How to add a filter item price greater than?

Hi everyone,  I would like to know whether there is a direct or indirect way to create a segment of a ordered product event where the filter is item price greater than [insert value]?  When adding a filter to my condition, changing the equals condition seems impossible.  The use case I try to achieve is to send an email to customers who once bought an item that costs at least a certain amount.  Hopefully, someone has already been in the same case and found a workaround!  Thanks in advance,

How to create a birthday flow

We have a florist businessWe create a custom profile field as a birthday reminder - and upload via CSV the date the birthday gift is sentWe then created a flow that wentPlaces Order, and has the field of birthday in the a window of +/-7daysWait 360 daysSend Reminder email It isnt triggering. Thoughts ive hadAs we are uploading the data we are adding this property after placed order. So should the flow be Placed order Wait 360 days check for birthday field Send reminder email if present We are uploading this field as a date e.g. 14/09/2023 So when it looks in 360 days - the date would never be in the +/- 7 day window Looking for ideas on how to set this up and manage it to work

Archived Contacts from Mailchimp

Hi All (cc @alex.hong)I am using the Klaviyo/Mailchimp integration to import audiences from Mailchimp into Klaviyo. Does anyone know what happens to contacts that are “Archived” in the Mailchimp audiences? Do they get imported? Do they get a specific custom property? Are the automatically suppressed? I’ve searched everywhere for this answer but cannot find anything referencing “archived” contacts. Any help is much appreciated!  Thank you !

Post Purchase Review email "Write a Review" button link not working

I have setup a flow to send a “Post Purchase Review”The email sent from Klaviyo has a button “Write a Review”The URL in this button is “{{ organization.url|trim_slash }}/products/{{ item.product.handle }}#reviews”The URL goes to our “Collections” page not a review page.What URL should the button go to?I have tried the following URLs and none have worked:{{ organization.url|trim_slash }}/products/{{ item.product.handle }}#reviews{{ organization.url|trim_slash }}/products/{{ item.product.handle }}{{event.order_items.0.product_review_link}}

2 Step Authentication- will not disable

Hello, It has now been 5 business days since i have emailed Klaviyo support to disable my two step authentication. No one has gotten back to me. I am the owner of the account, nobody else has access to the account. How long does it take for support to get back to you. I am running out of recovery codes.

Import reviews csv from a different platform not listed in Klaviyo reviews

Hi. I am using Rivo Reviews and I want to try out Klaviyo reviews. I have installed the widget and am now trying to import my reviews into Klaviyo from Rivo, but it doesn’t seem like I can do so as Rivo is not listed in the drop down selection of other review platforms. How else can I import these reviews? Thank you.

How to dinamically display payment date and add specific dates to it?

I’m trying to build a payment timeline for a product, some sort of an installment timeline.  I need to do this automatically, so when the user enters the Thank you funnel, they receive an email showing a payment timeline. e.x.Installment Number Due Date Payment Status 1st installment ?????? Due Today 2nd installment ????? Pending  The due date needs to be the placed order date + 30 days for the first installment, and  the placed order date +60 days for the second installment. The placed order is the first time they opted for the service. I tried using different variables, but none displayed the placed order date and function properly. Something I used but this is relative to the date I send the email not the date someone placed the order  {% today '%Y-%m-%d' as today %} {{ today|days_later:60|format_date_string|date:'M d' }} Is there a variable structure that I am missing?

Email Flow is not sending

I imported emails into a list and created a flow of emails. But the flow is not sending emails to the people on the list. I cannot change the trigger where it says “People will enter this flow when they subscribe”, but I added a Flow filter (please see the pic). What am I doing wrong? In the list, the Opt in process is set to “Single opt-in”

Welcome flow not sending emails

Hi Community, I recently integrated my Shopify store with Klaviyo, I followed everything on the startup page and created a welcome series flow but unfortunately the flow is not triggering I have tried from multiple devices and different email addresses. I have gone through all other related topics and nothing seems to work. I have tried the following:Double checked the flow list (newsletter) Changed list preference to single-opt  Duplicated the flow  Flow is live and active Any help and guidance is highly appreciated. Looking forward to learn more about Klaviyo and be part of this amazing community.  TIA,

VIP post purchase vs new customers

Hi Community! I am designing and planing my Thank you + immediate upsell flow for my e-com brand Ninja Protector. I have three segments to send different emails based on how many orders the customers have placed. The three different conditions are: Placed 1 order over all time , Placed 2 orders over all time , Placed 3 orders over all time but the ordered product value is less than 400.The flow itself have the conditions of: Not being in the flow in the last 21 days + cancalled zero orders since starting this flow This flow is for customers who are not in the VIP group. My question is: After the last condition, what is needed to be placed at the “no” → Should I just leave it blank as in “exit” or is there something else needed to be done here?My segment for VIP customers are customers who have bought at least 3 times and that their ordered product value is at least 400 Should I do a last split for VIP customers, or should I set up a whole new flow for VIPS only? And should I just let i

I integrated with Facebook, so why don't I see my Facebook page on the dropdown menu?

If you integrated with Facebook, but don’t see your Facebook page on the dropdown menu for Lead Ad settings in Klaviyo, the problem might be that the Facebook user who integrated with Klaviyo doesn’t have admin permissions on the associated page. The Facebook user who integrates with Klaviyo must have admin permissions on the associated Facebook Page in order for Lead Ads to work correctly. The only Facebook Pages available are those where the user has admin permissions. If you don't see the page you’re looking for when integrating, then the user who integrated with Facebook doesn't have admin permissions. After adding a user as an admin, it’s important to remove and re-add the integration so that it will work properly. Hi Community!I am designing and planing my welcome flow for my e-com brand Ninja Protector. I want to capture the leads thru a sign up form - this will only be shown to engaged and new customers. This means that the welcome flow will be segmented for those who have never bought → Here I wonder if you would pull the profiles out of the flow after they purchased and put them in the thank you flow+upsell flow? yes or no? Would you let them finish the welcome flow or no?… HOWEVER! My main question is, would you recommend me doing one welcome flow (much shorter) for those who have already placed order 1 over all time? Just to engage the segment with the brand and to customize the copy for those who already feel comfortable with the brand. If yes, then thank you - I kind of already know the segments to put this in action - However if no, I kindly ask you tell me more of what you would do instead for those who opt in but already have placed 1 order.→ This will mainly be for those who opt in t

Security of this platform?

Have to say, I am kind of dismayed at what I perceive to be a low-level of security for our account at Klaviyo. I just had a meeting with an account rep at Klaviyo and somehow this account rep has access to our entire account, including  all our customer/profiles information, all our sales data,… everything. This is quite ridiculous. Under no circumstances should anyone on Klaviyo’s team have access to our data on the platform unless we specifically permit it. How is this even allowed? I have never seen this with any other platform and I am curious whether I  missed some sort of setting in my account or something.

How Does A Free Shipping Dynamic Coupon Code Work?

Hey! I am just a little confused as to how these Free Shipping codes work in Klaviyo. It’s asking me to input a Max Shipping Rate, and I need clarification as to how Klaviyo and Shopify know how much to discount when the person is at checkout?Does that make sense?What makes sense to me is that somehow Klaviyo knows to tell Shopify to discount the shipping on any order that’s less than my Max Shipping Rate. But I just want to make sure!

Added to cart Metric

Hi there,I have set up my Added to Cart metric through shopify to create an abandoned checkout flow with this being the trigger. My viewed product metric is working and so is my Added to cart metric when i test them both -  both showing up in metrics.The problem i am having is my shopify will say 2 Added to cart but when i go to my metrics for that particular time there is nothing being recorded.Any help you may have will be appreciated! It all seems to be working and registering but Klayvio is not picking up non testing events and therefore none of my flows are being triggered.Thanks!

SMS + Email Welcome Series Best Practices

Hi community! I looked but couldn’t find a best practice guide showing how to combine SMS & Email for the initial message of a Welcome Series campaign.For example, should there be a flow for SMS and a flow for Email, or should the SMS message be added to the existing Welcome email flow?
