Pop-up signup form tracking in GA4 and GTM issue

Hi, We have a pop-up sign up form and I’d like track the form details and confirmation page by establishing gtm and sending to ga4.  I’ve tried many ways however it’s not fired at all.. I’ve used Element Visibility in trigger. I am sharing the screenshots below. I’ve taken the thank you text “teşekkür ederiz” in Turkish and then the blocks in the box. None of them did work. I’ve copied the selector. I’ve even tried selecting the confirmation image since it’s changing when you submit to Subscribe button. Subscribe button doesn’t work either. How to replicate Klaviyo Revenue (Flow and Campaigns) using the Events table?

Hey everyone!So I’ve been trying to replicate what I see on the klaviyo’s dashboards to our local dashboard tool. We have a connection with the Klaviyo API and everything seems to be working fine.However, I’m facing difficulties when matching the values I see on Klaviyo and and the ones we get from the API.From Klavyio we get this “event” JSON file, and there we identify if the purchase was a Flow or Campaign due to “attributtion” fied. However, when I sum up to a specific date, the number are always pretty different (5 - 20%) different.  Did anyone has ever face that? Thank you very much!

Sudden drop of conversion rate from Klaviyo, traffic from Klaviyo, and total revenue from Klaviyo

Hi everyone, One of my clients recently had a change in there Shopify theme. When that happened, the add to cart metric was down for a couple days resulting in the conversion rate, the Active On Site Metric, and the total revenue generated by Klaviyo to drop (by around 50%).I read the Troubleshooting decreasing KPIs from the Klaviyo Help Center and understood that usually when total orders are down as a result of a lower than usual conversion rate with normal traffic is may be because the average add to cart rate is low, average bounce rate is high, or your cart abandoned rate is high. However, after I fixed the added to cart metric, the conversion rate for both my flows and campaigns kind of just stayed down for a little bit over a month now. What should I do? This is from June 28 - Aug 4 2023 compared to previous period This is from June 28 - Aug 4 2023 compared to previous period This is from June 28 - Aug 4 2023 compared to previous period This is from June 28 - Aug 4 2023 compared

Exclude emails with specific domains from segment

Hello!When creating a segment, I would like to exclude emails from it with certain domains, but the list of domains to exclude consists of 14 domains and I would not like to create a separate AND condition for each domain. It looks like I can use the “Doesn’t contain” operator with “List” type, but it doesn’t work. however, I may not have correctly understood how to use it.https://imgur.com/c6nBrUa.pngPlease tell me if I can do it using the mentioned operator? How does Klaviyo track "placed order"?

Hello,I’m selling products via Klaviyo campaigns but also via social media.If a person gets a sales e-mail from me, but buys the product later by clicking a social media advert (or just via my website), does Klaviyo then mark it as “placed order” in the campaign details?Or does Klaviyo show only those as “placed orders” that have been done directly by clicking the e-mail?Thank you!

Adding multiple dynamic images from the Viewed Product event on Shopify

Hi ! I’m a designer, and the website I am working with is on ShopifyI would like to make a Browse abandonment email a little more interesting, and have two dynamic images from the product seen in the same template. I know it is possible for Checkouts Abandonment, with these event variables for example :  {{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.images.1.src|default:'' }}{{ event.extra.line_items.0.product.images.2.src|default:'' }} However i haven’t found anything that could work for browse or cart abandonments. Is there a way (even if complicated, i could hire someone to help), to have those event recorded ? Is it possible to make the “viewed product” have more information on the product (description for example) ?  Thanks in advance

Typeform to Klaviyo welcome flow

I have a typeform and I’ve connected it with Klaviyo and I’d like to somehow allow these users to enter the welcome flow.I’ve seen the message in which it says these users can’t get into the welcome flow because they’re not subscribers.  I tried double opt in and that doesn’t work either.Is there a way to make them subscribers and enable a flow on them?  Or any work arounds to do so?  I’m not against sending them a double opt or triple check to make sure they want to subscribe but I’m not sure how to set this up.Otherwise what’s the point of allowing this integration if we can’t send them emails?

How to set up a repeating flow?

We have a subscription program and ecommerce store, and I’d like to set up an evergreen series of emails to send 2-3x per year to our entire email list (excluding current subscribers) to encourage sign-up. Is there a way to set-up a flow that repeats 2x per year? I set up a profile update to create a First Purchase Date, then figured I could do a date property trigger. However, the date property trigger gives the option of repeating monthly or annually with no options for more frequent delivery. If there is no workaround, I could do it annually and space out the emails in the flow (or maybe list the emails 2x in the flow with correct spacing so they get sent out 2x per year), but if there is a cleaner way to do it, I’m open to suggestions. Thank you!

I was testing and tried subscribing with the same email address a few times, and it appears blocked.

I was testing and tried subscribing with the same email address a few times, and it appears blocked.So when I try to test signing up, receiving the email confirmation, and initial email, etc., etc., after I entered the same email address a couple of time, I am not longer seeing that email address able to become subscribed, nor do I receive any emails from Klaviyo.If Klaviyo is flagging these as spam, is there a way I get (from within my dashboard area) unmark them as spam so they will work again? If not, what can I do to correct this?And, what can I do to use the same email address to register over and over for testing purposes? What can I do?Please let me know.Thanks,Gary

Historic CLV tag for an email flow

I’m currently setting up a loyalty programme flow and would like to dynamically show the customer how much they have spent with us, when they reach certain triggers. For example, if they order 5 times they are sent an email to say thank you, you’ve spent X amount with us in total. We use Woocommerce and I can see this data in Klaviyo, under each customers profile, but I cannot find this in any help guides (which aren’t exactly extensive).Does anyone know the tag I can use to place this on an email? Basically I’m after something like {{first_name|default:''|capfirst}} but for historic CLVThanks,Rebecca

Adding lists to preferences page

I’m new to Klaviyo and I’m interested in giving people the option to subscribe to different lists on the “Preferences” page, rather than just unsubscribe from the “general” list. I see where to add blocks with custom text and options, but I don’t see how to link to the different lists… Is that even possible? Thanks!

Limit Products Abandon Cart Block

hi there,  I would like to know how to limit the number of products displayed in an abandon cart block.  I am working with a client who sells bundles and these bundles can have up to 24 products in them.  When all of these products are displayed the email is clipped. Ideally I would like it to limit so it isn’t clipped.  Maximum 6 I guess? Thanks

Browse Abandonment Dynamic Image not showing

Good day,I’ve been struggling with the Browse Abandonment Flow for some time. For some reason it won’t show the “{{ event.ImageURL|default:'' }}”These settings are default, I’ve tried many things already. I’ve tried to add default Browse Abandonment Flow which doesnt work and I’ve tried deleting whole Shopify & Klaviyo integration but it didn’t work. What I’ve found interesting is, that in the Event Properties everything is still set to my old domain. The URLs and everything are all redirects, but maybe thats the reason?How can I change that? I already deleted Klaviyo and setup the integration again.

Email not received from embedded form

Hi!I have set up three lists, one of which is linked to an embedded form that is integrated on my shopify page. When i test, my email does not reach the inbox.What i been looking at:I have the free version to test around and i’ve probably sent about twenty emails in total I have checked all lists and my segment for email audience but no double-opt in is active I have checked my whole email but the mail is nowhere to be found I have controlled the sending list on my embedded formDo anyone have any additional ideas? Thank you, E.

Abandoned Cart Email - Is it possible to display only one abandoned cart item?

I’ve created an abandoned cart block in Klaviyo that displays all items in someone’s cart. This makes the email size really large, which creates a email clipping issue. I wanted to see if there’s a way to show only the first abandoned cart item in Klaviyo with a dynamic block.

Hi dear Klaviyo team, I have a question that has great potential, but I don't know exactly how to map it. Let's start from the beginning. We offer bracelets in our shop, suitable for different dog breeds (Labrador, Golden Retriever e.t.c). Each bracelet reflects the dog, the beads are matched to the colour of the dog's coat. We are going viral on Tik Tok and people are sending us pictures of their dogs via DM and asking us which bracelet fits their dog. Now the idea. How do we turn this into an automated process using Typeform? That people can write things in the Typeform like: What breed of dog? What coat colour? et.c. Based on the information, I want to send the customer a personal email where I suggest 3-4 bracelets. Now the question:We have 25 different wristbands. The typeform should be connected to Klaviyo.What could the set-up look like here? So that it is still, as far as possible, individual for the customer? I am looking forward to your message.

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to change the photo from which the code {{ event.ImageURL }} pulls from.For Checkout Abandonment the Dynamic photo is {% if item.product.variant.images.0.src %} When I changed all of the 0 to a 1. It now pulls the second photo from the product page selection. How can I do the same with Browse Abandonment.Thank You

Resend Notification Recipient Confirmation

I have a co-worker who I wanted to receive a notification for contact us form submissions. I added his email under “send to” in the configuration of the flow step, but he says he did not receive the email confirmation to receive the notifications. Is there a way to re-send him the confirmation, or manually send him a link? It’s the email below.
