Not Receiving Verification Email

My email cannot be verified. I have tried for 2 days and cannot log in to the account. Maybe consider not using this plug-in anymore.

How do emails get captured in Added to Cart (abandonment flow)?

Hey everyone,I have been looking into adding an “Added to Cart” custom Shopify event for a new Klaviyo flow.We currently have the standard “Started Checkout” abandoned cart flow working but I want to try and capture more casual browsersI want to understand if (and how) Klaviyo will be able to capture those casual browsers’ emails if they do not physically enter their details throughout their browsing journey. We don’t currently capture emails via a pop-up, and the only way we get subscribers is either via a sale discount code, or subscription sign-up.Cheers!Ben & Caleb

Why aren't the products in my Shopify store showing up as an option on my Fulfilled Order Flow?

I am creating a Fulfilled Order Flow. I need to set a filter for Items where it Contains the item name of a  specific product name from my store. The product is active in my shopify store but when I use the drop down menu to select an Item name in Klaviyo, it only shows older product names in the store but not the name of the new product.What do I need to do? Is there a way to manually tell Klaviyo what items are in the store? Why hasn't Klaviyo updated the item names in the drop down menu?Any help is appreciated!

Hi,How do i use conditional settings to hide a block if the profile is in list x? Is there a way to do this? Maybe use the list ID some how?

Identifying list subscription source from Shopify in Klaviyo

We switched over to Shopify a month ago, and everything is working as it should be—except we can't find a way to distinguish between newsletter subscriptions submitted in the footer, slider, and checkout.Because we base our welcome flows on newsletter subscription sources, is there any way (like via snippet) that we could identify in Klaviyo exactly which field new newsletter subscribers used to subscribe? I know we could plausibly do so with Klaviyo popups or embeds, but would rather the identifier simply be part of the data imported to Klaviyo via integration upon subscription.

How Can I Adding Multiple (4) Google Fonts to an Email Template?

Hi there - I want to use our brand fonts in our email templates, and figured the best way to do that was to use Google fonts and assign each font to a h1, h2, h3, and h4 tag. I’ve read the https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005256008-How-to-Add-Custom-Fonts-in-Email-Templates at east 15 times and have gone through quite some testing, and am now stuck at getting both these fonts to show in the appropriate tags I set for them.  Here is what I want from a brand standard:H1 = Exo 2 Semi-bold 600H2 = Open Sans Semi-bold 600H3 = Extra-light 200H4 = Open Sans Regular 400 And here is the code I was copying and pasting into the text block in Klaviyo, per the instruction outlined in the help article: <style type="text/css">@import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Exo+2:wght@600;200&family=Open+Sans:wght@400;600&display=swap');   p, ol, li, ul, h2, h4 { font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif;  }   h1, h3, { font-family: 'Exo 2', sans-serif;  }</style> And

Customer reviews widget

Is it possible to add a customer review widget in an email? I have the app Judge.me on my shopify store but I can only export reviews in the form of csv file. Is there something that I can use to export those reviews as an image?

WooCommerce item price with tax

Hi,I have dynamic blocks in a flow email for transactional emails. However the product price only shows  without tax, I want it to show with Tax. How can i change this? I cannot see this in the array. Total: {% currency_format item.LineTotal|floatformat:2 %} only on the bottom, it shows as a total for all items.

Adding an 'order details' dynamic block using new editor.

Hello, I am trying to add a dynamic block to an ‘order status’ flow which will show the product the customer has ordered. I am familiar with how to add an abandon cart block in the new editor as Klaviyo has a step by step guide, but find myself stumped when it comes to doing anything else! If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great :)p.s I find it really frustrating that their isn't  a universal template for dynamic blocks and/or you cant take pre-built blocks from old templates from the old editor and add to the new. For example many of the dynamic blocks that are pre-built for flows are in the old editor, but I build all my emails using the new editor (which I think is a lot more user friendly), anyone else have similar frustrations?

Make dynamic product image full width?

Like the title says, we’re pulling in product images from shopify for abandoned cart emails, but the dynamic product block seems to be capping the width at 333px, regardless of the “max width” setting. the images it’s pulling from shopify are 1000x1300 (so taller than wide) and we need them to display full or close to full width.any thoughts?

Can I Manually import contacts who subscribed via 3rd party app to Klaviyo's "back in stock" flow?

I’m working with a business whose store built on BigCommerce, and they are currently using a 3rd party app for back in stock notifications. We’d like to try the Klaviyo option instead as apparently the app is a little buggy, however, there are already people subscribed to notifications from this app (I don’t know what it’s called). Is it possible to manually import, then add contacts to the back in stock notification flow? I don’t see a way to smoothly transition from the app to Klaviyo. It looks like manually adding contacts to a metric-triggered flow isn't possible, but I wanted to check if that was still the case with this. Thanks!

You must identify a user by email or ID Error (Need Help..)

Dear Klaviyo Community,We have a custom site developed using Laravel & Vue.Our site works like a service reservation site wherein guest users are allowed to make transaction. But upon putting all the codes and following the contents from the API documents we are still getting issues on the above subject for guest users but if we try a transaction for a logged-in user the thing works.Are we missing something or is Klaviyo codes is designed for logged-in users only?We appreciate any response or help that may clarify the above subject.Thank you in advance.

Welcome Unique Promo Codes

I’ve created a shopify coupon code. I read that with the welcome series it will generate 100 codes at a time and automatically afterwards. So should the promo code show 100 available? Or will it change to 100 available once the Welcome flow is live? Right now it shows 0 coupons available.

How do I add a custom web feed in the New Template Editor

I have successfully set up a custom web feed. When trying to use the `feeds` variable in a template it (obviously) does not show up. In the documentation it says If you’re using the Classic Editor, click the Data Feeds link in the footer of the template editor.But I cannot find the same option in the new Template Editor. I tried `Hacking` the feed by adding an empty Product block, but the Web Feed cannot be selected as it’s dynamic input (which makes sense). Where can I find the feeds in the New Template Editor?

Why isn't my flow sending to everyone in my segment?

Hi!  I have created a Segment where about 7,000 subscribers got in. I used this Segment to trigger my Newsletter flow. However, when emails were sent and I get to check the analytics, only 1,000+ emails were delivered.   Can someone please tell me why it wasn’t delivered to all 7,000+ segment subscribers? This goes the same as the next emails on the flow. The Delivered number just keeps getting smaller and smaller. Here’s for the last email that is in that flow:  Only 137 were delivered, 482 waiting to be delivered. I’m not sure what I am doing wrong. I already back-populated the flow. Will that help? All I want is for the 7,000 subscribers to receive all the emails I have prepared in the Newsletter flow. Someone help please! Thank you so much!

Klaviyo Waitlist Button

Hi, I am using Klaviyo and I have installed their code into my store so when an item appears as 'sold out' the 'join the waitlist' button appears. However, it is currently appearing sitting underneath the 'sold out' button and I would like to replace the 'sold out' button with the Klaviyo 'join the waitlist button'.  So instead of the out-of-stock button appearing, the notify me when available appears. I have the code for the notify me when the available button to work, I would just like it to have the same appearance as the sold-out button and act in the same way. Thank you!

How to add a button that allows you to pass URL query strings?

We’ve added a popup that will redirect visitors to the correct shop based on their location. We’ve noticed that URL query strings are being dropped when being transferred to the other shop. For example, a visitor arrives at our Canadian site with referral link: shop.ca/?ref=skxtBAIf they are an international customer, they will receive a popup message to redirect them to our international site, shop.com. Once they are redirected, the referral link gets lost and is no longer tracked. Instead, we want: shop.ca/?ref=skxtBA on our Canadian shop, to get redirected to shop.com/?ref=skxtBA on our US shop. URL string ?ref=skxtBA, is maintained. Is this possible?Thanks,Elie
