Winback and Sunset Flow timing

Hi everyone, I really need an advice.I want to set up my Winback Flow and Sunset Flow and cant decide on timing.Flows to purchasersWhen should The client enter the Winback and Sunset flow?I am B2B and what bothers me is rather long time between orders which is 341 days.In my understanding first I should be sending a Winback Flow and then in case of a total inactivity the person should enter Sunset flow and later on be suppressed. (please correct me if I am wrong)My question is when should the client enter those flows.It looks logical to wait 350 days or so, but it’s a year and I read recommendations to start Sunset flow after 180 days of inactivity. So if the client is inactive and enters Sunset flow after 180 days and then I suppress it I am loosing a sale but if I wait till 350 days then I have a lot of unengaged subscribers.Who should enter Winback Flow?The segments I am debating:Subscribers who are active: opens or clicks emails or views products or active on site for the last x(?)

Help with Klaviyo Email Link Redirecting to Homepage Instead of Cart

Hi everyone,I’ve been having an issue with my Klaviyo email flow where the link meant to return customers to their abandoned carts is redirecting them to the homepage instead. I’m using the link code provided in Klaviyo ({{ event.extra.checkout_url }}), but for some reason, it’s not functioning as expected.Has anyone experienced this before or have any insights into why the link might be redirecting incorrectly? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance!

Setting Up Dynamic Delivery Flows for Fresh Products Based on Region and Order Date

Hi Klaviyo support,I’m working on setting up a delivery update flow for an ecommerce store, which delivers fresh dog food across different regions in Australia. We’ve already distinguished between frozen and fresh products in separate flows, as these product categories use different courier lines and have different delivery requirements.For this specific flow, I’m focusing on fresh products, which need to be delivered within specific timeslots depending on the customer’s location. The general rule we follow is that if customers order before Sunday midnight, they receive their product in one of the designated timeslots that same week. However, if they order between Monday and Thursday, the earliest delivery would be in the following week’s timeslots.Delivery Timeslots for Fresh Products:VIC – Friday pm, Sat am & pm, Sunday am & pm, Monday am & pm QLD – Friday pm, Sat am & pm, Sunday am & pm, Monday am & pm ACT – Friday pm, Sat am & pm, Sunday am & pm, Mon

HELP! USA spam emails signing up to my database

Hi, I am hoping someone can help, I have noticed an influx in spam emails signing up to my database which has inflated my profiles in Klaviyo, they are all based in the USA and the emails are just numbers and letters @gmail.com.  Due to the sign ups, it’s meant my account now needs an an upgrade in order for me to contact support live chat/email.  I have heard other people are experiencing this, are Klaviyo addressing this or can someone support here?  Much appreciated, Holly

Consolidating custom properties

Klaviyo novice here! We’ve recently started using Klaviyo as a CRM at the organisation where I work, and have uploaded a large amount of data into the database. We’ve added a number of custom properties, which has resulted in duplicate properties in a number of profiles. For example, our data upload created “City” and “StreetName” properties, but Klaviyo is automatically creating “city” or “Address1” properties when people engage with our email marketing or website.This results in issues with my reporting and segmentation of lists as there can be a number of properties that are effectively tracking the same information.Does anyone have any suggestions of how to merge these properties for our current database, and/or knowledge of how to better consolidate custom properties with Klaviyo’s automated properties when we do future data uploads? Thanks!

Add to Cart Abandonment Flow Question

Hi Community,I am trying to gear up for the BFCM shenanigans and after reading Klaviyo suggestions I would love to add an Add to Cart Abandonment Flow (as opposed to an Abandoned Cart Flow).Does anyone have any experience with this flow that they could share?Any tips from experience on wait times from trigger to first email and then to second email?Appreciate any thoughtsBest WishesRachel

Regrouping subscribers

Hi,when we first joined Klav we uploaded 10.000 profiles.Over time we have grouped and reorganised these.I want to now delete my lists and reupload the same people but in different groupings.My question is will Klav then charge me for 20000 profiles/how can I reorganise my subscribers, without doubling my subscription cost?

Best Practices for Managing BigCommerce Unique Coupon Codes in Abandonment Emails

Hi everyone,I'm currently working with BigCommerce and Klaviyo to send abandonment emails that include unique coupon codes. I had a few questions regarding the best way to manage and replenish these codes:When updating/replenishing codes, is it sufficient to create more codes in the third-party app and add them to the existing coupon, or should I create a new coupon each time? Are the unique coupon codes sent once per recipient? If the same recipient receives a subsequent email, will they get the same code, or will a new one be generated for each email? Can these codes be automatically added to the links in the emails, similar to other types of discount codes in Klaviyo? What’s the best method for keeping on top of code replenishment? As this is a manual task, I’d prefer to handle it as efficiently as possible, but it's crucial to avoid running out of codes, as this could prevent emails from being sent. Has anyone found an effective way to monitor and manage this process?Are there any

Second email not sending

I have one small issue. I have an automation which sends 3 emails when a from is submitted. First email goes through as it should. The second should be delayed 5 minutes, but it never sends. These emails are being sent from different email addresses. What could be issue? I have checked and everything seems to be fine. All created at the same time and all live. Automation starts when a profile is created in a list. i have read other conversations where there were similar issues but nothing helped

Which Filters are best (future proof) for Welcome Email Series?

I have the following filter. Do you think I need just the one or both?Basically, I don't want anyone to receive an email after they've made a purchase, and I also want to prevent them from receiving the same email chain if they've bought from us within the last 30 days.What filter do you guys suggest is best for the welcome series? I'm looking for a filter that will future-proof our setup. In the future, I plan to have different types of welcome emails for those who have abandoned checkout, abandoned cart, abandoned browsing, abandoned the site, etc.

Double opt-in sent AFTER welcome coupon

Hello!  My sister is using her email and phone number to test the functionality of the Welcome Flow (with discount coupon) and general subscription signup on the bottom of our Shopify store.Re email: she received the Welcome Coupon FIRST, before receiving the double opt-in confirmation email...shouldn’t this be reversed because she had technically not confirmed before receiving the marketing email?Re SMS: the order of operations was correct. She received the double opt-in text. She responded YES and then received the Welcome Coupon text. What’s happening?  Thanks!-Liz

Build a segment to identify profiles who opted in for emails at least 180 days ago, but have not been active on site, added to cart, or placed an order in the last 72 weeks.I’m unsure how to identify profiles who have opted in at least 180 days ago. What conditions should I set up when creating a segment for this? Additionally, I don’t have an ‘added to cart’ option available for segmentation. What alternative should I use instead?

Notify When Back In Stock Form Not Sending Emails To Trigger / Flow

I am Klaviyo on site App Embed to which the “Notify When Back In Stock”  was automatically created.  Whenever customer feels out the form on the product page I am notified via email that says “You received a new message from your online store’s contact form” However, nobody is added to my Back In Stock flows waiting list and the flow is not being activated.  Does anyone know how to fix this?   Thank you in advance!  Hope you’re having an awesome day!

I have two email opt ins on my woocommerce checkout - will klaviyo sync if removed?

So I have one email opt in from woocommerce, and since I want to collect to klaviyo as well I have it enabled in woocommerce klaviyo settings. But this results in me having two opt ins.If i turn off the klaviyo sided one since I can’t figure out how to turn of woocommerce one, will they still sync and work in tandem?

Add property to all subscribers

I’m trying to add 2 new properties to all existing subscribers in my list. I can’t figure out how do do this without exporting the list, editing the file, and then re-importing the list as a csv. Doing this seems to lose a whole lot of data in the process. [see screenshot] What’s a good way to do this?

WooCommerce integration failed - Unable to access API with provided credentials

Hi :) I’m trying to integrate Klaviyo and WooCommerce. I have a non-woocomerce.com installation (just a standalone Wordpress with WooCommerce installed as a plugin), I am not sure if having a woocommerce.com is a necessity. I did not create any API keys either, I simply followed the steps in the guide ( https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255808 ) It fails at the end with the error “Unable to access API with provided credentials”. The troubleshooting guide said I have customizations in place, but this is a clean install of WordPress so I doubt I have any of that. Which API is Klaviyo trying to connect to? An API on the wordpress website? Looking at other similar issues, I see fields with a Key+Secret (here for example:  ) but I guess this is old setup? Thank youSimon

Hi,I used to have a banner in every campaign asking to leave a review.Now I have started using Klaviyo Reviews and wondering if I can do the same?I have configurated Klaviyo Reviews Flow, but I think it wouldn’t hurt to add a link to the review page in a campaign as well.

Where can I see new profils?

So on our page not every new profiles will also accept to be in the newsletter. But I would like to see all newcomers somewhere to give them the right tags and so on. How can I filter them out? Since they are just added to segments and not a list, I’m not sure what my options are.

Connecting countdown bar on my website to email flow

Hi guys! I need help with connecting the countdown bar on my website, to once it is completed a new collection is uploaded online once a week. So I want my customers to receive an email once that the countdown has ended.  I created a flow but i dont know how to add my subscribers nor connect it to my website. Can someone help me out with this? Thank youuu!

Failed to send email after users submit pop-up form each time.

​Hi team, I have some products that their price need to be hidden until user submit a pop-up form.The Klaviyo pop-up form I am using now is triggered by clicking a button.Then I have JS code to control it’s submission and change the URL to display product price.(in a .liquid file, it will check if the url contain some values.  If yes, show price.) Now, What I would like to achieve is sending an email after users submit the form each time.The email will has a link to the product and show its price directly. I have tried set up a flow in Klaviyo.However, it only works sometimes.Please see below.  Is there anything wrong?Could you please advise me how to implement the requirement? Thank you very much for your help. Best regards,Ethan​
