Hi allI am having some issues with Klaviyo’s show/hide logic on a Section. When I select a section, go to Display and click on either “Use logic builder” or “Use code” it just swap back to the “Style” tab.The feature works if I select an object like a text or image block. But I really need it for whole sections :-/ Anybody experiencing the same? And anybody that knows a work-around?

I have a booking form on Webflow, and I want to track a conversion event or create a new event for everyone who clicks the 'Book Now' button on the booking page. In other words, I want to use Klaviyo for email marketing for a marketing agency. The agency uses a Webflow booking page and form that allows clients to schedule appointments with the agency managers. In the screenshot (SS 01.), you can see the button I need to track (when someone clicks 'Book Now,' it should count as a conversion). The second screenshot (SS 02.) shows that we are currently unable to track conversions.

Hey there!I have a problem with the SMS subscribe page:When a new lead fills out the subscribe form and clicks on “subscribe” they will not be saved in the list. In fact, they just get lost, I can’t find them anywhere. Where is the problem? I have everything set up with SMS consent, single opt-in, etc. Thanks for your help! 

I’ve created an Abandonment Cart flow. I have two different emails: one for someone who added only one product to their cart, and another for someone who added multiple products. How do I use a conditional split to achieve this?

I have a client who is in Canada and segments their list based on a Profile property Language = en or Language = fr. If we use Facebook lead gen ads to synch new emails to their main Newsletter list, is there a way for us to capture data from facebook Facebook to automatically add with the Language property setting based on the ad or form used to capture the lead?

Hi all! Very new to Klaviyo, trying to set up my first Welcome Sequence for my Newsletter.This is what I would like to happen… I need to understand if this is possible. In the second email of my sequence, I would like the reader to be able to self-segment via a poll “I’m interested in X” / “I’m interested in Y.”  I would like Klaviyo to use this data to sort those email addresses who answered into segments “X” and “Y” Then, I’d like a follow-up email to be sent two days later to those who did not answer the poll giving them a second opportunity to self-segment.Am I dreaming? Or is this doable?  Thank you!

Hi, I’m looking to get a Salesforce field, dynamically pulled into a users Klaviyo profile as a custom property, is this possible? I noticed it didn’t look possible within the normal API, therefore I have used Zapier to try and push the data through, but to no avail.

Hi there! I am new to Klaviyo and have been working on a welcome series for my customers. This is the very early stages and I am still learning a lot.I imported emails from Shopify and I want the emails to be included in my welcome series. Does back-populate also include the imported list for a welcome series? I haven’t been able to find a direct answer to my question and I want to be sure things will flow properly once it’s finished.Thank you for your help! 

Hi All - I would like to create a segment that gathers anyone who submitted their email through our embed form “wellness guide - natural energy”. How can I create this segment? I would like to add people to it even if we already have their email. Basically, anyone who fills out this email form will receive an email from us that contains a guide they wanted to access to (which is why they submitted their email).I don’t think we can use $source because if we already have their email, their $source may not be the ‘wellness guide - natural energy’ embed form. Looking for other ideas.  Thank you!

Hi there,I am setting up a website that has a subscription service for Online Coaching. I want to create a flow so that when a subscription has been confirmed through either through the website or a Stripe payment a ‘Welcome’ email is sent straight away, the next day another email is sent to explain the coaching process, the day after the check-in process is explained and the day after that the training plan is explained. Any support/solutions would be great!Thanks,Tom

I'm encountering an issue with setting up the expiry date for a Dynamic Coupon code in my email Flows. For example, if I create a coupon code, let's say MISSYOU20, with a 2-day expiry and send it in the first email, I want to know how it works if I send a second email with the same discount code three days after the first email.My confusion is: If Person A receives the first email with the code and it expires after 2 days without being used, and then they receive the second email with the same code, do they get an additional 2 days to use the discount, or does the original expiry still apply?

Are there recommended professionals who we can hire to help us get our new Klaviyo email, SMS and flows set up?

Hello, Is there anyway I can restore my paid account back as I accidentally downgraded it to basic. I just paid $20 last Aug 5 (AU Timezone). Can someone from Klaviyo Support assist me.   

We have quite a lot of automatic flows that do bring in a nice revenue, but can also for a part of our loyal customers be very annoying. (Think abandoned browsing, abandoned cart, abandoned check out).I would like to give people the option to not receive any of such abandoned this or that mails, but stay on the newsletter. Also, and this is important, whenever they buy a product again, they should never go back automatically to this list.But I can’t figure out how to do this.I think it should have to do with filtering the triggers of the flows with people who have ‘tagged’ themselves via the custom ‘manage your preferences’ form and have the flows not send to people with that specific tag? But how exactly do I set this up? What filter do I use best? And how to set this up in the manage your preferences form?Thank you!

We are looking for a solution to build the following process: Customer signs up on our website and enter optionally their birthdate if customers did not enter their birthdate there, they will receive an email 15 days later with the reminder to fill birthdate send a campaign to all existing profiles that did not fill their birthdate yet with the link to the update profile pageTo create a segment, we are not able to filter between birthdate is set or not - any idea how to handle this?

Hello, I was wondering if any flow-experts could review the one that I’ve recently created for the company I work for? I’ve been using Klaviyo for over a year now, but have typically stuck to individual campaigns. Would like to get more familiar and confident in setting up flows for automation purposes. I’m not sure how flows are typically shared on this forum. If it were to be an individual screenshot, I believe the text would be too small for it to be legible.Thank you.

We’ll be creating a Winback flow. The flow will offer a discount as a CTA and we'd like to use dynamic content in the form of the customer's last purchases... some of which may no longer be on the website if they are old pieces.Are we able to dynamic codes for these flows? We have only ever used the standard one time code from Shopify, and never the different dynamic codes so not sure how they work.  With the dynamic content, does that still work even if pieces have been removed from Shopify?

Hi, everyone! Any thoughts on inserts cards inside product packaging with QR codes and copy about joining our email list? Also QR codes on product boxes? We’re planning to put them inside to gather email subscribers who are our actual customers. Do you have other ways to build quality email list? We found that freebies and giveaways result to low-quality leads with no purchase intent. Note: We have a Shopify store BUT we’re primarily an Amazon store. Thank you!

Hello Team, I'm currently going through Klaviyo's product course in the Academy and i love it! I would like to practice what i'm learning , but i currently don't own a ecommerce store with data / subscribers. I'm curious to know what we could we do to make it work and use it without one? Would you have some advices / alternatives for people who doesn't have ecommerce stores yet? Thank you very much for your help Kind regards

My company sells handmade art and furniture. The majority of our pieces are made-to-order, thus we do not have a tracked inventory. We have a collection of in-stock pieces in inventory that are tracked. Those pieces end up published in the Klaviyo catalog, but the untracked ones do not… is there a way around this so everything publishes?   Thank you!
