Hi all. I’m new to the partner portal.I have a question: when I go to submit the form to add a managed customer, my customer don’t receive any email from klaviyo to approve it. Do you know what is the problem?I need to say that previously my customer have already added me as Admin to his account. Could be that the problem? If yes, what I need to do now?Help, please. Hello, for several months I have been billed on an account that I no longer have access to.The only way to cancel the billing is to create a ticket from the associated account but I can't even log in anymore since the email address associated with this account is deactivated.I've tried to contact Klaviyo everywhere but they either don't answer me or refer me to an FAQ.Can you help me solve my problem?DALLMER Nicolas
I canceled my account after months of trying to get help and ended up never using it . I requested many times for it to be canceled but I got charged every month for something I never used and had no support. I am willing to keep klavio even in finding out how to cancel I was ignored from day 1 I am willing to keep this account if the money I have paid can be added to begin again on the right foot or send me a refund because I could not use this at all ever . How can I get them to respond to me?
We’re a digital marketing company with access to several different client Klaviyo accounts. One of our clients wants MFA enabled, so in order to log into our company account, we need a OTP from the Authenticator app. The problem is that only one person seems to be able to use the Authenticator app for our account. This means any time one of us needs to get into the account, we have to find the guy who has the app and ask him for the code. And the days he’s not here are days we can’t service our clients. We have a company Google Voice account specifically to get OTPs, so that anyone in the company can log into our accounts. However, I don’t see any options to use text message OTPs.How can we make it so anyone who has access to our company’s Google accounts be able to receive the OTP (in any form)? In other words, how do we structure this so that everyone on the team can log in, instead of just one person? If this is not possible, I need to know so I can explain to my boss and our clien
I am trying to configure a Mageplaza extension to send my transactional emails via Klaviyo, currently my transactional emails are being sent via my current email provider but I need the > Support Host name and IP Address > Port > Protocol > Authentication > Username > Password - any ideas how I go about this please?
Has anyone successfully setup the sending domain using cPanel? Klaviyo asks for the CNAME and TXT records, but cPanel does not allow mixing of CNAME with TXT records. This would be pretty sad that someone who has a dedicated server could not use cPanel to setup the Dedicated server.
Hi allHow long does it take for an account to be enabled.I recieved a email yesterday at stating that my account has triggered a one time account verification and for the review to be continued could i provide a password for my site(which is still under construction) . I provided the password.I then recieved a further 10.52 am email from stating again it looks like my account has triggered a one time account verfication but this time with a multitude of questions ,which seems odd and I was unable to answer the majority of them with a detailed answer as I am at the beginning of my journey with regards to the business. At the time of this post my account is still disabled and I have not received further correspodance.Is there a eta as to when I will be able to use this service?Thanks
Hi Guys,We’ve been going around so many times with the reference documents/guidelines, re-visited our codes and it seems we were able to put in place Klaviyo’s components accordingly since we get a response of code 200 which means “OK - The request completed successfully” in all the tracking events. But among our tracking events only one of them is captured or displayed inside Klaviyo’s Dashboard.1. Activity on Site - OK2. Viewed Product 3. Added to Cart4. Started Checkout5. Placed Order6. Ordered Product7. Fulfilled OrderIs there a way we can figure out why is this happening? We are already losing hope to resolve the concerns. At least if there was an error code pointing to something that is incorrect we could have probably started somewhere meaningful.Would appreciate anybody’s feedback, thoughts or experiences similar to this.Thank you all!

Hey there, I have tried using the set up wizard to set up my viewed product tracking which I get the green text saying that it is enabled on my shopify store. However, when I check the viewed products analytics it is still flat lined even though there are definitely people on my website and buying products. I have tried redoing this but to no avail. Hi, I have a question about the free planI have this months:341/250 profiles58/250 emails send0/150 sms credits I thinked when I passed 250 active profiles the free plan will end, but Im still on 0$/month, maybe bc I haven't send 250 emails this month?Can anyone explain it to me? I don't want klaviyo to stop sending emails.I just use it when ppl subscribe to my newsletter that they get a 10% code. Would be not good if they subscribe and klaviyo stops sending emails. Hello, we have some questions about klaviyo's charges; we found that when we opened an email Billing that only supports 5,000 people, and we had 10,000 customers, and we split them into two 5,000 segments, I would can email them using my 5000-only billing plan, even though they're different users; so that means, even if I don't use a 10,000-customers-only mail plan, but a 5000- customers plan, I can still Send mail to all my customers. What is the reason for this please? Is klaviyo billing plan based on the maximum number of customers that sent in a single send?here the picture to prove this issue furtherly.And we find we only could send 50 000 email in next month, could someone pls tell the reason?

Hello, I am new to klaviyo, transitionning from mailchimp.So I followed the tutorial, i first migrated data from mailchimp to klaviyo, and then data from woocommerce to klaviyo. I see the history of purchases on the left, but see, on the right, it does not show on the right panel METRICS.How come ? should I do the other way around ? sync first woocommerce then mailchimp ? does that matter ?
Hello! My account just got disabled for some reason and my client is waiting on me. Does anyone know why this happens and how to get it back? I had to make a whole new account because my other one got disabled...and the same outcome happened with this one. Hi,I am using a paid account for our business and all of our clients are on paid accounts, as well. For the past week the Live Chat has been sending us to a Chatbot instead of a human agent. What is causing this? Is Live Chat gone or has something happened that is sending us to the chatbot and not a human?This has been a bit of an issue as we’ve been trying to resolve a couple unique things for one of our clients.
