Currently Im trying to create a sunset flow that will remove subscribers from our email list once if they have taken no action in the last 150 days.I made this flow but am not sure how to test it (other than just turning it on) and I want to make sure it will work before I accidentally mess something up. Below are pictures of each step in the flow with the desired result of unsubscribing inactive emails.Can anyone tell me if this will work or do I need to create a webhook and sunset segment to accomplish the removing the emails from our list? Trigger actionConditional split to make sure they didn’t click last emailmake subscriber unengagedRemove the subscriber from the list 

So I recently realized all our campaign conversions are way over-attributing, they were counting people who “OPENED” and email as conversions.  When the majority of these people who opened the email only converted due to a product subscription, they never even visited the website through that email. I have now removed the “Opened email” attribution window.  And reduced the “Click email” from 3 days to 1 day.   Any suggestions on how I can more accurately track actual conversions from email campaigns? 

Hello, I am utilizing the CampaignValues Reports Endpoint to pull the metrics of our company’s campaigns. The issue I am running into is that for some campaigns, the response is blank. For most of the others, it pulls the campaign metrics just fine but for some specific campaigns, the returned values is blank/null. I can confirm that nothing changes in the API POST other than the date range and the campaignID specified. Is there a way to access Klaviyo’s icon library? Default templates have a ton of them, I’m wondering if there is a way to search for them somewhere.

Hi!I am running a monthly giveaway promotion on my website.Every month, I update the list of participants, and they receive the automated welcome email flow.After that, I manually select the winner and remove them from the list.I then send an email manually to the winner saying "Congratulations, it's you!" and to the other participants, "Unfortunately, it's not you." I was wondering if there is a way to automate this process? Specifically, to include both the winner and non-winner emails in the flow and ensure they are sent to the correct recipients. Thank you!

I am trying to display Klaviyo profile name based off of __kla_id cookies.  I cannot seem to find any information on how to do this on our site.  I have been able to get profiles info if use email address but I want to use __kla_idCan this be done?  

I’ve seen prior posts about this but with really unclear results or directions on what to do. Does Klaviyo have a shareable web link or URL to distribute the email in other messaging? TIA.

Hi Klaviyo Community, We’re running a pop-up across the majority of our blog right now. It seems that when the page has been open for a while (not sure how long), the user receives the following error message: “Uppsss...Something went wrong. Looks like you’ve found the doorway to the great nothing. Try again or contact support!”How can we prevent this from happening?  So. My click rate is higher than my open rate. How is that possible?It’s a short newsletter with only one button saying “Please confirm you are our contactperson”. So it’s quickly read and clicked. Maybe it is because the newsletter is open for a very short time? 

Wondering if there’s some way to change the default number of items shown on the Lists & Segments page? Currently it’s stuck at 10.I have a lot of segments (and presently also a lot of lists while I’m tidying up the account I’m working on).I’m *constantly* having to click “Next” or “Page X”.There’s no indication of how many pages there are. And no links to jump to a specific page. It’s not the best UX I’m having here!I’m aware of the search, but that’s not always practical (e.g., I can’t always remember the segment names!). Having a full picture of the lists and/or segments in the account makes cut & paste and screenshots easier to do, which is helpful for my records and sometimes for reporting.And this is somewhat frustrating when I have a monitor in profile orientation, and could easily see all items on the screen at once, but only 10 items can be shown at a time.I’ve looked through the help, and searched here, but can’t find anything about whether it’s possible to change the

Hey All,  Wondering if there is a way to pause delivery of flows (without turning them off), when specific campaign emails are sent? the key is i want them to remain in the position they are in the flow (including time) to a period after the campaign email is sent?

I would like to add a dynamic block in all our flows that shows a banner with our current offer. There is a new offer every thursday (valid until next thursday) so it would need to be swapped (at midnight).We can update the dynamic block each thursday morning, but that would leave a window between wednesday midnight and the time it gets updated where the old offer would still be sent.We’d need to find a solution that either swaps out the banner at midnight, or stops the current block from showing.I found this idea of doing something with a date , but that would mean having to update the date in all flows each time, which we’d also like to avoid.

Does anyone know how to get Shopify Draft Orders data to sync to Klaviyo? Starting a draft order will trigger the “Checkout Started” flow, which is great, but the {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} link that takes them to their order for payment does not work; it seems Shopify does not pass the data along.Could this be because until they open up the invoice that was emailed to them, they technically have not yet generated a checkout? And, if so, is there a way around this?

I’m trying to create a segment of customers (Shopify) who have purchased specific products, but I’m not seeing how to set this up using Product IDs. In the “what someone has (or has not) done” I have “ordered product” but for the value-equals I can only enter that as the number of products ordered, not the product ID. Is there some other way to set up a segment using Product IDs?   

Has any one figured out how to add yotpo product reviews on dynamic product emails?  I want to leverage our product reviews in our Abandoned Cart emails. Through Yotpo we can create snippets for “review highlights” (info here) but the code is not dynamic - it is simply a code that displays the reviews for products I manually select. How would I get it to show the Yotpo review for a dynamic product url?  Example of use case: Currently all email in my cart abandonment flow dynamically pull product title, price, image. Anna adds Purple Shirt to her cart but abandons it which triggers her into the Cart Abandonment flow. Klaviyo pulls the info about her cart without any action on my end. Now I would like to add reviews that exist in Yotpo about Purple Shirt to her cart abandonment email.

Hello everyone, I am new to Klaviyo so forgive me if I have missed how to do this!So I am creating a membership site. I have created my own custom field called ‘MembershipEndDate’.When I am create my flows, the first thing I do a check on is to see if the ‘MembershipEndDate’ has a value within the past 180 days. My reasoning for this is if someone wanted to extend there year membership they could (obviously its very unlikely they would renew after half a year but better to be safe than sorry haha!).So, if the user does have a ‘MembershipEndDate’ with the past 180 days, I then want to update ‘MembershipEndDate’ to the current value of ‘MembershipEndDate’ + 1 year. Also, if the user doesn’t have a value in the field, I need to set the value of ‘MembershipEndDate’ + 1 year.When I am in the flows, I can see that you can update the field to whatever date you want and set it to todays date, but I want to set it ‘todaysDate + 1 year’.Is there a way to do this? And if not, how would you get ar

I’m trying to add some amount of members to a list created in my Klaviyo account. Everything works nicely for emails that has only ASCII characters (like george.washington@klaviyo.com). However if email contains unicode characters (as example trøst@somedomain.dk or привет@gmail.com), I’m getting following validation error: “<email> is not a valid email.”.Tried to add members both using API endpoint (https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/add-members) and using UI (Lists & Segments → Manage List → Import Contacts). Same behaviour.Unicode characters are considered a valid part of email since 2012 (https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc6531).Can I ask about the way to overcome this problem?Thanks in advance!

Hi, I’m using a web font (Manrope) but the standard weight that shows up is 400 and I need to use 700. I can’t add  Manrope using the normal add fonts process, because it’s already added.  It allows me to select the weights, but the ‘Add font’ button is greyed out. I took a screen shot to explain what I mean.  

I have created segments based on the age of the child. I chose Properties about someone → Childs_Age→ between 0 and 365 days ago. That would include all children under the age of one. And then I have segments for different ages up until age 9.I then created different email flows that use different segments as triggers and also conditinal spliting. So the first year is split into 6 emails based on how many months the child is old. This works fine until age of 5 then I get the error Value too large I need to be able to use the values up to age of 9 like i did in the segments. Can I change or remove this limit somewhere?
