Importing in-store collection data to Klaviyo

My client is beginning to implement in store email collection for customers. They’d like to use the data to send them flows to nurture the relationship with the customer. For context the brands sells wollen jumpers, mainly to American tourists visiting Europe. When the customer makes a purchase they choose from three exclusive options. They will only be in one of these three pathsShip the items home from the store for free. So they don’t have carry abound bulky jumpers for the rest of their travels. Their details are received from a third party and uploaded via a csv to klaviyo every couple of months Get a tax back option when the go through customes. Creating a Post-Purchase flow that doesn't clash with existing Welcome Flow

For context: I am using Klaviyo’s Post-Purchase Follow-Up - Order Count Split template.1 - I have an already existing welcome flow that sends to those who subscribe at checkout. Would the post-purchase flow provided by Klaviyo result in those in the welcome flow getting sent through both flows simultaneously? How do I ensure this doesn’t happen, and/or how would Klaviyo know which of the two to prioritize? 2 - Where does the link provided “review this item” in the post-purchase flow for customer reviews go? How do I test that link? I don’t want reviews to be displayed on our site but I want the reviews recorded somewhere for internal reference.This is what the review button is currently linked to: {{ organization.url|trim_slash }}/products/{{ item.product.handle }}#reviewsThank you for your help!

Triggers Filters doesn't work

I’ve created a kind of up-sell flow in Klaviyo with some triggers filters that looks like that:When Someone Placed an Order → then these profile filtersthen → triggers filters but it didn’t seems to work because I saw no contant/profile entering the flow. I checked the website platform analytics and it looks like people ordered one of these products but didn’t enter the flow. Any idea why be happening?

Expiration date in the e-mail flow for Dynamic Coupon

Hello, How would I add a dynamic expiration date to an e-mail so the client would know how long the coupon is valid?  I use dynamic coupon codes with 7 day expiration. Thank you so much, Gyte

Should an email campgain be resent to the entire list?

A division of my company would like to resend an email to the entire list that received it two weeks ago. Is there any potential fallout from this, as far as inbox providers and spam? Would it help to tweak the title and messaging, even if the bulk of the email itself remains the same?

Adjusting Klaviyo Popup and Teaser Visibility on Mobile Devices

I'm encountering an issue with the Klaviyo popup and teaser functionality on my website. On desktop devices, everything works as expected: the popup appears after a set delay, and the teaser is visible before and after the popup is closed. However, on mobile devices, I would like to adjust the behavior. Specifically, I do not want the popup to appear automatically on mobile. Instead, I only want the teaser to be visible. The popup should only appear if a user interacts with the teaser.Currently, the teaser disappears on mobile as if the popup is going to appear (due to a Klaviyo setting to display the form after 7 seconds). Despite trying various CSS and JavaScript modifications to prevent this and to keep the teaser visible without triggering the popup automatically, I haven't been successful.Could you provide guidance or a solution on how to prevent the popup from auto-appearing on mobile devices while keeping the teaser visible and interactive, allowing the popup to appear only upon

+ Offering 10% Discounts in Both Welcome Series and Abandoned Cart Flows

I plan to offer a 10% discount in both my welcome series and abandoned cart email flows but want to ensure I'm doing this in the most effective way. My main goal is to incentivize new sign-ups and recover potential lost sales without overwhelming my customers with too many discounts. My question: How do you manage the distribution of the 10% discount across different flows without customers potentially receiving and using multiple discount codes? Should I offer separate 10% discount codes for the welcome series and the abandoned cart flow? or is it more effective to use the same 10% discount code across both flows. Thank you so much in advance for your time.

Checkbox Position in SignUp Form

Hello guys, I just added a required checkbox for privacy policy to my signup form. Now I’ve got 2 major questions. How can I get a clickable link to the privacy policy page? Why is the checkbox in the middle of the text? I didn’t find anything to change it. Really looking forward for your suggestions.

My imported list won't link up with my accepts marketing segment

Hi There, I’m new to Klaviyo so apologies if I’m missing something here, I’ve received a full list of email addresses that have opted into receive marketing. I’ve uploaded them to a list but they haven’t been pulled into my accepts marketing segment.  The segmentation of my ‘accepts marketing’ list is below can someone point out what I'm doing wrong please?

Help me understand the View Product metric!

I’m brand new to Klaviyo, and I’m hoping someone can help me understand the ‘View Product’ event and how it triggers the browse abandonment flow on my Shopify site.I have a browse abandonment flow setup, using the template provided in Klaviyo. I’ve tested the trigger and flow as instructed, and it seems to work when I try it on my own profile/email. I get the browse abandonment flow email just fine.However, when I uploaded a small section of my existing subscriber list to Klaviyo and sent my first test campaign, it didn’t seem to work at all. A total of seven people clicked through from the Klaviyo campaign email directly to a particular product page on my site. They’re showing as converting to the “View Product” metric, but none of them triggered the flow. I feel like I’m missing something, but I just don’t get what.  Thanks so much for your help!

Adding Klaviyo review link into an existing flow email

Hello, I’m trying to find a way to insert a link to an item that a customer purchased to review the item. I have the Klaviyo review app installed on the shopify page. It would have to be a personalised link so that the customer comes straight to the product they bought rather than to my homepage. I have an existing follow up flow email which also includes instructions to use the product etc so i would like to add the review link into this email. Can this be done? I cannot find anything under the personalisation section of the email editor.

Cart Abandonment Flow

Hi,I noticed that the trigger in your pre-set Cart Abandonment Flow is “Has Started Checkout”. And then there is a filter “Has started Checkout Zero Time”. Can you kindly confirm this is correct?I also don’t understand why it is called “Cart Abandonment Flow”, shouldn’t it be called “Check Out Abandonment”?And then my question is, is it possible to have the metrics “Added to Cart” in Klaviyo? We have an integration with Shopify. Thank you fo your help.

Do not show multiple products in klaviyo review request email

Hi all,Customer purchased multiple products in an order at the same time but only one product is showing in the review request email. Here is the profile history I used the default dynamic block of the review request flowHere is the dynamic block setupHere is the dynamic block setup When the review request is sent, it shows only 1 product to review, why not show other products?How can I fix the issue? thanks in advance.

List triggered flow

Hi! I’m creating my first List-triggered flow and am wondering if this is the right path. I’m trying to increase my product reviews on new items I just added to my catalog and am sending out an email to invite my existing customers to try the new products with a discount.  Is a List triggered flow my best option here?? From what I’m reading in the Help Center, if/when I add new contacts to the list this flow will be triggered and I dont want down the line (months from now) to have this email flow be sent to the new contacts if I no longer will be offering the discount at that future time. Any inputs would be appreciated!

Sunset Flow - Adding Past Profiles Not Working?

 Hi guys, I’ve tried multiple times to add past profiles on my sunset flow… Please let me know why I cannot add past profiles to this segment based flow? Have used “add past profiles”  to beginning of the flow multiple times. And gave more than 48 hours. Please help.

Order Confirmation - Flow or Conditional Logic?

Hey Klaviyo Community,We’re new to the platform and we’re trying to set up personalised order confirmations, each containing different information depending on the collection/s purchased. We’re a made to order business and our collections have different lead times, we’d like to be able to tell people when to expect their order.Would the best way to set this up be:A). A flow containing every variation of order possible with an individual email confirmation for each variation. We’ve tried to map this out and believe this would result in 33 possible combinations and so 33 different confirmation emails.B). Using conditional logic to show/hide paragraphs within a ‘master’ email confirmation, depending on which collections have been purchased. We’ve had a look at this but the required text for one collection can change depending on the other collections purchased at the same time. We’re not totally sure how many conditional logic variables can be placed on one block.C). Is there another way

Driving to a sample experience

Hi there.  We are a small skincare brand and are looking to increase our conversion by driving our Klaviyo emails to a sample experience.Email flow prompts a consumer to get free samples of our product to try.  Trying is believing. Link from email leads to a form to collect address and verify email addy. Address leads are actioned by sending out a sampler pack of our products via snail mail.Does Klaviyo provide anything like this?  It would be great if I didn’t have to pay some 3rd party to do the form collection as the monthly charges on that are kinda cray.  I anticipate collecting 200-500 addresses per month to start.  Thanks!

Condition to stop double-up emails across multiple flows

Is it possible to create conditions across different email flows that have the same emails to stop people from receiving the email twice?  Ie a Welcome flow, the customer will enter it as either a purchased or non-purchased customer and if they haven’t purchased they’ll move through the same 3 email welcome series. But if they then purchase at a later date, I don’t want them to receive the 2nd half of that series twice.

Who will get my email in new flow???

We segment people to a “Win back” segment is they did not purchase from us for 180 days.  There are 3500 people on this list.I created a new flow with a trigger based being added to this segment.  It’s not clear to me if this will also including existing people in the segment, or if it will only go to new emails added to the segment.Here’s what I’m trying to accomplish:  send this flow to anyone already in the segment and have it automatically send as new ones enter the segment.  A bunch of emails initially transitioning to automatic emails based on segmentation.

Will imported contacts recieve flow e-mails when flows are turned on agian?

I have imported new contacts from another e-mail platform while my welcomeflow is turned off. Will the imorted contacts recieve flow emails when i turn the flow on again now? I have imported about 500 contacts, and i do not want them to revieve the e-mail because they already got it on the other platform.Hope you can help.
