Why Are My Emails Going to Spam in Outlook?

Hi,Our emails have a deliverability rate of 99.9% & 0% spam complaints however we have noticed that the emails go into spam folder for Outlook. Can someone help us with this?Thanks,Raks

Bots are inflating subscribers across Klaviyo accounts

I just confirmed with a security consultant that we are indeed being targeting by bots looking to infiltrate our lists, inflate it, and try to phish returns and other scams. Ive confirmed it on two other separate klaviyo accounts as well. The biggest alarm is that there is no way to know which accounts are fake, other then going into them - Klaviyo offers no way to stop these bots - and in fact is profiting off us at a inflated rate. Is the question is why hasn't Klaviyo done anything to allow us to prevent this, or is klaviyo running bots to inflate subscriber counts and their revenue?Third party forms/captha is only option? That’s all support has ever told me.

All of my email recipients are being skipped

All of my email recipients are being skipped and they are not included in a different campaign or flow which excludes the reason for Smart Sending. The reason/status for being skipped shows “Skipped: Email Cancelled”. What could be the reason behind this? And if I resend them manually one by one, will they be included in the schedule of flows again? Thank you!

How can I understand if my Gmail database is viewing their emails on Gmail or iOS mail app?

How can I view insights on which mobile app my gmail subscribers are using to view my emails?  I want to understand the split between my subscribers with a gmail account viewing my emails on mobile through either:Apple iOS basic mail app Gmail app in browser  This will help me optimise my emails for the right view - as the Gmail app view can be notoriously challenging to get right.

Second Sending Domain - Languages

My client operates in the Netherlands and in Germany. Now they set up a working domain for The Netherlands but want to set up a decent domain for their .de customers too.Is there a way to set up a second domain in Klaviyo so their mails can be send from: @Companyname.nl and from @Companyname.de. Thanks for your help in advance!

How to exclude Shopify POS sales from a post purchase flow for online sales only

Hey there,  I only want to send a post purchase flow once order has been fulfilled to our online customers. Unfortunately our in store customers (Shopify POS) are confused as to why they’re getting these emails that mention about delivery and shipping etc Is there a way to exclude Shopify POS orders from the post purchase flow and have them only go out to those who ordered online. Many thanksNieve

How do I create a segment of recipients who have not received an email within the past nn days? Not just they didn’t click or open or it didn’t get to their inbox — people who didn’t receive a message because a message was never sent to them?

Lost 1/3 of my emails when moving from Flodesk

Aloha, Iʻm having trouble. Last Year I moved my email list from Klaviyo to flodesk because I felt like flodesk was too complicated for my needs. I just decided to move back to klaviyo because it has much more capabilities. Iʻm unsure why iʻm only able to send emails to 1/3 of the emails I had in flodesk. I see profiles, but iʻm not able to make these people in to a list or segment.

Prioritize upcoming flows over campaigns

Hi Klaviyo community,does anyone know if there is a way to prioritize upcoming flows over campaigns? For example: It’s a user's birthday and he’ll receive the birthday flow at some point today. Therefore, I would want to skip the usual campaign in the morning for this user and only send the birthday flow later. It’s like smart sending, but even before the flow was sent.I’ve seen options like that at some other tools.Thanks and regardsLarissa

Stray lines in Outlook 2016

Hi, I have an issue with rendering in Outlook 2016.This is using the built in builder, rather than custom HTML.I have lines appearing between blocks (but not all blocks) - in this case a text box and a button box. There are no boarders applied and the background colour is set to white.Some examples are below. Flow filter vs conditional split

I hope I will manage to explain this clearly.Because we offer a 10% discount in our Welcome popup flow, we want to exclude those contacts from campaigns. In order to achieve that, we set up an action at the beginning of the flow that says “Add ‘Welcome Popup’ to the property On Flow”.Then we create an exclusion segment with all the people that have ‘Welcome Popup’ on their On Flow property.At the end of the flow, the property is set to remove the ‘Welcome Popup’ value and the contact can receive campaigns.BUT.We also have a flow filter on this Welcome flow. The filter says “Placed Order 0 times over all time”, meaning only people who have never purchased can get the Welcome emails. The flow contains 5 emails and the filter should be checked before every email.BUT.Before every email, we also use a conditional split to check if an order has been made during the delay. This is to ensure that the ‘Welcome Popup’ property will get removed if the contact doesn’t get to the end of the flow, b

Will imported contacts recieve flow e-mails when flows are turned on agian?

I have imported new contacts from another e-mail platform while my welcomeflow is turned off. Will the imorted contacts recieve flow emails when i turn the flow on again now? I have imported about 500 contacts, and i do not want them to revieve the e-mail because they already got it on the other platform.Hope you can help.

Integrating VEND Lightspeed with Klaviyo

Hi thereI have two clients who are having great difficulty integrating VEND Lightspeed and Klaviyo. Here’s what they have tried:Client One:spoken with Lightspeed and they’re not planning on creating an integration any time soon for Lightspeed X-Series.  Tried using Storetasker to no avail Spoke to my local web dev who thought he’d be able to do something through Zapier - he couldn’t.  Put something on UpWork and only one guy got back to me, with a three week and US$1500 (approx) quote.   Client Two:My only work around… and note its messy… is this:Vend - Link to mail chimp (free account) - then to Zapier - into Klaviyo.Although it works, a straight integration would be nice.  Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations of developers who can create a straight integration from Vend to Klaviyo?

Applying discount $ to order value in a flow

I have an interesting problem I am keen to explore with the community. We are running a promotion on estimates where if the total order value is >$600, then you are eligible to a $100 discount. This offer is only available in store so we are encouraging people to take the email in store as proof of the offer (there is a technical limitation where we cannot pass a discounted value to klaviyo, only the true total). The email is included below shows the dynamic price data in a table which is pulled from our database.  Is there a way I can add a new row under the ‘Grand total’ row which contains to total value - $100? So in the example below it would have the new total as $1255.77.  Is this possible? Thanks!

High Bounce Rate - Verizon Media Group

I’m experiencing an extremely high bounce rate from the Verizon Media Group. And looking at the recipient activity in my latest campaign, the majority of emails that (soft) bounced were @bigpond.net.au, @westnet.com.au and @iinet.com.au. I’m assuming there is a correlation between Verizon Media Group and these addresses, but can anyone shed light on what might be going on here? Or does anyone have advice on how to remove these accounts once and for all?

Add to cart email flow

Hi There, I’m creating a flow where Once a customer has purchased an item from our site - after 30 minutes we will follow up with an email offering them a discount on a specific product that would pair well with the item previously purchased at a discounted rate. Is there a way to get the button in the email to Link back to the persons cart with this NEW item already discounted and in their cart? So far i’ve only been able to make the link take them to the product page - they then have to click add to cart on our website. I did get the discount to auto apply that way but ideally we would like to cut that step of them having to add the item to the cart.  Thanks so much

Collected birthday as text input instead of date input

Hi! When I initially started collecting new profiles in Klaviyo, I included birthday data so I could build up that segment. However, I didn’t realize at the time that I set up that data field as a text input instead of a date input. Before I get too in the weeds with trying to set up the segment (and risk screwing things up even more!), is there a way to work with the data I’ve already collected as a text input? Meaning, can I set up a segment that will pull the correct information each month...or is there a way to correct the data I already have by converting that property to a date vs text?  My thought is to export the profiles into a CSV, correct them and reimport them...but I haven’t dug into this yet to determine if that’s doable or even a viable option.I have about 25-30 profiles affected by this (and have corrected the signup form so it is now collecting the info as a date). Thanks so much!Nan

Table cell Background Colour appears different on Gmail

Segment - didnot open email BUT not recent subscribers

Hello there, Im trying to clean up my list. So I have created a list with those who did not opened an email the last 90 days for example.I want to exclude all those who where subscribed the past 7 days, so I can export the list and add it into the suppressed profiles.Any ideas?

Hello,  I am curious about if Klaviyo will be implementing the new “X symbol for Twitter bird logo anytime soon. I can create a custom transparent logo, but it seems like this should be a company wide update and available in the social block settings. Thank You
