Hi,I am from India and I subscribed to the Klaviyo 2500 subscriber plan. As Indian banks do not allow recurring charges I was informed by Klaviyo support to make the payment by going to billing section, selecting the invoice and then use the link to make manual card payment against the invoice.Since I have made the payment the account is still in free version, they have not upgraded the account.Support has stopped responding to all emails. It has been more than 15 days now.I didn’t expect Klaviyo to engage in such activities and service. The only option I have is to raise a card dispute with my bank and use another email provider. As a last resort I am mentioning my experience with Klaviyo here and expecting them to resolve the issue immediately before I decide to raise the card dispute.
Hello everyone,I created a custom preference center, and I’d like people who click “Unsubscribe” in the email’s footer to go to this new custom hosted page to either 1) change the email preferences 2) completely unsubscribe. How do I go about testing the new page?Meaning, I want to send myself an email campaign, click on unsubscribe, and play around with the preferences. How do I get the unsubsribe link to point towards the new preference center page?
A few months ago we cancelled our Klaviyo account but I now can’t unsubscribe from Klaviyo Community emails. (Ironic given that Klaviyo is all about email best practice, right?) First of all the “Unsubscribe” link in Klaviyo Community emails doesn’t work: Klaviyo Community Email FooterThe “unsubscribe” link just points to https://community.klaviyo.com/settings/general which returns this page to logged out users: Unsubscribe Link FailIn fact, once you land on this page you can’t even log in - clicking the Log In button does nothing due to jQuery errors: So I go to the Klaviyo homepage and login to my (long cancelled) account, then re-attempt the Unsubscribe link from the email. Success (kind of) - this is the page the “Unsubscribe” link takes me to: Unsubscribe Link doesn’t actually Unsubscribe...yep, no option to unsubscribe from Marketing emails (like the one I just received, it doesn’t fall into any of those categories) and no option to “Unsubscribe from all emails”. Hi, I woke up today and saw our Klaviyo account had been disabled and we have no idea why.I want to speak to support but I can’t seem to access the chat function as the account is disabled.Can anyone shed light on why this may have happened and how to reverse it?Thanks,Luke
Hi guys, I was wondering how I could add a free shipping bar on the top of my website at all times. I would like it to say ‘Free shipping for all orders over $50’ and as a person adds items to their cart, the number appears. For example, if they add a $25 item to cart, the banner will say ‘You need $25 more for free shipping’. Much like Privy’s free shipping bar feature that they have. I use BigCommerce. Is this possible? Thank you in advance.
Hello! The company that I work for has over 10,000 active profiles in our database and our emails are reaching less than half of that number. Is there a way to either A) reduce the number of profiles that we cannot reach or B) get those profiles back on our emailing list? Seems like a simple issue to resolve but I can’t figure it out! HiWe starting new store on subdomain. We already have 5 subscribed accounts on Klavyio with same domain name.Only subdomains are different. We was planing to go live from 2 days with new store, but Klavyio locked as with check “Your account is disabled.” Yesterday replayed , but still no contact from support and our Bussiness growth Manager. What can we do in that case?Do we pay for non active account or our subscribtion date will be moved?
After migrating our website, our integrations don't work anymore, particularly Klaviyo.We've deleted the existing plugin on WooCommerce and used a new RESTapi, however when we trying to connect it, it doesn't work, the old Woocommerce Consumer Key still appears back even after it being revoked.Do I have to remove the current integration on Klaviyo? Would I lose my existing data, If I were to do so?Thanks in advance for any insights and help.
I have passed the Klaviyo Partner Academy Certification on the first try and received it via Email.Now that I have taken it again and achieved a better score, I was wondering if it was possible to get a new certificate including the improved score since a LinkedIn Link with a good score was my goal. Hello everybody, we have about 300 members in our lists but suddenly we have around 2300 active profiles.I am not able to figure out where those profiles are coming from and also I am not able to suppress them.Is there any way to manage the active profiles?It seems like we have no control over that.
Hi, we have installed Klavyo on 2 of our websites, omstrip.com (site in Italian language) and omstri.com.br. (Site in Portuguese-Brazilian language). They are the SAME website that just sell in different coutrines. Currently Klavyo is configured with sending emails/template in Italian language also on the Brazilian website. How can I configure the emails/template for the Brazilian site in Portuguese language instead of the Italian language? Thank you
Can you please help me re-enable my account? I have followed the best practices Klaviyo recommended and am still dealing with this issue. I have emailed support and tried to use the live chat function but have had no success. Could you please get back to me? I am happy to explain my situation in more detail if necessary.

So, I'm new to Klaviyo and I was checking everything out. Creating and deleting multiple Flows, Lists, Segments, Forms, etc… To learn and experiment how everything worked and figuring it out by myself. But suddenly I got my account disabled out of thin air… Any help? Thanks.
