Flow Needs Sent to Only One Email

I have a bit of a pickle I need some help with here folks.I have a flow set up that is triggered when a user has a company-approved subsidy to use on workwear. All of our accounts are fine with those end-users getting emails to log in and make their purchases when alerted via the flow, except one.This one account wants the eligibility emails to only be sent to one user (who is apparently managing the purchasing of all items). My idea here is to have the users populated into Klaviyo as accounts without an email attached, clone my flow that already works, and put in a condition that the user must also have a specific “user account number” associated with it (already set up) and that their email is not set.My problem is that there seems to be no way in Klaviyo to send the info in a flow to only one person about the account that triggered the flow.Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

How to skip sending a product review request to a particular customer

We are a B2B business selling products that customers buy from us on a regular basis.I want to send a product review request, but I’d like to send something different if they’ve ordered it before and have not left a review - how do I go about setting this up in the flow?Also, if they HAVE left a review before for a product, and then re-order it, I don’t want to ask them for a review again, but how do I skip them from receiving this email? Thanks!

Woocommerce message displayed without tags or variables

Setting up a Share/Referral Function

HelloI am setting up a Referral Program for my company and would love to have a function where with only a click or two, the email recipient could share a sign up link with a contact of theirs. Ideally they would be able to share it across any social platform.

Why do my campaign URLs say "trk.klclick.com"?

In a Campaign, we include external links different from our domain for webinars. When a recipient receives the email these urls are different! It seems like a redirection.For example, we insert urls like attendee.gotowebinar.com/… and we receive email with urls like  trk.klclick.com/…Do you know why it happens that? It causes an issue as these campaigns are blocked from many recipients’ email service.

WooCommerce Product Bundles rebuild URL

Hello,I’ve been attempting to setup an Abandoned Cart flow for a client who uses the WooCommerce Product Bundles plugin to allow customers to create custom ‘Pick & Mix’ products. The documentation in the Help Centre has you use the following code:{{ organization.url }}cart?wck_rebuild_cart={{ event.extra.CartRebuildKey }} However, when it generates the cart it attempts to add the pick & mix sweets as their own individual products instead of childs of the main product. As a result, an error is shown as WooCommerce thinks 0 selections have been made and therefore won’t let the customer checkout.  As you can see in image above, each individual sweet has been added as it’s own product with a price and subtotal, and not as a child of the main ‘Custom Pick and Mix’ at the top.In comparison, the image below shows a correct bundle:  Is this an error that I’ve done by not using the incorrect basket rebuild URL, or is this a limitation of Klaviyo?Many thanks,Joe

Margins/Spacers between table blocks

HiI’ve created a block using 2 columns with tables within each. What I want is two columns with an image and text underneath but I want a vertical space between the two columns . I’m almost there but can’t separate the two - see image below. I want to add some vertical white  space between these 2 elements It would be possible to do if the background of the table was white using padding but I’m using that blue colour as the background. So if I insert padding the space between is blue whereas I need it to be white.I feel like I’m missing something obvious here but let me know what you guys think.ThanksSean

Shopify/Klaviyo: is there a way to send better product recommendations?

Hi All,We are using Klaviyo for a Shopify brand that has thousands of products (apparel store with graphic tees).We want to build out a flow in Klaviyo that sends out regular emails (ex: few times per week), that acts like a newsfeed that contains product recommendations based on the topic category of the graphic tee they purchased (ex: customers who purchased dog shirts to only be recommended dog shirts and people who purchased cat shirts only get recommended cat shirts).I've been searching but can't seem to find any tools or a method that can recommend products that any given customer is more likely to buy, but keep the product recommendations fresh.Klaviyo has ways to create product feeds to get part way there, but.... If we were to set this up as a flow to send multiple times per week, each customer will likely keep getting fed the same products. Is there some way we can only show products that have not already been recommended to that customer? Klaviyo has an option to show "Pro

Possible to deploy a unique site access link?

Hi everyone, my e-comm business has not yet opened. We’re in the midst of building up a waitlist as we ramp up to launch. When we eventually do open--it’ll be via a soft launch. During soft launch, I’ll gradually be inviting names off of our waitlist to shop us...allowing for a controlled ramp up. The seemingly tricky part, however, is that when I deploy these email invites I’d like to provide each individual invitee his/her own unique website access code, so that when they log in they’ll access a website experience already tailored specifically to the individual. Does anyone know if this is feasible in Klaviyo? Thanks for reading and any advice!

Changing button background colour for out of stock notifications

Hi all, I’m currently trying to alter the background colour of the ‘Notify me when available’ button. From looking through the code, I can alter the modal button which is simple enough, but for changing the button on the actual product page I can’t see any immediate way to change this.  klaviyo.enable('backinstock',{ trigger: { product_page_text: 'Notify Me When Available', product_page_class: 'btn', product_page_text_align: 'center', product_page_margin: '0px', replace_sold_out: true }, There doesn’t appear to be any way to change this in Shopify’s visual editor when changing colours, and after reading through the documentation on Klaviyos Back in Stock styling, I can’t see anything on there either. Currently the button looks like this -  But I have been able to alter the modal so it appears like so -  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi community, Current Tech Stack: Shipstation + Shopify store (Shopify plan) + MailChimp Moving to:Target Tech Stack: Shipstream + Klaviyo + Shopify store (Shopify plan) I am looking for an answer to a question - as I am stumped.When we add SMS capability which platform sends the SMS - is it Klaviyo?  If Shipstream is full API - will this be a difficult integration or seamless integration?Thanks,Rahul

Function libraries for email templates?

Is there a way to maintain libraries of our own functions for use in the email templates?“Don’t Repeat Yourself” (DRY) is an important programming principle, but our templates are built with a lot of cut-and-paste snippets.For example, we frequently use:{{ person|lookup:"VehicleModel"|default:'ride' }}...to say things like “new items for your Toyota Tundra”. This is sprinkled through a great many templates.The right way to do this is with a function, something like:def getVehicle(person)  # return person|lookup:"VehicleModel"|default:'ride'  person.fetch("VehicleModel", "ride")end...and then just{{ getVehicle(person) }}in the template itself.  It’s short, simple, reusable.is this syntax, or something like it, possible? Ruby, Python, Javascript - I don’t care which, any reasonable language will do. And can functions be placed into a file to be shared and reused across all our templates?

Subscription orders being falsely attributed to marketing? How to fix?

Hi!I have a recurring monthly subscription item in my Shopify store so each month customers are billed on repeat. I’ve noticed that following a campaign, customers’ subscription orders are being attributed to the campaign’s generated revenue. I assume this is because their automated order bills after they viewed the campaign, but they were going to make the order anyway as it’s on repeat. Is there a way I can stop this showing as attributed to marketing, as it’s hugely skewing my data?Thanks!

Show the size of the product in product block

Logo Not Showing in Inbox Preview

Hello everyone,We've been sending out emails for quite some time without any issues, but recently, I've noticed a problem. Our logo no longer appears in the email previews; instead, it's showing a question mark. Import subscribers to Klayviyo

Dear Klaviyo community We have moved from Mailchimp to klaviyo and must have our existing subscribers moved to Klaviyo. In Mailchimp, we have an automation flow that invites people to trailer service.The flow consists of a series of 6 emails.1st welcome email (immediate delivery)2. three-month service (delivery: 11 weeks after previous mail)3rd annual service (delivery 36 weeks after previous mail)4th annual service (delivery 36 weeks after previous mail)5th annual service (delivery 36 weeks after previous mail)6th annual service (delivery 36 weeks after previous mail)  The flow in Mailchimp has been on hiatus for a good 6 months.So is it somehow possible to move our existing subscribers so that the dates they have signed up for service follow them?

My account was locked when I clicked activate for 1 flow

Hi, am posting here in the community to ask if someone may be able to help me!l have 2 stores, I used 2 different accounts to join kalaviyo for both stores. I set up a flow for a store and activated it successfully. Account (1) runs normally.There's nothing worth mentioning. When I create a flow for the 2nd account and press activate it (live), I'm informed that my 1st account is Disabled and the 2nd account is inactive, I can't log in. There's no reason at all.Thank you in advance!

Day and month in Danish

Back in Stock Emails not Sending!

Hi there, I’ve read all the threads on this topic and i still haven’t found the solution to my problem. The code is showing correctly and the button is showing perfectly on our site. When stock is added to a product, the notification emails aren’t sending to the subscribers. Can anyone advise on how i can resolve this? Below some screenshots for your reference. How to share all past campaigns?

Hi all,I’m trying to figure out a way to list all past campaigns for people to view.10% of my emails are sales focused; the rest are more blog-like in content. People often like to  reference past emails for personal use or marketing lectures. With past email hosts, I’ve been able to create a webpage that auto-filled with all campaigns that I flagged for cross-posting.Can anyone think of a way I could create the same with Klaviyo? My end goal is a page on my website that shows, say, 30 of my most recent emails. If I needed to use a 3rd party tool, eg, zapier, I’d be open to exploring it.Huge thanks in advance!

Im so new I havent even sent an email out yet

Hello!Just started using Klayvio today! I am brand new at my company and have just got my new work email. I am working on my first email to send our through Klaviyo and sent a test email to my gmail account.It was filtered into my “promotions” tab! How on earth could they figure that out? My email is brand new, klaviyo is brand new… was it the subject line? The preview text? How can I aviold this in the future?
