to the one product (rather than possibly the full order)? Here’s some screenshots. I've tried to cover up details for GDPR but hopefully it’s obvious that things are doubling up - I managed to get the products in single file. Any help would be great!
I’ve made changes to our Main email template - and was hoping that all of the emails in my flows that use that template would automatically change - but I don’t think that this is the case. Similarly, I’d like to apply this new Main template to a few other emails (in Flows) that use other templates…. but I’m afraid that doing this will WIPE OUT the email contents and force me to start all over. I just want to slide in the “look and formatting” to existing content - leaving the content, but updating the appearance. Could you help me understand the best way to accomplish both scenarios?
We have a Magento 2 store that is synced with Klaviyo. Working perfectly with orders and synced up data. There is some data that is filled in at checkout (which we see in orders) and that information doesn’t seem to be showing in Klaviyo orders (or tags for later emails). Is there a way to choose what data is picked up in Klaviyo?

We recently started a deal for “new customers” on Shopify . . . a coupon discount for customers who have never placed an order. I’d like to have a special email welcome for them. But I don’t see a condition here in Klaviyo that’s based on them using that coupon (the only way I can think to identify them.)How might I go about setting up a flow like this?
